Great deal with buy one and the second pair 50% Missing some sizes

This location was clean and organized, staff was very friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable and lower than most other shoe outlets... especially with their Buy One, Get One offers. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family... we also will be returning for future purchases.

One pair of shoes size 14 mens in the entire store. I had to take my clown feet somewhere else.

I tried to exchange an online order, in store. However when I arrived at 5:57, the doors were locked WITH CUSTOMERS INSIDE. The new store hours were posted on the door, which clearly stated the store closed at 6pm. I’m sure my service would have taken all of a few mins, because this is NOT my first rodeo. But to arrive and be stopped by locked doors, while their employee clearly stared at me through the door - JUST HORRIBLE. There I am Standing there with two boxes of shoes while pregnant in 90 degree heat!Not only was it extreme poor customer service, but clearly a fire hazard to have the doors locked with customers inside during business hours.I was just going to exchange my order, but now I’m just going to return it all together. I’d much rather spend my money elsewhere.

Rack Room Shoes is a large shoe store they have a large clean easy to Park parking lot. They have handicap ramps and handicap parking. They have good prices on most of the shoes. Theyre very helpful in the stores very neat and clean. if you must make a return Please dont wear the shoes first and save your receipt. I enjoyed shopping here. Wasnt that bad of an experience just the options are as much as I taught, my problem was just really finding a wide selection on some of the nice tennis shoes they had but other than that experience was ok

They were having a BOGO sale which was awesome, but what REALLY made me happy was their selection of large womens shoes. I wear sz. 11 and find decent shoes us bear impossible for me. I bought 4 pairs and spent $130. Im very pleased. The help was good, too. They checked on be but let me shop without pestering.

They always have a really big selection of shoes with semi-decent prices. But the store always has a funny smell.

I absolutely love this store!!!! They always have the best prices and deals I can find anywhere. I love when they have buy one get one free or buy one get one half off because I have two boys so that really saves me money...And I love saving money. LolI bought two pairs of the sketchers light up shoes(the nice ones that have the button and the charger) after a few weeks I noticed my youngests shoes were different, one would always fall off so I looked and they were different sizes. A half a size different. So I called them and told them I bought them for Christmas and he has been wearing them ever since and I didnt keep the receipt because I didnt notice till they were worn a little. She told me just bring them in and she would order me some new ones because they didnt have his size in the store. I went in today and was in and out in like 2 mins...no problems at all. I have and will continue to refer people to this awesome store! Thanks for all that yall do.

I had an amazing shopping experience today . I was greated as soon as I entered and the three girls that were working in the afternoon helped me out a lot. I love the fact that they have BOGO half off. I will for sure come shop here for my shoes.

They definitely dont speak to you or ask you if you need assistance looking for anything. The girl that saw me walk in first was too busy talking to her coworker about a silly obstacle course being in a mall. No professionalism whatsoever, and they just do not care about the customers

The assistant manager had a bit of an attitude with me when i tried to see if there is a discount for buying the display, but the sales are good. The selection is okay.

I stopped at room rack shoes to look for sandals and let me just say this I have don’t retail for over 5 yrs so I know when it’s being done right so I’m walking through the store and an employee came out of nowhere and asked if I needed help I replied that I was just looking to see what I can find so I couldn’t find anything in that area so I walked to another area and another lady was also shopping and knocked over some shoes another employee by the name of Christina looked at me as if I did something wrong when clearly I was just looking for sandals so she just stood there stareing at me as if I was doing something other than shopping after that she decided to ask if I needed help smh 🤦‍♀️ I will never shop there again so I asked for the corporate office information and she had the nerve to ask was something wrong so disappointed 😞
