This place saved me. Homecoming wiped out all the mens sizes. JCP was the only, and I mean only store that carried a very nice Blazer in my specific yet popular size and same for the perfect fitted shirt, all for about 100 bucks. Huge win.

This is the location I generally freqent, however, they didnt have a really good summer selection. I ended up not buying anything and thats not normal for me. My husband was able to find swimming trunks and a few shirts.

The Oriental man at the check out desk is very cold and rude.

Our cashier, Javier, was absolutely delightful. He was personable, and he entertained the kids as he checked us out.

I visited to grab a deal at Sephora inside of JCPenny..and the service representatives were amazingly attentive and helpful! I was in and out.. and as I was walking away, I saw the jewelry station.. so I decided to stop in review of a sale sign! Lol.. the representative was AMAZING, she helped me locate a cute pair of studs that I wanted for my Birthday! She was patient and worked with me and the price I wanted to pay. We found a beautiful pair of studs and I got a great deal! I had neve thought to go to Pennys for jewelry, but now, I may have to stop in again and see what they have.

Place seems a bit empty. This is where I get my Stafford Super Shirts with the expandable collar.

I get my hair cut here plus much more . Great place in the woodlands.

The store was very clean but the organization in the mens department made no sense and was hard to shop. Many of the pricing signs on the racks had nothing to do with the items on the rack. I was there for over half an hour and never found an employee to answer my questions. Ended up just leaving without what I went in for.

Sad looking store...not the Penneys I remember. Ordered for curbside pickup and finally had to go in and stand in line to get my order.

Great store! Various items and departments of goods! They almost always have great sales and prices for good quality things! Today I got 3 pairs of new shoes for 86 bucks. I did use a 30% off coupon on the whole purchase, but coupons also arent hard to come by at all. 10/10 would reccomend for clothing, bedding, and home goods!

I was surprised how expensive their purses are for the quality! Otherwise, the employee at the returns counter was very pleasant and quickly processed a return that I had.

The place was dirty and smelled terrible. One lady working the checkout with 10 people in line called for some help, the manager walked by without even stopping to help. Its a reason why this place went bankrupt.

Excellent sales. Customer service could move quicker. The lines always take a long time. But you cant beat the prices. 💞

Woodlands mall is looking old. Rust on the top of the buildings, walls need to be power washed. The store looks a little old and tends to only have one register working on the womens department. This creates extremely large lines. I am not sure why they simply dont move one person to the other register as opposed to two people at one register. This would also help with social distancing to avoid huge lines and people side by side.

Staff doesnt seem to really be present even while on shift. You have to go out your way to find someone to help you.

Bought a blazer and it still had the security tag on it and when I got home it had somehow leaked on the jacket. I went to return it and Jane assisted me. We found the jacket online and had it shipped to the store, Jane asked for my name and when I corrected the spelling for her by mentioning that it has 2 Ls my girlfriend saw Jane look at her co-worker and make a face and a who cares motion with her hands while I was looking at the credit card machine. Funny enough, I got in the car and noticed she still spelled my name wrong and also got my phone number wrong too.

Great store, nice overall selection of home goods and clothing. Only reason they lost stars is because of the checkout lines. Wish they hired more people and opened all the checkout areas, especially on the weekends.

Nice employees but good luck finding one. Barely any registers open and the lines for the 3 they have are long. I thought the holiday season would have forced this location to hire more employees but doesnt seem to be the case. Also, I tried to call the store to be connected to the Sephora. Instead I was tossed around to two incorrect departments and eventually hung up on. I ended up making my purchase in the Sephora location in the mall instead of JcPs. They lost an easy sale.

Disappointed! This used to be one of my favorite stores. They have alot of merchandise but the prices were really high and few sales. None of the usual Christmas displays for stocking stuffers and such.

I love the optometrist here & the ppl were thorough & friendly. Not too happy about the blocked door right by the eye doctor. For someone with a bad hip it was a rameal pain &, in my opinion, not a necessity.

Bought my brother-in-law a set of pjs for Christmas, but they were too small.Took them back to exchange for bigger size.They didnt have the same kind & color so I got a similar pair.The price difference wasnt big but the computer couldnt find the original purchase so the return staff went above and beyond to fix the computer mess up.Koodos to Pennys for having great staff in the return department.

Slim pickings but I was able to find what I was looking for. I was hoping for more Columbia gear. I needed a new Jacket. Had to get a Dockers one instead. Picked up a nice Polo in the big and tall department as well.

I had to order custom blinds for my parents new house. The customer service was amazing. Geoffrey and Cynthia were wonderful designers, cheerful, and simply wonderful to work with. You could tell that they really enjoy what they are doing! They also got me the best price for my purchase. I will be back!

Love this store such a huge variety of styles and brands. Should give loyal customers bigger coupon discounts like 40% off more often. Need more cashiers. Also need more baskets since bags dont cut it for me. Especially when shopping for the while family.

You can not go wrong buying basic clothing here.. Kids stuff etc.. Their prices and sales as they struggle to stay alive are pretty darn good. Their brand mens clothes is pretty decent quality.. Not however.. There are only like 4 registers running in the place and check out can be slow... Otherwise employees pretty good... Most of the time!

I was able to go in and get exactly what I needed. Their dressing rooms are still open and they were clean.

I love JCPenneys, and this location is huge. However, every time I visit this location I am overwhelmed by the mess. Its too big of a location for the staff that they have working. Some areas are well maintained, such as housewares, and some areas are the stuff nightmares are made of. Its hard to know prices because all of the racks are mixed up. I know the associates are doing what they can but corporate needs to give them enough payroll to manage this location.

This store is inside The Woodlands Mall. Ample standard and handicapped parking with easy access for everyone from multiple points. This store is always an enjoyable visit, more especially during the holidays. Although, it tends to get a bit cramped due to sale items jammed in the main isle ways but hey...that generally means your getting a deal! I personally like the access from the north side of the mall to avoid being in the actual mall area. Personnel are courteous and helpful.

I went in for some Nike shoes they had advertised. Their athletic shoe selection is horrible. Those shoes werent even there.

Sabrina the cashier was the true definition on a snotty teenager. Argued with me in front of customers. Had manager come over where she continued to argue. Ronnie the manager did nothing and didn’t even tell her to stop. I have never been so disrespected in a store. Needless to say my friend and I didnt purchase our items and we definitely will not go back. This store has gone down rapidly. They need new management and changes from the top down.Just went in again 3/29/21- still awful. Why have liked and then take customers out of line when we’ve been standing in line and then just argue. Always understaffed.Officially spending money elsewhere cause this store can’t get it together. Agree with the person on needing ac- it’s uncomfortable to shop

This place is very unorganized. None of the clothes on the sale racks were marked with the sale price! Every time I wanted to know the actual price I had to find a cashier! Not a pleasant shopping experience and shopping is supposed to be a very pleasant experience for ladies!

Super disappointed with the lack of Christmas decorations and selection of presents, its no wonder their company is suffering in sales.

The JCPenney store inside of the Woodlands Mall on I-45 north of Houston. its a very large mall with a good food court and a large JCPenney store. its a queen new parking lot and parking is free and they also have valet parking around the south side of the mall. The store is clean and neat and has good sale prices.. employees are helpful and fast check you out. Theres a Sephora makeup store inside. Just out of the mall from JCPenney is a childrens play area a great place to drop off those who dont want to shop with you. I have been here before and I will come back again I highly recommend is to anyone. a sign says they have free delivery and free basic installation on appliances.
