I had dropped of a package to ship on Jan 4- 2021 it has been 3 almost 4 weeks and the item still has not arrived to the buyer even though other packages sent later have arrived. The owner refuses to give me the amount of the item about 120 dollars and blames everything on the post office. The owner is extremely incompetent and unfriendly. I would never trust my packages in her care.
