Finding a dress was easy and dream day had a great amount of dresses in my price range. I got a ton of compliments on my dress and can’t wait to wear it again just for fun!

I had the most AMAZING experience here! My first appointment to try on dresses and Tonie was my consultant. She knew exactly what I was looking for and made me feel so special while trying on dresses. Tonie was so easy to talk to, she didnt pressure me into making a decision right away (even though my decision was made on dress #2) I was told that its rare when a bride finds the right dress on her first appointment but thats exactly what I did! To top things my sister returned the very next day to try on a dress she saw right before we left and ended up buying her wedding dress as well!! Tonie sold 2 dresses to 2 sisters in 2 days! I will recommend every bride I know to Tonie at Dream Day Bridal. She is part of the family now :)

The absolute best Bridal store ever! From the time I walked in to the time I picked up my dress, the experience was amazing. They kept in contact with me, did not push me to buy a dress. Worked very well with me and my style helping me pick the perfect dress without rushing me to try dresses on. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are under new ownership and the experience is just fantastic. Its a fairy tell on there!

After trying 4 other bridal shops Dream Day was the first where I legitimately liked every single dress I tried on. I bought my wedding dress here and had nothing but a great experience every time I visited the shop - rather it be for a fitting or just peace of mind the ladies were always welcoming and friendly. I originally bought my dress in December(2018) and my wedding was in October (2019) and lets say from the time I bought my dress up until my wedding date I decided to make quite a few changes and the execution was perfect. The lady they use for alterations is very detailed and provides top quality. Kristina at Dream Day also added beading for me and did an outstanding job. Ill also note that their pricing is incredibly reasonable. I had visited merry go round before going here and the second hand dresses there cost more than their brand new dresses. I just really recommend checking them out for you perfect dress.

The Dream Day bridal staff are fantastic. I was panicking and short on time when I first walked in. I had a bad alteration experience with the dress for my sons wedding. After explaining my situation, they were not condescending but understanding and helpful. They knew their dress lines so well, I was immediately directed to vendors that provided quick delivery. Their professionalism and confidence helped to relieve my anxiety.Mary, their seamstress, is an angel! she altered my dress to perfection. she was quick and very competent. Dream Day Bridal has been the most helpful Bridal and Moms store we have ever visited and we have been to them all! My mom has bought several dresses here over the years and these people will go out of their way to assist you in finding the perfect dress! My mom always feels like a million dollars when she purchases from Dream Day Bridal, they take the time to listen to what you think you want and then pull dresses for you that you would have never looked at and WOW! Had an appointment set for this morning, it had been confirmed through email prior to and through text the day before. Arrived and found that they were closed today and then found this email from two hours after confirming yesterday. If you wanted the holiday off, I would’ve appreciated a cancellation further in advance. My future mother in law drove down from north Texas this morning to be here as well as my aunt from central Texas. Such a disappointment and terrible way to handle business.

My daughter and I have been to all the bridal shops in the area, but Dream Day Bridal was by far the best! The sales girl was incredible. She was super helpful and knowledgeable about the dresses and did everything with a smile. She was extremely sweet and made the process fun and enjoyable. Besides the outstanding customer service the dresses were elegant yet affordable. I had the best experience here. I originally tried ordering a gown online, and it didn’t fit. I was a month out from the wedding, in a total panic, and I started calling bridal shops in the Woodlands. Most were super snotty to me, telling me I couldn’t even come look without an appointment, they couldn’t accommodate me, so sorry. I was literally crying. When I called Dream Day, it was near closing time, and they told me to just come, no worries about not having an appointment. They were super sweet, didn’t rush me, the sales lady listened to what I wanted, and she gave me feedback. Even the owner came over and helped me pick a dress. They made the experience so special that when I found the “dress” I actually cried. It was exactly what I dreamed wedding dress shopping should be like. And when I picked up the dress the week of the wedding, the owner gave me a little gift. It was all so personalized, and I felt the entire time like they really cared that I got the perfect dress for me. I could not recommend this place more.

This past weekend i had the pleasure of visiting Dream day bridal with my sister for her upcoming wedding. The sales girl was extremely helpful and provided excellent service, and dress shopping is never easy but at this particular store it was incredibly magical to see the look on my sisters face when she found the dress of her dreams. I had a dress ordered that i thought i loved from a different vendor, received a phone call saying the manufacturer did not receive the color fabric needed for my MOB dress. I was back to square one again, I went online, found another dress that i love even more ! i called Kristin at Dream Day Bridal, she was so VERY helpful and quick to answer my questions and concerns. Once i got the approval from my Daughter that my dress was what she wanted and me as well Kristin was so helpful to put me at ease, made this stressful time much more bearable. I ordered a dress online via PayPal. Unfortunately the dress was no longer available. Laurie was quick to reply to my emails and to refund my money. If I lived in the area, I would shop there personally! But definitely a store I feel comfortable doing business with online. Maybe Ill find another dress on their site. I bought my wedding dress here in January of 2018 and had a wonderful experience! The sales girl was sweet as can be and helped me try on as many dresses as I wanted and kept a smile on her face when I asked to try the same one on 4 separate times. They humored me when I came back on separate occasions just to confirm that it was indeed “the one.” They had a huge selection in a variety of styles and sizes. I loved it so much that my best friend is returning there to try on gowns at my recommendation!

I recently purchased my wedding dress from Dream Day Bridal and i couldn’t be happier. It’s a family owned shop and they truly make you feel like a part of their family. My girls and i were all laughing and having a great time throughout the whole process of finding a dress. I was so nervous going into the process of dress shopping but Laury, the shop owner, immediately picked up on my style and helped me find the perfect one. She was attentive to my needs and was extremely helpful and sweet. Also, I have a lot of family and friends that came to visit from out of state on different dates and they all wanted to see my try on the dress. Dream Day was so easy to work with and accommodated for that which i really appreciated. There are so many gorgeous and unique dresses to choose from. We had an appointment at Dream Day Bridal today. The person who spoke with us was a young sales girl. She never smiled the entire time we were there and was not helpful at all. She did not assist my daughter in getting wedding gowns or trying on. She just stood outside the dressing room door with a frown on her face. Several times she made comments saying this is all we have to show you, after she tries on this dress, we are going to be done for the day. We were so disappointed because we would have purchased one of the wedding dresses and recommended your store to friends if we had be treated with good service. What surprised us the most is we went to this store because of the good reviews. I am not sure why were were not given the same service as the other reviews.

The best experience ever! When I walked in for my appointment, I was greeted warmly. I, by nature, am a little nervous so this helped me. When I asked my questions like, what do your dresses cost? or are you in the room with me when I get undressed? or will you stay with in my budget? - they were answered and happily so. I found my dream dress here, and couldnt be more in love with my fiancé or my dress!

I originally went to a bridal store downtown Houston and was treated horribly. I walked into this store and even though I didnt have an appointment the ladies heard my story and immediately welcomed me in. They had to check to make sure their other appointment had cancelled, before giving me her slot time. They helped me find my dream gown and made me feel special and cared for. These ladies treat you like family. My wedding was back in 2014 and Im still grateful to these ladies, I just forgot to post a review.

Not a good experience. We had originally scheduled a bridal appointment for a Saturday morning. My daughter found her dress the previous week, so we changed the appointment to a bridesmaids appointment. We we arrived, we were not made to feel comfortable at all. They seemed shocked that we had 4 bridesmaids with us. The girls tried on dresses, with no assistance. One bridesmaid was late and they were very agitated that she was going to try on dresses. We felt so uncomfortable that we just left, without even a goodbye or comment from them. They missed out on us ordering 5 dresses from their store - when in fact we chose the same designer at another shop. Just an example that they should put the customer first...

My experience when purchasing a bridesmaid dress was not successful. The dress I bought was measured wrong and it is two sizes to big for me. I called and the ladies and they did not treat me with respect when hearing about my dress situation. I asked to be reimbursed but they blamed me for not saying anything when I picked up the dress sooner. Dear brides, please be warned do not waste your time going here. The owner is extremely rude and provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Not only was she disrespectful and rude to me, but also to my mother and future mother in law. I made an appointment and emailed back and forth with the store on my wedding date and the style of dress I was looking for. When I arrived on time for my appointment I was not greeted so my bridal party started looking around the store, once they started touching the dresses then we were approached. I was asked to fill out another slip that had the exact same information I had already previously provided via email and was not told at all how their process in the store works. By now my mom and one of my bridesmaids each had found a dress they wanted me to try on so they picked it up off the rack and the owner of the store rudely states for us to not pull gowns and I would be given clips to mark the dresses. My mom gave the dress to the owner that she wanted me to try on and the owner said she would put it in my dressing room. I picked out another two dresses with another store employee to try on and when I went to my dressing room the dress my mother picked out was not in there. I told the lady who was helping me the dress my mom picked was not in here and she gave it to the owner to put in my dressing room. Several minutes later as Im trying on the first gown I picked the owner states she put the dress in the back and that I was not allowed to try it on because it was out of my price range. The owner then began arguing loudly in the store with my mom which was extremely unprofessional. She handled the situation in the worst way possible. I did find a dress I loved in there, which was out of MY price range but my parents were willing to pay the difference. Unfortunately due to the way we were treated we will NEVER purchase anything from this bridal store. Also this was my first time trying on dresses and it was a terrible experience. The owner of this store completely ruined what should have been a magical moment.

My review is not a good one. While the ladies were very nice, I felt that they werent as knowledgeable as they should have been when helping me.First - they kept telling us to wait two more weeks in case our daughter got taller. Said we would still have plenty of time to get the dress and make alterations. I told them no, and we ordered that day. The dress came in 1.5 weeks before wedding. If I had waited like they said - we would have been without a dress.Second: They kept saying to order the dress 3 inches longer just in case. While I can appreciate their concern 2mths out that my daughter could shoot up, I know my kid, and she had just gone through a spurt and would NOT be getting taller. They ordered it this way anyhow (again I think they did it with good intentions) and now the dress is too long for our daughter. We are now paying a full $50 to alter the dress, that shouldnt have needed altering. Thats the CHEAP price - to do the alteration right, we were to pay $99. Almost as much as the dress itself.Again - while I think it was all done with the best of intentions and while I really liked the ladies personally there, I would trust your instincts with it comes to a kid (because who knows their child better?) and insist that they order the way you asked.That said - they always had a friendly smile on their faces when we arrived and were quick to assist in other areas.

First of all, I NEVER write negative reviews. Generally, I just assume people will experience things no matter what I write and that just because I was unhappy doesnt mean a business is bad. That being said, I absolutely do NOT recommend Dream Day Bridal.I had tried a few bridal shops, from the most popular down to the most custom and expensive stores out there. Im very picky about wedding dresses (as I came to find) and no one was hitting the nail on the head for me.So ... I did some research and found that a designer I liked had a dress exactly like I thought I could see myself in, but I had trouble finding it.The sad part is, Dream Day Bridal HAD my business hook, line and sinker. They found that dress for me and (after a pricey fee) had it shipped to their store for me to try! And... I said Yes! to the dress!Thats when they lost me.One, they didnt follow up with me to tell me when exactly my dress would ship. I had to call two months later to find out.Two, they called me on June first with a brief voicemail telling me my dress had arrived (even though it wasnt supposed to ship from England until the 31st of May. Now, thats expedited shipping!).Third, I received an email only 7 days later saying that my balance was PAST DUE and I would be penalized with late fees if I didnt pay immediately.Not ONCE was this mentioned when I said yes to the dress and plopped down HALF of the cost up front. It was not mentioned during my enquiry about shipping and it was NOT mentioned in my voicemail briefly stating that my dress was there. (Oh, but it IS in the FINE print on the bottom of the receipt!)Then, when I called to find out why in the world they needed me to pay my remaining balance before Id even SEEN the dress, the owner was, frankly, rude and acted like I was trying to avoid paying by saying most girls would have come in right away to see their dress.Well, Laurie, Im sorry but I work 12 hours a day and live 2 hours away from your shop, so Im sorry Im not like your most girls.This could have been handled completely differently and they could have still kept a customer who would have strongly recommended them in future.As it is, they have given me the clear picture of how they run their business: Get the money, get the money, GET THE MONEY.(And, just for clarification, Dream Day Bridal was paid in FULL the moment I spoke to them about my past due balance and now Im stuck with whatever dress I go to pick up tomorrow. Wish me luck!)P.S. IF you need any confirmation of what Ive just written, please see the response from owner. Clearly, they care so much about their customers they have to call them negative to the internet and address nothing of the concerns in the review. Clearly, the negativity is on the side of the bridal store. Be weary brides!

Dream Day Bridal is a mother-daughter ran business, and they are just fantastic! Laurie and Kristina really listened to what I was wanting in a dress and paid attention to the details. I had gone dress shopping countless times before and it was all just a flop. The boutique is a very intimate setting, and both Kristina and Laurie make sure that all attention is focused on one bride, and one bride only. Often times, when walking into a bridal boutique its very stuffy and intimidating. I feel as they both do a fantastic job with making you feel at ease, and relaxed when making one of the biggest decisions for the wedding.I had to get my dress altered, and they had their alteration lady come in. Mary is FANTASTIC!!! She made my dress fit like a glove, and I could not be more impressed. My dress was lace with beading, and pearls in the bodice, so to alter the dress she had to work with a lot of details. Not only did she do great work, but incredibly reasonably priced. I am very fortunate that Dream Day sent me in her direction. Once she is done altering the dress, she brings it back to Dream Day for them to steam (what a nice perk!).After my last fitting, we noticed that the lace was pulling, and bunching around my waist. When looking closer it was because the beads, pearls, etc. were sewn all the way through the lace to the satin underneath on the dress. Dream Day took off all the beads, pearls, etc. on the dress to let the pulling go, and re-sew every last detail back on, to just the lace. Not to mention, we realized this problem, oh, two days before the wedding. And they finished the project the next day that I brought it in. There were easily 20-30 beads, etc. that needed to be taken off, then redone. I am so fortunate to have found a boutique that really cared so much for my special day, that they would put forth that much extra work to make it perfect. They are a vendor I happily suggest, and encourage everyone to consider when finding their bridal gown! They also have great accessories ;)

I purchased my wedding dress from Dream Day Bridal and the entire experience was TERRIBLE!! After I ordered the dress, it arrived at the store with plenty of time to spare. When they called to let me know that the dress was in, I was traveling on business. I called back the next day, paid my balance, and said that I would be in in 2 weeks to pick it up. When I picked the dress up, the zipper was damaged, and did not work. They told me that they would send the dress in to be fixed, and it would be ready for pickup the following weekend. 3 weeks later I called to check on things and they said that the dress was ready (but they had not contacted me to tell me). When I went to pick up the dress it had not been steamed. I asked about alterations and they owner said that I would have to call myself to make an appointment with their alterations person. I asked if there was anything they could do to help me since the dress was damaged when it came in. They said no, they would not help with arranging an appointment with alterations and that it was MY FAULT for not picking the dress up ASAP when it came in. The owner was so rude in all of my communications with her. She was not at all apologetic for the damaged dress or for it taking so long to fix. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Absolutely horrible experience!!!!

Wow! I usually never do reviews but I went to this place there was nobody at the front desk I waited there until an old lady came to me with a non welcoming facial expression, and asked me what I needed I told her I was looking for a wedding dress very rude she said they had appointments and they don’t let other people interfere while they’re trying the dresses. Didn’t even offer to book an appointment.

I ordered my dress from Dream Day Bridal in Nov 2014. Read about the mixed reviews on several sites, so I was hesitant to go; however, there were not many options closer to me for the designer that I chose. Walking in to my appt, I had to be the first to say hello. But as the appt went on (went by myself), it was great. Laurie gave me her honest opinion about the dresses and helped me pick different options as well. I decided to buy a belt and a veil from the shop as well. She did make a comment about the wedding dress having a difficult time fitting if I got fat in the next couple months, I did wonder if I should be offended but after reading reviews, I think that is just a general comment that she says to brides as a caution thing.I will note that there is a slight delay in communication (but I think thats just due to the business). If I called again or sent an email, it was usually taken care of in 1-2 days. Dress arrived a week earlier than expected. Overall the transaction was great. I felt like they did a great job and were very courteous and nice.

The staff was very helpful. I went with my niece (bride-to-be) who was unsure yet of which style would compliment her shape and they were very patient as she tried on many different dresses until we finally were able to narrow the style options for her. I would recommend this place to a friend due to their customer service and broad selection of styles. Their prices are reasonable as well.

The lady at the front desk was so rude and unfriendly. She didnt even greet with a smile. My 5 year old daughter was walking around with me and she rudely said hold her hand. My daughter is not a rambunctious child! She is very girly and was in awe of all the dresses. Though i do understand that you dont want the dresses messed up by little hands, but there is definitely a nicer way to say things. The lady did not even offer to help me nor did she act like she wanted to even be there. Ive been in retail/ customer service for over 15 years. Ive been in management to visual. And the store is not at all appealing and organized. And I can see Im not the only one dissatisfied with their attitude. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Not sure why some people have nothing better to do then go and write negative reviews about different businesses. We have had nothing about but great things to say about Dream Day Bridal. More of the happy customers need to start sharing their wonderful experience !

I will not rate this place, they do not deserve a star!! Having an appt and for the older lady to tell you cant try dresses on, so whatst he point in having a appointment, in need of two wedding gowns took my business else where were i was welcome helped and not once was giving attitude this place is full of rude people!!!! DO NOT GO HERE, very small selection of Wedding gowns By the way!

Horrible customer service. Would not help to determine if the dresses we were interested in where available. The lady who helped us, Laurie, who when I requested to speak to the owner, informed me that she was only a co-owner, she was an owner as well, was the rudest person I have dealt with in my entire wedding planning process.

Customer service is horrible. Shopping for a wedding dress is one of the best days for a girl, but this place sure doesnt know that. I decided to walk in on a Wednesday, I thought that I didnt need an appointment being that you expect weekends to be the busiest, and I was right. They had nobody at the store, only employes, two to be exact. As soon as I walked in one of the girls asked me if I had an appointment and I said no, she said that she was going to ask if I was going to be allowed to shop, she walked to the back and I could see her talking to an older women. She came back and she said that I had to have an appointment. I didnt mention before but the attitude of this girl was so rude, she made feel like if she was making me a favor since I didnt have an appointment, and that I didnt deserve to be there. She was not professional at all.But I am so thankful for the Brickhouse Bridal, because they are all the opposite of this place.GIrls dont even waste your time in this place, if they have attitudes like that, they sure dont deserve your money.

Dear Brides,I recently traveled 2 hours to this establishment on the search for my perfect gown on my special day. The only reason I chose this place is because it came up first in the search engine. As I walk in with my elderly Aunt and Mother, we were greeted and asked what we were looking for and when the date was for the wedding. After giving my details, they explained where the clearance rack was and that was it. After being in the store 20 mins, we found 2 dresses I wanted to try on. I started to head to the dressing room when all of a sudden the employee comes out from the works asking if I needed help. Since she was with the only customer in the store already, I replied, No thanks, my mom can help me. She quickly replied, You cant try on dresses without an appointment! Her undertones were so rude and snotty. I felt so disrespected by her reaction. After being completely dumbfounded they wasted 20 minutes of my time, we left. I understand the store has policy but why wait that long to tell someone that? She said, Its on the door! Ok well, sorry we didnt see that and not to mention she knew we had just driven 2 hours to the store, as we had mentioned that when had arrived. Big waste of time!! Ive been in customer service for 15 years and if thats the stores policy, it needs to be addressed with a simple, Hi, what time is your appointment to get the door open to explain nicely about the policy for people that are unaware. After almost ruining a good day for me and a long day of travel, we proceeded to Milenas Bridal down the street. LUBA treated me like a Queen! We purchased my new dress and its currently being customed made just for ME from a European designer!

Sighh... if only I would have read these reviews sooner. It’s really a surprise that this business is still running. I guess it must be the façade they put up the first time you go in the store. You know, I have been placing all of my gown mishap on the designer, but truth of the matter is, the designer did me a huge favor by making sure I did not have to deal with this store anymore. I ordered a wedding gown from Dream Day Bridal in January. The day I ordered my gown I discussed my interest in bridesmaids dresses, I was told they did not have them in store, but carry a designer who makes them so they would call me Monday with details on when my bridesmaids could go try one on. Weeks passed and I never got a call. I disregarded this, thinking to myself, they obviously don’t want more business. No big deal, I found their gowns somewhere else (thank goodness). The day the gown I “ordered” (I use ordered loosely here since the gown was not correct) came in, I got a phone call, explaining that my gown was shipped in incorrectly from the designer and they could ship me a new one out of their warehouse on July 30th (my wedding is in August). I freaked out (as any bride would) and was then told, I can keep the gown that came in and take $200 off the price of the gown, or wait… oh and I had to decide RIGHT NOW! I asked about the possibility of alterations being completed in 11 days and was told, as long as I didn’t get fat all I should need is a hem. At this point I decided to have my wedding planners call so I could stay rational. I told her to ask all the questions I wanted asked. She came back and said they will not pay to rush your alterations because it was “not their fault”. It was at that point that I lost it. I trusted these people with one of the biggest days of my life and they couldn’t front a bill in their own store? It’s not my fault I’d have to rush the alterations. When I ordered the gown I was told I’d get in late May or early June, not JULY or AUGUST! I immediately asked my planner to get my money back. I then receive a call from the store telling me, that my planner is crazy and is asking for my money back. I said, “yes, she should be, I asked her to do that”. I was then told I couldn’t get my money back because I would still get the gown ordered before my August 11 wedding date. I couldn’t even believe they were telling me this. I asked them to STOP calling me and work directly with my planner. Eventually it was agreed to return my money except a $50 “restocking fee”, which I’m still pretty upset about considering that gown was not mine. But as stated earlier, everything happens for a reason and at least I don’t have to deal with those people or this store ever again. I HOPE other brides, seniors, MOBs, bridesmaids read these reviews before going gown shopping to avoid the mistake I made.Oh… and I’m looking forward to hearing your “professional” response!

They lied about checking over the dress it arrived with messedbup seams and wrinkled when they said they were going to iron it before overnighting it, which i had to pay extra for after it came in.

Horrible service! Did not make you feel welcome at all, barely helped you try on the dresses, ate food while I tried on the dresses and just not very friendly or helpful at all!
