I contacted them to see about new panels for my older home garage door. They’re a bit of an odd size so was having a hard time finding some panels. Nolan was super helpful and polite! The price point was very reasonable and the install was quick. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for garage door work.

I had an issue with my Marantec garage opener today and they helped me fix it over the phone at no cost. The representatives were really nice and patient with me. Made for a great day!

I had them come out to my business park in October to fix a tension wire after my tenant moved out of one of the business suites. They charged $324.75, I just leased that space 3 days ago, the new tenant tried to open the door and the tension wire came down and the door came out of rail. I called Open Up, she said do you haven’t used it since October?? No, we haven’t.. I just now moved a new tenant in (asking in a tone as if like I’m lying) she said well, we only do a 30 day Work warranty.. I said so you took $324.75 for absolutely nothing. Not a reputable company in my opinion.
