I stopped in on Thursday, 10/29/20, around 6pm. It was already really busy. I have to say, the vibe in there was so positive and exciting! There were friendly people greeting at the door, a great interactive display when you walked in.... and then through crowds of people, there were associates all over- just engaged with the customers and offering help and guiding people to different areas- offering suggestions and managing the check out lines.They rang a bell whenever someone donated to the foundation they were supporting. Waiting in line, you wondered about the bell and started seeing the signs and information about the foundation, and you were happy to do your part and give a couple dollars.A beautiful lady with a black Mohawk and Side shaved head was obviously a driving force on that team. I watched her overseeing throughout the store- noticed her talking to the staff and motivating them- saw her at the registers checking on everyone. I’ve been a manager in retail for years, and I would hire her in a heartbeat. I was so impressed with how a team could operate this way for a seasonal store. What an amazing staff-

Fun set up display in store. 2020 year is no good but it was fun to go into the store an see all the fun Halloween stuff kinda got ur mind off the BS of 2020

I drove about 45 mins to look for some holloween decorations. We walk in and the guy at the door was super nice. I went to the mask area and not thinking, held the mask over my other mask to ask my wife how it looked. Out of know where comes this short overweight young kid with hair that looked like he just rolled out of bed. He snatches the mask and says in a crackling voice you cant try on any of the masks. Rolls his eyes and waddles to the room. I get it dumb move on my part. But homless lookin Kyle there needs a class in customer service. Otherwise this place would have received a 5 star.

Plenty of selection at great prices, people were behaving, merchandise was organized and neat, even though lines at register were a bit long, they were moving pretty fast, and amazing customer service on the floor and at check out.

The one in the Colony has great customer service. The whole staff was friendly.

This location just opened today, cant say enough about it. Excellent staff, great inventory, awesome displays! The entire stores staff are clearly passionate, welcoming people. Thanks for helping us start out spooky season. Come to this one, they rock.

Was ok but when Im in line to check out,dont keep having a conversation with co-worker when Im right in front of you,and make me wait when I was the only 1 in line

Everything is great quality but sooooooo expensive. If you want a cheap Halloween costume dont go there.

I got yelled at for trying on the masks lol.

Nice place to shop for Halloween, nice collection of all kinds of paraphernalia, little bit on costlier side, staff are courteous and helpful, I got a dress for my 2 year old and he liked it the quality of dress was good and had comfortable lining.

Its amazing they have different options of costumes in different styles but the thing is that its very expensive
