Id love to give a 5 star rating. Most Journeys I got to works for one, and deserves one. However today, employee #627554 was not to the standard. We stood at the register waiting for someone to get a shoe size for us, when #627554 walked right past us, I had to ask her to get the shoes size, she then told us she didnt have the size we needed, how could you not when Im holding the size I need in my hand? it was the display. Finally she gets the shoes we needed, rings us up, asked for my email as usual, but when stated to her she didnt put it in. I never received my email for my purchase. I feel as though Journeys wants upbeat pleasant folks working for them, and that is not the experience we got with #627554.
I took my niece out for some shopping and we happened upon this Journey’s. The sales associate, Morgan, was amazing. Not only did she do her job to a T, she was personable, attentive, friendly and all around amazing! Thank you for being the kind of store and employees to set an example for her on what customer service should be!
Beyond grateful for the kindness we received from Dani K and her team. We had and issue with a pair of boots (manufacturing problem) she went above and beyond assisting us. She and her team exude professionalism and unwavering dedication to customer service.
I brought my daughter here to get a pair of shoes for her birthday and the staff was so amazing!
Went in today for some shoes that they ended up not even having. Danielle K helped me and I ended up buying Two pairs of converse. We had matching tattoos even. Really laid back, she was very professional. I will only be buying shoes from her from now on.
Employee was very rude and disrespectful not helpful at all and questioned me on why I didn’t wanna buy the shoe from another store in a rude manner.
These guys literally were closed and open the gate for me to buy what I needed real quick! You don’t see that very often anymore. Thanks Journeys for your amazing crew!
I was in awe by the service I received today... I went to the mall with my family today fully expecting to leave with nothing, but I just had to buy something here considering the stellar service I received from Porter. He was so attentive to all of the questions my mom and I asked and offered excellent suggestions and solutions. Sales isn’t for everyone, but Porter of the Woodlands location of Journeys is a star.
Amazing staff! The store manager was very friendly and helpful with my online exchange! This is my favorite journeys when I visit the Houston area! Danielles customer service is amazing!!
Let me tell yall about Brian. Brian is a salesman at this particular franchise of Journeys, and he could sell a glass of water to a drowning man. The second I walked in, he asked how he could help me. I said I was looking for shoes to replace the brand I was currently using because that brand always falls apart very quickly. He stopped me right there, smiled, and told me he had just the shoes for me. When he reappeared from the back with three boxes of shoes, my feet were graced with the most heavenly and comfortable shoes to ever touch their skin. I chose a pair, and he checked me out with a $5 discount. Some superheroes wear capes. Others wear police and firefighter uniforms. But this particular superhero wears a Journeys name tag. Keep selling, Brian.
This place not very customer friendly my daughter went by this establishment to purchase some shoes they did not have in stock so they told her they have them at another store and they can order them for you they also told her she would have to pay for before ordering so she did they told me would take they also told her she would have to pay for before ordering so she did they told me would take it they said it would just take six days on the 6th day nobody called back so my daughter went up there to see whats going on with the shoes So the manager proceeded to tell her that someone didnt do their job and get them ordered directly from the other store and they were sold OK she understood but when she asked for refund the manager said she would have to call the one 800 number on the receipt to get a refund not offering to do it himself we paid at the store I believe we should get refunded at the store my daughter came home and told me about it so then I proceeded to go to the store and talk to the manager and told him I want to refund he stated I would have to call the one 800 number at that time you need to call the one 800 number and get that taken care of they said they would send me a check in five days we will see but I think all around its bad customer service I asked the manager does he think this was appropriate for good customer service he said no he is correct he apologize I hope I get a refund I sure hate to be the one to show up back at the store and make up one of them went to the Better Business Bureau not happy customer will not be going back

Happen to walk by and noticed multitude of Converse shoe colors. Stop, snapped a few pics and sent to the wife...ended up buying theee pairs. First time shopper, pack store, great service from both ladies who worked this shift. Would shop again.
We school shopped here the young lady that helped my daughter was really nice. She helped her choose the shoes she wanted for school. Because I had gotten frustrated😃😃
