My husband, who does woodworking on the side and creates beautiful pieces of furniture and other artifacts needed some tools and it was super easy for him to find this. We also love the friendly faces here. The staff is great!

Let’s talk about service… I had to return a piece of wood bc I had no way of cutting it. Mr. Andrew not only helped me at the customer service return - but walked to lumber - took the correct part I needed - walked to the back and cut it for me and than checked me out… he ran 3 different jobs at 7pm at night. You wanna talk about A+ service. You need anything - get with Andrew. 100% Great service! A+

I used to work at a competitor when I was Going through College. Worked very hard at 18 until 22 and worked very hard and went unnoticed for 4 years. 14 years later I applied for a position at The Colony Home Depot. The Store Manager, Ivan has quickly become the best Overall boss I have ever worked with and for. Natalya, Danielle, Manny, Josh and Andrew and Tarek are all managers of this store and show a tremendous amount of pride in the store and their jobs. It is an absolute privilege working for such a dedicated, knowledgeable and customer service focused team. From Ashley at the Paint desk to Steven in order picking, I couldnt ask for a better colleague pool. The training is phenomenal and this store focuses on the customer. It truly is refreshing knowing that I work for a wonderful family. Everyone at The Colony Home Depot puts the customer first and I couldnt recommend a better store for DIY or anything else when it comes to making your home better. Blessed to be apart of the best team. Period

I could not find help in tools. When I asked another associate she called for the tool dept. Help to meet me at tool cabinets. After 5 minutes I left. Purchased item at a competitor.

The store and its employees are excellent, but the customers are rude as hell. I went there to buy a few supplies and couldnt get near the loading area due to other customers using it as their personal parking space. There needs to be someone out there making sure whoever pulls up is actually there to pick something up and not there simply to park next to the door. I spent an extra hour waiting because of this.

Used Rental service. Very efficient and easy to rent. Staffs are nicely help with equipment I get. Ill come again.

Twice went up to get a new lawnmower and needed help but no one was anywhere at all to be found for assistance. So purchased one that ended up not being what was needed. Came to return it, not only was there only 1 person working registers, it took her 25 minutes before she finally got to me and then turned around and told me I had to go to the other end of the store to get the little bit of gas in my mower taken out.

Great Sunday morning experience! Needed one more can of paint; decided it should be a different color. Jesse was very helpful and even gave me a premium can upgrade for a inconvenience with the color! Thank you so much! Will be returning for all future projects :)

I wish I could give more than 2 stars, but after the show I saw from the management, thats being generous. I was being helped by an employee with finding fertilizer, and he was very nice, but when I was about to say my final thanks and head to checkout, his manager came in and made a HUGE scene. She said right in front of me and the other customers around us, Where the **** have you been!? I have never heard this before in a Home Depot. Idk if this was his manager or what, but her apron said Kerry. Its a shame the management is lacking so much in this store.

Home Depot is one of the best places for home repair parts & pieces. From lumber to power tools to gardening. And some stuff in between. Friendly & helpful staff.

A guy named Jim helped me in the plumbing department and a guy in the return exchange department named David help me and they were very helpful on the plumbing till two pictures didnt get a picture of Jim he used to be plumbing guy but I got a picture of David and hes the front returns desk

Location is often out of stock on items. Today at least 1/3 of the isles were gated off but nothing was going on in the isle. I went to buy 4 things. 1 was out of stock, 1 they had and 2 I couldnt get to because it was on an isle that was gated off with zero activity happening.this location has no close competition as Lowes is a 15 minute drive away. Perhaps some competition would be good for them. For now I wont return and will drive the extra 15 minutes to the nearest Lowes as they had everything I needed.

Shopped for plants, baskets and flowers, annuals, perennials and Texas native plants. Also garden plants. I hit the jackpot. Beautiful fresh and healthy. On this trip I completely filled my backyard, front and side yards and garden.All are thriving.

Usually have what we need at a fair price, with a great return policy.

Recently went to this location for a Penske Car carrier to tow my car to Georgia. It was the first time for me to use a car carrier so i had a lot of questions and concerns about ensuring the carrier was properly attached to the moving truck and my car was safely secured on the trailer. The two individuals from the Tool Rental team who greeted and helped us, Brian and Aaron, were truly amazing! Both were extremely customer focused and determined to ensure our first towing experience was safe and successful. They answered all of our questions and provided all the information we needed to use the equipment right and we just arrived in Georgia and had no issues along the way. If these guys are indicative of the type of folks hired and trained to help customers at this HD location, my hat is off to the management team! Thank you for encouraging Brian and Aaron to go the extra mile to help your customers—we will be back as a result!

Saw this Home Depot employee staring at this sign when I went in to the store. Came out 30 mins later, she was still staring at the sign.....

I was trying to get a potted plant and found an employee (Rudy) to help me. He said he didnt know what I was looking for, so he suggested I try the nearby Lowes. Frustrated, I asked him if he could get it ordered to the store online, and he just told me he needed to use the restroom, and promptly left. I went to find another employee, and found someone named Kerry to help (she was apparently the manager). I told her about my problem and she actually seemed visibly frustrated with me. She barely tried to help me before also recommending Lowes. I dont know whats wrong with management here but I will not be coming back.

Clean store and stocked well. Always has what I need. Great place to recycle batteries and plastic bags.

Went to this store for a plumbing part which they didn’t have. Worked with Jose in the plumbing department who was great l. Knowledgeable and search for the part in other stores for me. Great guy.

Returning Merchandise was fast and great customer service

I love this Home Depot. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful and I like how the store is laid out. There are a few staff members that are rough around the edges, but most are very helpful & friendly.. My favorites are the lot loaders during the weekdays! As a contractor I highly recommended this location.

As home owners we frequent this store. Todays experience was as fabulous as usual. I was greeted by every employee I passed and was given the best smile by cashier Andrew. In this day and age where everyone has their smile covered it is encouraging to run across a young man who can truly smile with his whole face, including his eyes. I made sure to tell him how much I appreciated it. I wasnt even in line, just passing his register. I was again greeted and offered assistance in the small tool area, I didnt need help but it was nice to have it offered. Good job Home Depot, yall are doing it right.

Stopped in to this location today because I was in the area. This isnt a location Ive ever been to before. I entered through the garden area and was very impressed by the wide variety of plants, flowers, etc that they had. There was something very specific that my friend was looking for and couldnt find. An employee took the time to speak with us and then walked around the store trying to find alternatives. We didnt end up purchasing anything but this man couldnt have been more professional and friendly. I wish I had gotten his name.

Best service at my local Home Depot. Got my Christmas tree yesterday and they were so nice by helping me loading up to my truck. Stopped by to pick up a few of the kids project so my kid and his friends could do something constructive at home instead of screens. Happen to pick up a few other things so I can slowly chip away at that Honey-do list.

Nice friendly people, no real wait (the Lewisville store had me wait 30 minutes to pick up an order), and had two nice young men help me load about 800# of stones. Was worth the drive!

I have lost my love of Home Depot. I once went in and was dazzled by their selection often times needing a cart before I made it to the cash stand.I visited one in McKinney recently and it didn’t seem well lit. The aisles were crowded with merchandise. Things seemed disorganized.I thought it might be a bad time for the store so today I went to another one and found those same frustrations. I hate the checkouts and I miss the cheerful checkout people who could offer tips or suggestions. Instead there was the checkout warden who I wasn’t sure to ask if I could check out or if she would martial me there.I miss my big old orange friend. Please work on lighting and organization.it’s not the same without cashiers.

Good selection. Checkout was fast. Their online inventory matched what was actually in the store so I didnt waste time here.

Tuesday 3/9/2021 went in to get some paint matched for my walls. The Associate was very courteous and helpful. Excellent customer service.

Its everything Ive come to expect from a Home Depot. Very good inventory, friendly people. Like anywhere else, it can take a while to get assistance during peak hours, but a little patience is worth it when I need free advice on home repairs.

My experience was very great. I couldnt find my home depot order info on my phone, and not only that I had given the employee my wrong first name, so he had to really spend quite some time on his search. I feel that he went above and beyond to service the customer and I thanked him for that.

Went on for an in store pickup. I actually had two items to pickup at two stores. This was my second store. I received an email saying it was ready, do I headed to the store. I got there and it wasnt ready. The customer service rep told me they were busy, but I saw five employees standing around talking. I ended up pulling my item from the shelf and going to customer service myself to fill my own order. And yes. The same group of employees were still standing there.

Ask anyone for help and all they do is say theyll send someone but they never do.. smh

Im pretty disgusted with home Depot I usually pay 7 to $12 for a sheet of plywood and it is now $33!! Thats pretty bad when PEOPLE TRY to rip off their fellow man !Just because .. they can n the demand is high because its needed due to the cold weather and pipesFeezing !ITS SO SO WRONG MORALLY! IM SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Love home depot favorite store

Disappointed that the paint dept. employee today doesnt know how to tint Behr primer to a certain paint color. Says system doesnt allow him to do it even though the Behr primer plus says tintable. Sherwin Williams does this all the time.

About half the time when I place an online pickup order, they just cancel it rather than doing their jobs.Take your money elsewhere, these folks will do everything in their power to avoid work.

Had a good experience here recently. They had a very good selection of lawn sprinkler parts and pvc fittings. Their checkout hand scanners dont seem to be working well, so checkout was slowed down a lot. That needs to be addressed asap.

Was very disappointed As I walked and walked in Enter the store 08/12/2020/The gentleman greeted me high. I asked him where the electric Carts. note I have difficulty walking and was hoping to use one. He answered and replied there at the very end of the store and at the contractors Exit. Wow. Im assuming he looked at my appearance and thought you look like youre in good shape. What he didnt know I am Fighting brain cancer. One other thing I grabbed a basket and went shopping We are we modeling Our laundry Room. I needed more tile So I got what I needed and went to the register by the contractors register. When I got the tiles all I needed was 5 pieces so I grabbed 5 pieces it was in a Box it was open. I miss understood the price on the label So I took a picture to show the lady at the register. She made a phone call and turned to me and Nereida said well lets just walk down there and take a look. At this moment I was ready to faint from Being tired. The date that this happened was 8 12 20

Needed a new washer and have never had to buy one before. Doug in the appliance section was SO helpful and knowledgeable about all the machines and he helped me pick one that was affordable and a good fit for my household. He had a very welcoming and warm attitude and was so patient with me when I changed my mind or needed more info. Buying my first washer was a great experience at this home depot and I look forward to using my washer for the first time!

The truck rental assigned to me was filthy, rear view mirror broken & missing. When I asked if another cleaner looking truck on the lot was available the associated stated it was to large for me without having a clue what my driving experience entailed.When I attempted to report the broken mirror the other associate told me not to worry about it.Ive taken photos of the disgustingly filthy cabin, broken parts & documented my experience. Never again at The Colony location...never again

Typical Home Depot experience. If you get help, you genuinely get help. Kind of hard to get help though, you have to go searching for a store person.

Awesome staff at the paint counter that is not afraid to help. Just watch out for the random customers without the courtesy to mask up.

It is a Home Depot. Arent they all the same. Items were in stock but it was difficult to navigate the store and hard to find a staff member for directions. I still prefer HD to Lowes...

I was trying to buy 9 gallons of paint today and guys working at paint department told me that I had to pay for the paint first before they mixing, they said the manager told them to do this with all the costumers .Thats ridiculous 😒After that I went to the home depot located at Park and Plano Parkway and they did the paint for me without paying first.

I found what I needed quickly. Social distancing was not a problem. Everyone was masked. No waiting in line to check out.
