My friend got Cookie Butter (dairy based) with fudge sauce and whipped cream. I got vegan strawberry (cashew-based, gluten/dairy free) with no additional toppings. We both described our dishes as creamy and delicious.Very tasty, but as my “regular” (the smallest) size came to over $7.00, it is definitely on the pricey side.

We had a late night hankering for ice cream and looked to see who was open. We were thrilled to find them open and quite delicious! It was fun watching them create our ice cream in seconds!

The ice cream tastes good but the employees are rude. We went yesterday and the store did not feel like welcoming at all. The chairs were put up on top of the table and we had to go inside to make sure the store was open. There was an African American guy working who rolled his eyes at us when we told him that we needed a minute to look at the menu before we ordered. And then there was a 12 year old boy making ice cream and he literally made my ice cream extra dry. I couldn’t go back and ask them to make another one because the line was too big and had a longer wait time. Had a very bad experience and I would try a different location next time. I guess they don’t pay their employees properly.

Nice place to enjoy good ice cream. They have a variety of selections on menu to choose from. They use Nitrogen to freeze and make your ice cream which is fun to watch. Limited seating but free parking. Not easy to view from the street so use GPS. Pricing is above average but worth it. Nice for family, friends and going solo. Nice for first time date to just enjoy ice cream and conversation. ENJOY!

It was not very busy (a few customers but not full by any means) and we had to wait 40 minutes to get our 4 ice creams. Plus they gave my youngest sons away to a girl who had already gotten hers. So we had to wait for them to make another one for him. They didnt have whipped cream either which I realize isnt the ice cream but is part of what you are paying for and you dont get a discount or anything. Plus they dont tell you that until after you order. The ice cream is good but not worth the price or the wait. You also can barely tell when your order is up. They are very quiet at calling out your name.

This place is great! If you get the brownie ice cream sandwich, Ill save you the stomach ache and advise you get it to share! Its really good but like double the size I thought itd be. Dairy free options are good!

If your coming here, place your order then go across the street, watch a movie, shop at Nebraska Furniture, squeeze in a quick workout at anytime fitness, then come back then maybe your ice cream will be ready.Really cool way to make ice cream but holy cow, you could almost smoke a brisket faster.All these people are waiting and still waiting some people just straight up left. Only reason Im still here is because Im bond and determined to see if the ice cream is any good.

Unique Ice Cream shop with a few DFW locations that uses liquid nitrogen to flash-freeze their ice cream, leading to a super-creamy, less melty, highly mixed texture. Staff was super polite and the establishment is very clean

We are No Longer a customer.....your store Should not have Chairs on top of high top tables while your store is open for business and customers are present. Today a Chair fell from Table top and nearly struck a customer on their head. When issue was brought up to the Store Manager, he did not care and did not see the liability risk in having chairs on hightops....if the real store manager or franchise owner reads this, its recommended to not have chairs up while customers are present. this will prevent potential injury on customers.

This place will close down if management is not escalated. Friday afternoon only one employee to service 3 families. All Computer screens are off. Bathroom not working. Bathroom doors are dirty. Walls are also dirty leading to bathroom. Running display Fridge is an empty display. Probably will wait 30 minutes. Not coming back

We love this place. My family and I decided to stop after dinner and this place did not disappoint. Such a neat experience. I had the strawberry shortcake and kids each had chocolate and vanilla. The texture is a lot creamier than your normal ice cream.

We had two of the smallest sized premium offerings and they were really good and had a lot of ice cream.The price was $19.59 for two and they looked amazing.The flavors are fun and the seasonal options were nice.The team wasnt very welcoming and made it feel like we were even a bother to them to be there.The refuse out front was overflowing and was falling into the streets so we just took our trash with us.They had all the stools up and didnt allow you to stay inside during COVID and did have a sign that said they require masks while you are inside.

Loved this place. I am lactose intolerant so being able to have ice cream made with either coconut or almond milk is very exciting. You get to pick your flavor and add ins as well as toppings and they make it just for you..my coconut milk coffee ice cream was super creamy. My daughter got regular milk hazelnut and it was extra creamy and delicious. The ONLY draw back is the cost...each small ice cream was $9. Good place for an extra special treat.

It was a super cool experience. You choose the flavor you want, they have Vegan and Dairy-Free options!!, and they create the ice cream right in front of you using liquid nitrogen. The taste is nice and has a creamy texture. What a fun experience !!

The first thing I noticed is there was a young man wiping tables down which is fine, but the rag he was using left a strong mildew odor on the tables and chairs, which means the rag was old and disgusting. That should have been my big red flag but I proceeded to order anyway. I also noticed the AC was off, which is awful in this heat. They were out of speculos cookies and a few other things, my order was supposed to come with whipped cream, asked the guy making it about it when he served it to me without and he said it doesnt come with whipped cream, which was either a lie or he didnt know how to make it. It took fifteen minutes to make one regular caramel crunch cup, Im going to assume he was new and was not trained on how to make everything. I will not come back here. Do yourself a favor and get ice cream elsewhere. Dont try to blame this on a staff shortage. Train your people better or hire better management. I am suspicious that they may not clean all of their equipment properly due to the rag situation and I will alert the health department.

Great ice cream, but extremely slow, 45+ minute wait & out of whip cream and didnt have ingredients for most of the menu. Delicious if you have a lot of time.

What is the deal with this place?! We live 30 minutes away and anytime we try to come it ends up being closed. The ice cream is phenomenal but it is the most unreliable place in terms of hours. And the customer service has been subpar as the workers act upset that you actually came to the establishment and made them work while they are wearing headphones as they serve you. One time our family came in town and we raved about creamistry and drove them 30 minutes only to find that they closed early with no sign. It was 8pm!!! I’ve never seen a place so mismanaged.

The ice cream is creamy and delicious. Completely deserving of 5 stars! It is a bit pricey though and the menu set up is overwhelming as you have to make many, many choices for one treat. While I like choices, it would help if they had already made popular items with standard prices.

The ice cream is amazing and i will go back just to a different location because this is really the rudest staff ever. They dont even acknowledge you when you enter and seem like they hate their job. Makes it very uncomfortable.

This place was really neat! The ice cream making is per order and you see yours being made. The ice cream is delicious. We got traditional, sorbet, and cashew milk ice cream. All were very tasty!

You get a lot of great tasting ice cream here. A medium is good enough for two so just order a small. The ice cream is dense and smooth (basically no air mixed in) which gives you lots of flavor. I loved it. Why only four stars you ask... took one star away because the place was a mess. Tables, counters and bathrooms all dirty. If your place is too busy for cleaning, then hire more people but the first impression when you walk in is like a tornado went through it. That’s sad, for this I would normally give one star but the ice cream made up for it.

Very good but different from regular ice-cream or soft serve ice-cream. Much harder but very smooth. Expensive! This location is brand new so employees are still learning.

The atmosphere is like a cute science lab. The establishment was clean but there was a sewage odor in the main area. That is why the low score. Dont want to eat icecream while theres a sewage smell in the air. (We have been to this location before but this was the first time we noticed an odor). The staff was not friendly but they werent rude either.The icecream was delicious but I couldnt wait to get out of there due to the smell. This is the small Unicorn. The kids always love the experience here. They offer a military discount which is a plus. Not pictured but delicious as well are the Cookie Monster and the Party Animal.

This place is so cool! The ice cream is the smoothest and creamist ice cream ice ever had! I ordered an ice cream sandwich. It was a fruity pebble one, I had fruity pebble flavored ice cream inside of the sandwich it was so good! My only complaint is that it was a little messy but other than that I loved it! Great place for kids, its so fun watching them make the ice cream and seem the steam from the liquid nitrogen mix with the ice cream.

The Customer service was good but the ice cream was absolutely disgusting. We had the Oreo and strawberry milkshakes with nut milks. Maybe we should have added more of what we see online to the drinks. We threw them Both away.

It takes least 20 minutes for an order here every time weve been here. For what they charge they need to reevaluate their logistics.

Good ice cream but it feels a little overpriced. Wide range of flavors and toppings to choose from. Cookie monster flavor is blue cookies and cream which is adorable. Probably wont be back though just because so many other places exist and they are definitely on the high end in price.

Came here a few days ago with my kids. Seemed like the employees didnt want to serve us - they had no custs and horrible attitudes. Sorry to say that but the other adults in my party noticed it too. Then the food was below average - honestly almost like the employees made it wrong or something (?).

This places used liquid nitrogen to flash freeze their cream, which makes it have a somewhat unique texture and flavor. I had black cherry ice cream with chocolate sauce in a waffle bowl. It was excellent!

The Taro ice cream was absolutely delicious. Yum! I had a single scoop of Taro ice cream on a waffle cone and paid $7.65, that’s a little much. Still it satisfied my craving so I’m happy.

I love that they have vegan options and make their ice cream from scratch! I havent tried coconut based, but I know the cashew based is deliciously creamy. Ive only had the cookies n cream. Highly Recommend it!

Thank you for considering vegan.The ice cream was ok. Nothing surprising nor original about it.Honestly... our tab for one cone and one small cup was $25. We felt rushed to order by the not so friendly cashier as there were at least 20 persons behind us.I also noticed when paying, there is no button option for “no tip”, they only give you three options for tip percentages. A tip is considered when a service is provided, standing behind a counter just doing your job with no smile on your face and no interest on at least a friendly comment is the definition of no service.I would suggest, if someone is buying a medium or large size ice cream, you could at least offer the option for a complimentary cone instead of charging $2 for it, the cone was tasteless and soggy.It was our first time and it will be our last. We would rather support other businesses who offer vegan options but at a fair price.

Still will refrain from being a customer until you change the prices back. Your business isnt suffering and you were still allowed to have your business open during all of this, so why punish your customers? If your business is suffering it is due to a loss of customers from changing your prices and ripping them off more than you were before. This use to be my favorite ice cream spot, not anymore. Sad to see a business as unique as this slowly going out of business due to an ignorant decision and being greedy!

Great product just like there other locations but odd service and environment. I have been here a couple of times and every times its odd. Staff is chilling in the back and the chairs are flipped due no seating because of covid and plus 3 out of 4 of the menu screens are closed. You have to go all the way in to get someones attention and then staff gives attitude when taking orders. I have to think over here because I dont like the way my friends and I get treated here.

Each time weve gone it takes forever to get our order. I appreciate that the staff are apologetic, and its not for their lack of trying as they are working feverishly to get orders out, but 40 minutes to wait for ice cream is just too long. Also, while its not too big of a deal, I would recommend having someone wipe down the counters while the orders are being made.

One of the best Ice cream places around. Yes they are a little pricy but the price is well worth what your getting in return. Fresh made ice cream with fresh toppings. They have a huge variety of mix and match choices to your liking.

Wonderful 1st time experience

Really cool experience for ice cream. A little on the pricey side, but the ice cream is delicious!

I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and I was really craving ice cream so I drove 20 minutes alone to come to Creamistry. It was 10:50pm and they close at 11pm. The second I opened my car door and walked to the entrance, someone walks out of the back and turns off all of the lights. I understand it was close to closing time, however I have worked in the food industry as well and I have never done something so rude to a customer. I will never visit this location again since they obviously believe that serving ONE extra PREGNANT customer would have been such a chore.

My family loves Creamistry. We travel an hour just to enjoy.

Ice cream is the best I’ve ever had. I literally won’t bother eating ice cream anywhere else because theirs is the smoothest. Unfortunately, service was a different story. I went yesterday afternoon and only one person was working. It took FOREVER even though they weren’t super busy because there was only one person working. Additionally, the guy wasn’t wearing a mask, which is a big problem for me.

I was first introduced to Creamistryin Cali back in 2016. I absolutely love it! Im glad theres finally one closer to me. So far my favorite is Captains breakfast!

So this is my first time here at an ice cream shop using liquid nitrogen. Its a bit intimidating when you call it that like that, but what an experience it is! I typically stop by and eat in the surrounding restaurants and have always seen this place, but never once stepped foot in it. I decided to do so recently because it was a blistering 90+ degrees outside and figured, why not? Anyways, walking in, I was instantly greeted by the owner I believe. He was very friendly and polite and walked me through the steps that needed to be done to get my ice cream going (I actually had a milkshake and my GF had the ice cream). I had the mint oreo milkshake and my GF had a coffe ice cream bowl (pictured). The process was SUCH an experience that I recommend anyone to stop in and check them out in action! There was literally smoke? Nitrogen? Vapor? Im not sure what to call it, but it was oozing out the bottom of the intelligently designed glass between the worker and customer. When the end product came out, it tasted A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! My milkshake came out perfect, not too frozen where you cant drink it, and not too runny where its like drinking melted ice cream. Im not a coffee person, however after tasting my GFs cup, I instantly fell in love. Such a balanced between all the flavors packed in each of our desserts! The girls behind the counter knew exactly what they were doing and even confirmed with us a second time on specifics of our order. Everything from the start to finish has been a treat on top of our treat! I highly recommend coming to this location for the A+ customer service on top of the A+ ice cream!!!

Decided to stop by for something sweet after dinner. Boy were we in for a treat. The experience is like no other and the taste is amazing! Almost custardy but super silky and creamy! I love the texture. We will definitely be back!

I called to order at 9 pm after waiting outside for 20 minutes for people to clear out. I called so I don’t have to be inside for so long. As I’m placing my order, the guy on the phone says my manager said no more orders even though they didn’t close for another 2 hours. I said but I’m outside and been here over 20 minutes can I come in? He said no. Seconds later, a man and his son walked in and was not turned away and only one couple is left in the store besides the man and his son. It’s only 9:15 and they close at 11 at this point. What was the purpose of lying to me and refusing my order then letting ppl come in and order as I’m sitting there? Take a wild guess. The Colony Texas really disappointed me. Had only been to a Houston location. Will never come to or recommend this location again!

I ordered the vanilla with Heath mixed in. It was delicious. The ice cream was delightfully creamy and cold. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it’s pricey. Seems like a great spot to swing by every once in a while for a frozen treat. It’s quite entertaining to watch them make your ice cream fresh. Definitely worth checking out.

We went for the first time on a Saturday at 9pm. There was almost no line when we arrived but we ended up waiting 50 minutes to get our order which only consisted of 2 items. Although it was good, we will likely not return because it’s not worth $20 and an hour of our time.

If I go to a craft brewery and expect to pay bud light prices, thats just crazy. This place offers a unique experience, unique flavors, and quality taste. While I pay only slightly more than Blue Bell, I get a FAR superior quality and taste. I just got to enjoy perfect Thai Tea Ice Cream in a fruity pebbles rice crispy sandwich. Cant get that anywhere else. Would give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could. No, this aint sponsored, aint an ad, I just appreciate innovation and quality, and they got it

Good ice cream, but kinda pricey. Smelled like a bathroom when we walked in. Staff were not welcoming (didnt lift heads to acknowledge us). Cashier did not come across friendly. Was hoping for a better experience since it was my first time. Lots of ice cream options around here, thankfully.

The Icecream was okay, not the greatest. I enjoyed that there were non-dairy options. But for the prices and the fact that it was nitro Icecream, I was expecting something really amazing. It was also ¢50 per topping so I was expecting them to load up each topping but I got a little dash of each, maybe a tablespoon of each at most. It definitely wouldn’t be my first choice of Icecream in the area in the future but it was interesting to try.

By far the best ice cream I’ve ever had! I love the fresh fruit they put on top ! Very creamy ice cream! A little expensive but worth it for sure

We went for mothers day. There was one family infront of us and a family behind us. Our order was very basic - one strawberry ice cream and one chocolate with brownies. The family behind us ordered four signature icecreams and somehow walked out with their ice creams before we did. The staff almost gave us the wrong ice cream as well which lengthened the wait time further . I Wish I had a better customer service experience. Its not practical to wait around with a one and two year old for that long. Staff may benefit with some sort of extra training involving time management and communication . Ice cream otherwise was great but thats expected when youre paying that much for ice cream. I must say, the add in brown mix in was rock hard . Tasted good but almost impossible to chew.
