I have ordered here many times and the service is Excellent. Whenever I have called the people who answer are always very courteous and professional.

Nice decor and organized, but some things are overpriced and price tags not available on all items. I hate having to ask for prices. They have a good selection of candy and lots of unique candy that I havent seen anywhere else. I loved the giant sized candies and Asian section.

Mall candy shop, yeah its gonna be a bit pricey but its glitz and glamor are charming and the employees are kind. Good candy and nice chocolate selection. COVID has made things a little confusing though, you need to get a glove and bags from the front cashiers but theres nothing stating that.

$60 into one of those hole punch cards and they stop doing those.

The experience in the store was nice until we asked for their best chocolate and an employee suggested the Milka bar. It ended up being expired though and I didnt notice until the day after :( Luckily I didnt eat it, but I was super disappointed. Makes me wonder how long the other candy has been in the clear containers since expiration dates arent written on them.

Who doesnt love candy? Lolli and Pops has it all. They have a large selection of candy to satisfy everyone, from the old school Mary Janes to various flavors of truffles, and so much in between . The staff is very friendly and willing to help. No one seems to be having a bad day (how could they, being surrounded by so many tasty treats 😀). They have a good selection of Japanese and European candies too. One good thing is, they let you sample the candies. No more buying something only to get home to find it wasnt what you thought it was. I do find it to be a tad bit expensive, but with the selection offered and being able to try before you buy, its to be expected. My children love the large selection of gummy bears. They have a chart that show how to mix and match to get new flavors. Every time we go to the mall we make a stop at Lolli and Pops to see whats new. New seasons bring about new flavors, like pumpkin flavored caramel corn around Thanksgiving and peppermint bark at Christmas. Definitely check out Lolli and Pop for your candy needs.

Really love all the choices! The aesthetic of the store is very nice and cute, the staff are very kind. The prices are reasonable and the candy is always tasty.

Must stop in if you are at the mall. Even for a little treat, or a whole bag. Great candy and lots of options, even some hard to find stuff! I recommend the toxic waste sour candies, the chocolate covered banana gummy bears, and anything behind the glass at the counter. Gift cards would make a fantastic gift as well.

Any time I go in there the employees are so kind and engaging. I bought some stuff today and was a $1.17 short and couldnt find the change and the lady at the cashier applied a discount to help me cover my total, though I already offered to her I would just put something back. She said not to worry.

LOVE THIS PLACE! It is the only place I can find my favorite candy (Black Cat Licorice) and though not everyone likes my favorite candy, it is good to have a local candy place that caters to a large group of people a doesnt just serve the norm. Awesome Candy. Awesome people. Fun experience.

My Husband got me a gift from there for Valentines day. I loved it . Im a huge dark chocolate fan so I wasnt disappointed. And Macaroons.. wow is all I can say . I know there on the expensive side . So I made sure to make them last as long as I could. .

Have been in past with great variety and yummy candy..... went yesterday and half the store was gummy bears :(Very little chocolate options and the majority of things we like to get from here were not in stock.....Plus its way too overpriced

I like Lolli and Pops. Unfortunately their sugar free options are very limited, not good for those who cant have sugar, yes I know its candy, but we sugar free people like it also. They have a fun selection but seem to have problems with people tasting since they have signs everywhere about getting a staff member to get a sample. Stop in take a look and buy gummy bears, they are my favorite thing there.

I love this place! Where else can you go to get a bag or jar of mixed goodies? Nice staff, they offer samples and some can even educate you on what youre buying. I come here for the gummies, chocolate covered coffee beans and whatever nuts in dark and milk chocolate. The bag usually lasts a while, but they have a rewards program if you find yourself in there often😊😊

I had the most incredible visit at this location. I walked inside because Logan offered me a sample. The gummy bears tasted so delicious that I decided to walk inside. While looking around I was greeted immediately, and I stopped listening to a gentleman interacting with a customer in the most personable way, his name is Robert Andrus ( I hope I spelled it right). After he finished with the previous customer I approach and I did let him know that what I just witnessed was the most 5 starts level of customer service. Your product is delicious and your staff is amazing, Kudos to Robert and Team

How disappointing. They did not have any pre-packaged gift boxes of chocolates, only pick and choose and they package. Not what I was looking for when trying to do impactful Christmas shopping.

Pricey but soo good. Last time I was there a special was going buy 2 jars and get 1 free. Jars can be refilled for half pr3. So I refilled with my favorite turtles and chocolate covered ammerato pecans. There is also a rewards program.

The literally quite the candy store. Huge selection of goodies. Mostly help yourself from bins and Staff happy to assist. Full of smiling young children. Free samples for most goods, but it is kind of pricey being in the mall.

What an amazing experience. The candy was expensive but you could try it before you bought it. The Gummy Bears are made of real fruit but at $4/ quarter pound they should be made of gold.

Very pleasant to visit. There were employees that actually try to help you out and are the sweetest as the candies are in the store! In particular, one of their employees named Christian (I believe so), hes adorable and very sweet, was so helpful in helping me choose what my tastebuds might be craving for. I would go again to be able to have wonderful service from him at least. Nice store. Probably my favorite in the whole mall (and not because Im a fat kid in a candy store lol) 🍭

Beautiful and fun enviorment for all ages of sweets and candy lovers-alike. The macarons are expensive being nearly $3/a piece and didnt get my order packaged as was requested for a gift however friendly staff. There wasnt really a large variety off flavors as hoped was kinda small section. The macarons still tasted great and money well spent.

The service was phenomenal but the product tastes like cheap chocolate and at 3-7 dollars PER chocolate I expected so much more. The macaroons were very tough and I just gave all of it to my kids because kids will literally eat anything.

The first time I came here was 2 years ago, their candy was $11 for a pound now its $4 for a quarter of a pound. Thats ridiculous! All of their prices have increased dramatically, its not even worth going to any more. I use to always go there every time I went to the mall now I always walk past without even thinking about looking at it.

I had the best 2 minute friendship with one of the employees, he came up to me and asked me why I had a raccoon as my lock screen and we started we talked for about 2 minutes before leaving. I miss him already, if you’re reading this my Instagram is @gae_garry

The LARGEST selection of uncommon and unusual candies, chocolates and pop sodas-- even chocolate truffles and marzipan-- that will have you coming back for more. The service is excellent and super friendly. Yes, it get loud from time to time, but thats probably because The LEGO Store is directly next door. I usually go to pick up about 12 oz. of Gummi Bears (Blue Raspberry, Concorde Grape, and Cherry (They even have a Strawberry Banana flavor)) and a Ramune Soda (sometimes I go for something different, like that Radioactive soda (mulberry flavor)). I love to go here again and again.

I have only tried their macarons. All I could taste was an overwhelming level of sugar followed by an unpleasant artifical flavor. They did have a good texture, but the flavor made them inedible.

Incredibly rude customer service. We couldnt get a rewards card applied to our purchase, which was fine, but we ended up having buyers remorse a few minutes later after exiting the store. When we went to get a return, the supervisor was very condescending and hostile towards us. She tried to take our rewards card, which we have spent 90 dollars to build up, simply because they gave us one extra stamp. Made the experience very unpleasant. We just wanted to return the products and call it a day.

Sam is always really friendly and helpful and I love the macaroons but they are always out of the flavors I come in for.

Bought a small jar of chocolate covered almonds which we devoured before we got out of the mall. Went back in and asked the clerk aka jerk how much for a refill. He said $5. I filled it up and proceeded to check out. Then he said, Oh Im sorry, the $5 was if you have a Loyalty Card. Or whatever they call it there. Any way, I said No thank you. So Mr Jerk took my jar and emptied it into the garbage along with my lid. I had to ask him for my lid back. Now I ask you, Is that any way to treat a new customer?

We would stop every time we went to the mall but they stopped carrying pick your own/individual gummy bears. We wont be back. I can buy a multipack anywhere.

Was excited with the variety of candy they had! Not to happy with the customer service. Some lady with long rainbow hair I guess you can say, and the cashier Eliza I believe... Made my experience not so great. The cashier talked to me like I was dumb and the other girl walked away when my friend asked for assistance and made a comment to the cashier who looked at my friend so I knew they were talking about her.
