I have shopped at this location for years and have never had any issues. The store is always clean, the employees always friendly and helpful, and the prices always good. They have an in store pharmacy with a drive-thru, there is ample parking with good lighting and it is located in a very convenient location. Back when my family lived in this area, my children used to absolutely love our weekly shopping trips when we were going to this Walmart Neighborhood Market, and even though we don’t live nearby anymore it is still one of my favorite places to shop.

Never again will I do online pick up here! NEVER!!!! I tried it twice at this location and whoever is in charge should be REVIEWED TO HELP BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! .

I have shopped here out of convince since the day it opened. I can guarantee that 3 items on my list the will be out of. The pretzels, Tortillas, Shebert and oatmeal is on a 50-50 chance . 50 percent of the time they are there. Oh thats right it is covid. Okay what about the time prior to covid, That is 50% of the grocery list I go for. The music playing in the parking lot is so loud it is like I am at the state fair.Why is the music playing anyway?r. Twice the manager on duty place the next person groceries on the conveyer built while I am checking out which than makes the person under 6 ft from me. I try not to go when she is there she is the worst person you have working for you. The store is filthy on the weekends!

I was disappointed to see that cardboard applicator tampons are no longer stocked. I could only find the more environmentally wasteful (and considerably more EXPENSIVE) plastic applicator tampons. I imagine this is intentional so that more money can be made off women in need of these products. It also shows a lack of responsibility toward our planet.

Whats the point of having a phone # if I cant reach anybody or leave a voicemail? Please get back to me in not able to go to places as I please. This is really inconvenient and lazy. Seems like small businesses dont have a problem answering the phone

I placed an order for express delivery. I had to place the order about 7 times. By the time I got thru the whole process my delivery time had expired. I ended up with 7 times what I ordered. Over $900. I have been trying for over 15 minutes to get someone at the Village Neighborhood Market to answer the phone. I have called every department. Letting the phone ring 10-20 times. No answer. I hope they did not fill all those orders and charge my card.

Not bad... prices are right. Since they’ve added the self checkout you can get in and out fairly quickly. I mean it’s a Walmart... Just wish they’d work more on keeping the parking lot clean.

Everything is easy to find. Only issue is sometimes they listed food items as non food. So for non-profit organizations if you are tax exempt on food you will still pay taxes because items like orange juice, cream cheese or bananas are marked as non food items. I ask an employee why was this and she said because they are not food items. Imagine that IQ.

I never shop anywhere else. Have everything I need & I know where everything is located. Friendly staff, easy check-out, too.

The black greeter lady is usually very rude with a horrible attitude-hide her in the back already! I know Im not the first to of complained. Not even a little smile was received, and thats the greeters whole.purpose!

If you prefer a quick stop and self-service on the NW side of the city.I find this a perfect place to shop.

Ive tried 3 different Wal-Mart stores, the one on Penn, the one on Danforth in Edmond both problems every time. Missing items, damaged items. Not this time! Thank you walmart in the village! Well be back!

The money order machine is constantly down on a daily basis. I found a manager and asked him what the problem was with the money order machine and found out it is not the machine that has a problem this store has a problem employing people qualified to run the machine so do not go to this Walmart if youre needing a money order.

Had to make an early trip get some items for my Mother in the hospital, this was convenient, fast, & open.

Great store. Well stocked, quality stuff. Usually pretty busy but it is in a good location well lit parking lot also. Good groceries usually has everything we need.

I love the Neighborhood Markets. Sometimes you just want to run in and get what you need and run out I wish they would open back the ones they closed in Wichita

Deli makes customers sick by using water in oil fryers, not cleaning equipment, and improper temperatures. And I havent seen sanitizers used ever. The only time anyone pays attention to customers is during check out. This is hoping for a tip for doing nothing. I just see people standing around with hands in pockets, watching other customers like thieves. Then they have nerve to ask for a rating for doing nothing. Its all self service, and check out. Besides I buy my meats at Braums next door cause I like things like flavor, freshness, and saline/silicone free.

Having to scan my own groceries is some BS. I wont work there nor are prices being dropped so why am i scanning my own stuff

Dirty work gloves left on the counter in the Delhi area and also some sort of binder on what they used to weigh your food products. I know that theyll clean it off but isnt there a better place to put the binder like on the COUNTER and shouldnt those dirty work gloves be out of site and or on the floor. This was at about 645pm on a Tuesday.

Always a pleasure to shop at any Walmart, the hospaitaly is off the charts, the are always stocked on all their invatory great fruits and vegetables. Most importantly being on a fixed income the prices are the best 💜

The Walmart App said my items were there and it wasnt and they never found it. The the worker fault they did a good job trying to find it.

Horrible experience pick-up service. Arrived at my scheduled time. Ordered on Thursday for pick-up on Saturday. Waited 15 mins in designated slot. Had to go into store that no pick up orders had been processed. I received no email cancelation but my cc was charged. Horrible customer service.

I’ve been told on 2-3 separate occasions that because of the holidays, they would have employees to check people out. NOPE, standing over you/around you/in front of you, YES!! Last week I specifically asked on a Sunday BEFORE Thanksgiving around 11:00 am for a “checker”, none available! After spending hours and appx $350.00, I then get to check myself out!! It’s infuriating, if I hadn’t spent all that time and needed Thanksgiving food, I’d have left my cart.

99% self check out AND with long lines for it, too! The whole point of self check out is that its supposed to be fast. This is more like Im paying to work there.

Do you have a list of ten basic things you need? Good news! This Walmart will definitely have eight of them in stock! Dont worry Im sure its totally normal for a grocery store to regularly completely run out of Pepsi. Or taco seasoning. Or lettuce.Most grocery stores also stock their shelves and clean overnight, but this store is much more efficient. They stock all day during prime shopping hours, guaranteeing the aisles will always be half full of pallets and youll always be in some employees way.

They need to restock. They were out of a lot of things. Bare shelves on some things.

They have completely eliminated cashiers.???? They are putting people out of work. And still charging customers to check and bag their own groceries.

I feel like if I am going to go spend money at a place of business, I should at least have the option for an employee to check me out. This location ONLY has 2 registers with people,and usually there isnt a clerk in those places so you are forced to use self checkout. Not impressed. Sometimes after shipping with a preteen and a toddler, I just dont have the energy to check myself out.

Id be willing to tattoo Neighbor Market on my backside for a nominal fee..

Good Service LOVE That Store SO CLEAN.

I stopped by the neighborhood Walmart for a quick in and out for some groceries. I am usually at a Walmart every couple of weeks and will go to which ever one is in the path of where I am going that day.I was pleasantly surprised as I went through the store. Every Walmart employee that I encountered greeted me. If they though they were in my way, I heard an excuse me. Someone helped me checkout at a self service register. I have never had this type of treatment at any other Walmart store. Even the employees filling internet orders made sure they were not in my way. This was a very pleasant experience.

Its easy to find products and the facility was very clean.

Well every time I go to Walmart its just a wonderful experience the people that I meet the workers everybody just a wonderful good time its like going to a family reunions I love it thats my review my rating from 1 to 10 Id give it a 10

The neighborhood Wal-marts are convenient when I need certain items that I cant get at convenience stores like 7-11 at a decent price.

I love this place

Clean, good layout, quick to get in and out whether you want a full cart of items or just a few things.

Checking out takes longer since they replaced most of all the cashiers with self check outs. Its better to stop early to get ahead of the crowd. There have been some random funky smells while shopping through certain aisles & they are still remodeling this store at the moment seems like its taking awhile to finish. Other than that its an regular neighborhood Walmart.

The reps at this store are so kind and courteous and very helpful.

Better than going to the supercenter

Too many self check out lanes..thats not convenient or great for everyone..noone greeted me and lines too long cause it takes longer for people to self check out and for someone to fix the mistakes..and we should be getting paid if we are doing all the checking out and bagging..

Its fine if you have a credit or debit card but Walmart doesnt want the elderly or other people that dont have credit cards shopping there as most of the check outs have been replaced with self checkouts. Multibillion dollar company will not pay people high wages to work. Hope they take out the machines and put people to work checking out peoples groceries and improve the customer service

Great store, great employees... I gave it a 4 star due to personal inconvenience... I am saddened the 24/7 hrs of operation have changed. Very convenient for me to come in at 04:30 on way to work & avoid crowds & having to hunt for parking. I understand why & I am adapting.

A completely disgusting rats nest.

They were out of most everything including lettuce.the employees were rude and wouldnt move out of the way so that you could shop. They were too busy taking orders from people ordering onlineto help or even care about the customers that were standing there in front of them.a lot of the employees were just standing around talking to each other.employees acted like I was in their way while they were trying to pick orders. Very sorry customer service.

Shop here 2 or 3 times a week. Dislike the new self checks. There is only a tiny platform to put your stuff to scan and only holds 2 bags after you fill them. Otherwise everything is easy to find, its clean, fruits&veggies are fresh, and the bank is convenient.

I am posting this on September 18, 2018. Today while shopping, I had a great experience with a floor customer service lady named Marsha. She was very helpful and even introduced me to some new items that I purchased! She also went all the way to other aisle to do a price check for something my child had thrown in the basket without me looking. Thank you Marsha, for your help today!

The S.W. 104th and Western is the place to go if want to get and out quickly. The store is always clean and well stocked.The on duty managers welcome customer feedback. I have shopped at that location since they took over that space from Food Lion.

Down to one live checker, everything else is self-checkout. No thanks. They seem to have plenty of employees blocking your way in the aisles every time you reach for something, but you better get busy checking your own groceries, because customer services is not the Walmart way. Never again.

2:00 pm on a Monday. At least 15 checkout lines, 23 people in one line...one line. There are 10+ employees walking around. The line that was open was self check out.

The pharmacy is professional, knowledgeable and attentive to customers.

Some of the nicest, caring people work in the deli and they put a lot of LOVE in the food for the public and I never have to wait at the check out because the cashiers are there to help you!!!!! Hey Jackie 👋😊😀!

Worse Neighborhood Wal-Mart in OKC.They always running out of food and items.You literally have to drive elsewhere for the things you need. This happens ALL the time.
