Couldnt find pot kooks...some reason these are hard to find...great customer service

We didnt buy anything during our visit (because of the rudeness) but one of the salespeople very rudely asked us to move out of the way so she could show some older woman the espresso makers we were interested in buying. The girl who was helping us was very helpful, but that other lady might need to learn not to be so mean to potential paying customers. I doubt theyll get my business now.

Lovely store, was greeted upon arrival and they let us browse without being bothered, which I personally like. Super friendly staff.

Every place Ive been to in Montgomery County for the last month didnt require masks. I walked in to Sur La Table looking for a Kramer Damascus Nakiri knife and was turned away because I didnt have a mask with me. Didnt bother me though. As I was quickly able to find what I was wanting online. I like to support brick and mortar stores, when I can, but I havent seen anyone else supply them in the area. Internet supplier saved the day! They have a right to force masks, and I have a right to shop elsewhere.

Outstanding items and great personal service. Sometimes pricey but the items are high-end and well worth it. Also, there were some pleasantly surprising sales today, so all around, a great experience!

Sur La table is a kitchen housewares store. They have valet parking in front or free parking around the back there is also a high-rise parking structure across the street. It is located inside the market Street in The Woodlands Houston Texas. The parking lot is clean new and modern and has handicapped access. The store is in a neat location there is lots of shops and restaurants around. Its very clean and well maintained inside the store. The staff is very helpful and will explain how to use the items that youre interested in. They have a lot to choose from. It was my first time here and I will come back again. I enjoyed my experience shopping with them. I highly recommend this to anyone. If you like my reviews please leave a thumbs up. Thank you

Sure La Table is s sheer delight for the casual and serious chef.They offer a very wide range of cooking related items that are the familiar and some not so familiar.In addition, one my browse through a rich and extensive choice of table ware.All things considered, Sure La Table is clearly providing items for the kitchenThey tend to be high end in pricing.

Love this store! They are helpful from the min that you walk in. It is every cooks dream. They have quality cookware as well as baking items you cant usually find. They also have sma good grade of olive oil that they sale as well as some other specialty type foods/spices from Europe. If you have a friend that loves to cook bring them here or better yet give them money to go on a shopping spree here

It is good that they remember you, and know what you like and are looking for. They have most professional/commercial grade kitchen supplies for your home.

Love it here. They always have good customer service and high quality kitchen equipment. As someone that cooks all the time I always buy my stuff here cause I know it will hold up unlike say stuff from Walmart.

What a great place this is! They have a very nice variety of high-end products for your kitchen, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The prices are what you would expect for the quality that youre getting in return. Whenever I need something specific and of higher quality, I come here first!

Staff was very friendly. We found what i needed right away they offered great suggestions on new recipes. I have never been disappointed on any trip here.

Well if you like to cook this place has it all. The staff was excellent. Also they sharpen knives on site. I will update later when I see how they come out.

Great products for great prices. Wanted a new coffee pot for my boyfriend for his birthday. They had most of them out on display and showed me how all of them worked. Helped me find the one my boyfriend wanted even put it on hold for me when I had to return for it on a different day.

Very helpful and patient. I tried out several top end knives, left without purchasing, researched, and returned the next day for purchase. Knowledgeable and for the high end knives competitive.

Worst experience with a sales person that claimed to be the manager, she was rude, and treated us poorly because we were Latino . I called the corporate office while still in the store to make a complaint and was advised that someone would get back to me within 48 hours, I’m still waiting .I have been shopping at Sur la Table for15 years and this was the worst customer experience I have encountered . A very disappointing encounter with a person representing this store and surprising that they have decided to make no comment of my experienceThey lost a long term customer and will continue to advise friends and family about the substandard and discriminatory service of their front line employees

Friendly and helpful staff. We asked a lot of questions about the Jura Giga 6 espresso machine. Very patient and got our questions answered.

Amazing selection of cooking and baking tools and supplies - expensive. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable- someting you wont get at the cheaper places. They also have a nice selection top-of-the-line of pots, pans, duch ovens, and other cookware. Highly recommended.

Great service, knowledgable staff, quality goods. They do knife sharpening first one free then $5 each which cant be beat.

Terrible experience! They didnt stand behind their product one bit. We have spent thousands of dollars here over the years and the 1st time we have an issue with a simple slotted egg turner that was defective they refused to complete the exchange because they were unable to look up the sku. Extremely disappointed. We wont be back.

Ive been shopping at Sur La Table for several years and it never disappoints..!! Great little cooking gadgets, ie: spatulas, egg whips, veggie peelers, melon scoops, etc. Cooking timers and thermometers I wouldnt be without, as well as top brand knives like Wusthof and Henckles. Tip: I LIVE on their Marca Verde il Classico EVOO - makes a smashing gift in a wine bottle bag or a big red bow. Your friend will happily THANK YOU!! 👌

Terrible customer service. Ive shopped at other Sur La Table stores and had my bridal registry at one and this store has the worst customer service. I was completely ignored by a salesgirl and when I asked help by another, she gave me a dirty look and said she was busy with a customer. When I glanced back, she was chatting with a co-worker. Disappointed with this store and never coming back.

They have a large selection of knives that you can get your hands on and cut with. Abby was the greatest!! Check her out!!

Good stuff inside, but a little pricey.

They seem to have just about every kitchen gadget you can imagine. Sometimes they can be overpriced though. My favorite part is the huge collection of Cookie Cutters that they have. The baking section is fabulous!
