Tom was amazing! My partner and I came in looking for a couch for our new apartment, and this was our first furniture purchase. We wanted a sleeper sofa and found a sofa that could be upgraded to a sleeper, and we were concerned about comfort. He walked us over to a couch that had a sleeper already in it so we could feel the difference. Next time we need furniture, we will definitely be visiting Tom again!

Did a great job showing us the sectional explaining the separate pieces and how to configure it to meet our needs. There was no pressure to purchase and Tim was very thorough. This place doesn’t even deserve the one star I’m giving them. I spent a great deal of money to buy a room set and was told it would be a two month delivery wait. Which I can understand due to the pandemic. Six months pass and I still hadn’t received my bed frame so I called my salesmen who said she would give me a call back. However another month passed and she still has not returned my call. It will be safe to say I will not be going back. Terrible service at its best.

We purchased a new mattress with adjustable frame from Lora who was an amazing sales person who had answers to questions we didnt even know to ask. They delivered and set the bed less than 24 hours later and the set up was perfect and then we got a call 15 minutes after the crew left to make sure we were happy. The truth is, rooms2go is SCAMMING you and just taking your money.Dont ever ever buy their extended warranty and better find somewhere else to buy furniture for your lovely house.PS: I had the same experience at Plano store. Salesman scammed me into buying the warranty which I just found is super useless.

I bought a furniture set from room to go schedule to pick up on a Tuesday well me and my husband both. So I called them on Tuesday morning asking them could we reschedule for Saturday the sales person that I talk to told me that Sunday would be better they were less busier I said great. So Saturday I call to schedule a pick up for Sunday they tell me they sold my furniture since I didn’t pick it up. I’m frustrated because I had already arranged my house for the furniture that I payed for. Jay the Manager was not helpful at all it was more I sold it that’s your loss is what I got from him. Don’t shop there every

This place is terrible... a family member bought a couch (paid in full), and when they called to change the delivery date, Rooms to Go sold the couch right out from under them. After demanding a refund, Rooms to Go would not refund them the full amount even though it was their error.... Who does business like this? They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I would give them zero stars but it wont allow me to. #moneyovercustomers
