I went into the Samsonite Outlet in Texas City looking for something specific and I found it. It was marked incorrectly and when I asked the sales person in the store she came unglued and told me she couldnt possibly sell it for that price. I told her that it didnt matter if it was an accident she had to honor that price and she told me no. I told her that was illegal and she laughed at me. I explained that everyone that I knew would know about this and I would never darken her door again! My family has had Samsonite in our family for over 50 years. I hope Management at Samsonite sees this post! This was Very poor customer service! #Samsonite

While I am a long time purchaser of Samsonite luggage, I am not a fan of this store! I drove 20 miles one way only to stand outside the locked door of their store. The hours clearly were posted Monday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. I am standing there at 3:40. I wait for 15 minutes and still closed. I knock on the door and no response. I later called the store only to have a snippy sales person respond to my inquiry, Well, we are open now. in a less than professional tone.

Im sure its a good product but someone on your sales team has to actually be at the store for anyone to buy it. Its Weds, 11/22/17, and we arrived at the store at approximately 540pm. Weve been waiting for over 45 min for someone to come back to the store in Texas City. Theres a sign on the door apologizing for any inconveniences saying theyll be back in 5 min. Not sure how long the store sales person had been gone all together. Another other family waited for 20 min too, and left. Yet another couple just tried the door now, clearly ready to buy. Youre losing business.

Oh nice they are closed 20 minutes before they are supposed to.

Just a small store compared to other branches.
