Great customer service. Prices for their watches are very reasonable. 2 for $98 is good. They will even engrave your watches for free. I got a hybrid smart watch for $70 and it came with a lifetime battery warranty.

I went into the store last week to pick up a watch for a friend. I did not know the outlet closed at 7 now instead of 8 so I ended up arriving just 15 minutes before closing. I live all the way in Houston so I still wanted to go in even for the short time. Tyler was working that night and was extremely patient and even took the time to engrave both watches my sister and I purchased. He had amazing customer service and made us both feel welcome and relaxed! Quite funny as well lol. I used to work in retail so I know the feeling of when a customer walks in right before closing but he didnt make us feel anxious about time at all. I have now purchased 4 watches from this location and I will continue to return for future gift purchases! Great deals you cant beat! You wont be disappointed!

Came in to browse, walked out with TWO watches and a smile! I was assisted by a young man named David. David provided top notch customer service! He was very personable, knowledgeable and patient with me. He asked all of the right questions and was a true breath of fresh air in regards to the level of customer service that Ive observed in retail over the years. Kudos to David! I love Fossil, but his high level service is sure to keep me as a repeat customer.

Lots of great deals here. Get free engraving with most watches as well. This being an outlet mall store, prices always seem to be cheaper here than anywhere else. Friendly staff too. Shout out to Tracy as well for being patient and awesome. Highly recommended this Fossil store.

Got the new Sport watch and love! Its so light (I had the first gen and it was really heavy). Taylor convinced me to upgrade it and Im so glad I did. The talk to text works amazing. The band is so soft (even though its silicone it feels like buttery leather). 100% happy with the whole shopping trip there. The store was clean and organized and even though I went after work so it was right around when they were closing the staff was super helpful. Taylor went out of his way to help. ⌚

The Outlets are good to come and shop. Even though we are wearing masks. There was lots of people today. So just be careful out there. But other than that its great to shop.

Some of the staff is very polite and friendly. Others are very rude and not very helpful. After purchasing a few watches over time and giving them as gifts I would think they would help by getting a specific box from the wall. It really disappointed me as the friend I am getting the watch for loves poker and the box would have made the gift that much more special.

Horrible Customer service, and Cant change a watch battery without damaging your watch. I love the Fossil watch I find the watches have very good Craftsmanship and not to terribly expensive . Just dont go to the Fossil outlet for a new battery to be installed. The sales person who is playing repair person will Jack your watch up. I have a Diving watch that cannot even get wet by washing my hands without fogging up. I wont be returning to this location ever

Wonderful!Seriously I have been to several Fossil stores and this one by far not only exceeds expectations in merchandise but customer service.We bought my grandmother a lovely watch for one of her Christmas gifts this past year.1st They sent the back up copy of receipt/warranty to us so that her email inbox would not receive it prior to Christmas to ruin the surprise.2nd She has had to get two links taken out, which they did a few weeks ago...However as great as the fit is, without help, she cannot get the watch on or off independently. At her age independence is extremely important.A.J. put a link back in and it was of course to big, so then removed the extra link, but saved the day reminding my grandmother it is water resistant she can take a shower with it!!!A.J. was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable because of her we will be back. I believe weve also convinced my grandmother to get another band ( the fossil location is fairly close to her home) to interchange with, and posibly use the one with an interlocking clasp less often and a leather band that will match the watches face for a daily fit avoiding the clasp issue.We will return to purchase another band.When you visit this location ask for A.J., you will not be disappointed.

Selection not so diverse but good discounts

I shop here for wallets mostly as i have been using fossil wallets for the last 15 years or so. They always seem to last the longest and are well made for the cost. Also getting them at the outlets i normally save a few bucks since they always have a sale going on. They also have a good selection of watches mens and womens, along with a fair selection of womens accessories such as purses and wallets as well.

I been collecting watches from fossil and this is the first time the band broke and they didnt want to replace it . Its sad because now they lost a loyal customers that buys watches monthly.
