A client of mine had a hard drive crash with no backups and no recovery software. Had no issues with a digital activated install of Windows 10 but Microsoft Office 2010 was another issue as it came installed on his computer and along the years, he had lost the product key. After several days and many emails to various companies, I elected to go with Indigo Software Company. We elected to upgrade to 2016 at a heck of a good price. The download went perfectly and had absolutely no activation issue or operational issues. From start to finish, the entire process was a breeze. The old company I have dealt with for many years no longer exists but I have found an excellent replacement which I will use from this point forward.

Needed Windows OS for my sons gaming laptop. Indigo had the Windows 10 Pro for less than half the price. Checked the reviews and ordered it. Got the Activation key in a couple of minutes with detailed instructions. Installed and good to go.

The product is excellent, but the delivery was not intuitive enough for me. It took me a little while to figure out how to interpret the instructions (at first, I thought the process of software delivery didnt work). But once its installed, everything works great! Even reinstalling it isnt an issue.

I have so far used two of the three Microsoft Office 2019 Pro installations and have not had any problems. My laptop went on the blink, so I haven’t yet attempted the third one yet. The download and installation went smooth with no problems. I would recommend Indigo.

I highly recommend Indigo Software for their excellent customer service and great pricing. In early July, I bought Office 2019 plus additional Microsoft 2019 programs. I called the owner Sean Murray a few times before making my purchase, and he was extremely helpful in answering my questions. The installation instructions provided were very clear and easy to follow. When I had activation issues with the additional programs, Sean spent several hours over 2 days troubleshooting with me via phone and email (also contacting Microsoft) to resolve the issues. Later in July I had to replace my computer, and Sean helped me transition all programs to the new PC, again successfully troubleshooting activation issues. Sean was diligent, knowledgeable, and personable, making every effort to ensure all software was up and running as quickly as possible.

The Windows 10 OS works perfectly as advertised.I have to admit, the price was so good that I was a little skeptical at first and wanted to verify that this company was real and could be contacted. But I was able to contact Sean and he explained things which instilled in me the confidence that I needed to move forward with the purchase. Okay. This is a long review, but well worth the read. :)For anyone out there who doubts legitimate businesses exist, youve come to the right place. Indigo Software Company delivers on every count. Plus, I dont think they can tell time or read a calendar, so shhh. I purchased MS Pro 2016 a year ago. Skeptical was my middle name when I started out, mostly because of their price point, but the head honcho dealt with me personally, assuring me repeatedly that he was the real deal. I pushed BUY. I received my product, installed it in no time, was super impressed, and have been running happily ever since - until yesterday. The software developed a glitch. Now, Im a writer and have a process. This glitch messed with my flow. Im getting antsy. I try a few suggestions from Internet techs, but nothing works. I decide to write Indigo for advice even though its after 6PM for me (later for them) on Friday night. Not waiting, because I actually didnt expect a reply, I delete the software thinking a fresh install will help. Then, drat, Microsoft wont let me reinstall! I write Indigo again. Remember, this isnt happening over hours, rather its minutes. Frustrated at myself and thinking Ill not hear from Indigo until Monday, I walk away from the computer. When I come back, less than 30 minutes later, Ive a detailed, instructional message from Indigo!! WOW, says me. I follow the instructional message and within seconds Ive a fully operational program installed. How great is that? So, dont hesitate. This company has it all - best prices, best customer service - and theyre really nice. I originally bought two copies of the Windows 10 software to reluctantly upgrade my Windows 7 but while installing on my Toshiba laptop learned that it would not run on that hardware. The people at Indigo were great and refunded my money for the one copy I couldnt use. The upgrade is working as expected on my HP Pavillion desktop. It was easy from beginning to end to select, purchase, download, install, and authenticate fully licensed Windows 10 Professional on my home computer. This is the same product one would purchase at a big box store or from Microsoft, but lower price. The OS software continues to work as expected, its still Microsoft, after all.

Software is great, Ive been a user for decades. The only issue is the archaic download process with multiple license, IDs and other stuff. I had to call tech support, who was great, to finally be able to download.

The install of Nitro Pro 12 required 3 attempts, then a computer restart for a successful install the 4th time. Indigo website continued for 3 days to say it was under maintenance when I went to get the activation code, so I called and I gave up after 3 attempts to contact a person. An email to sales got me activation code finally. Success, but not smoothly.

A previous company I worked for used it, I recommended it to a company I went to after that, started my own business and used it for that and now have it where I work now. Ive recommended it to many friends over Adobe and recently my computer went out. I wanted to redownload it, but when I contacted NitroPro directly, they were ignorant in their responses and basically it wasnt their problem that my previous version was too old for a newer computer. Well, I took MANY weeks to decide my choice. It was just last week that I desperately needed the functionality of NitroPro and I somehow came across Indigo. I was skeptical of the process, and cost, at first, but I was not left with disappointment. I highly recommend Indigo. Not sure how you get your pricing, but Ill contact you before going direct to NitroPro for my editing software needs in the future!

So far so good! The only thing I would say about my experience is that, for some reasons I cannot explain, I clicked on Nitro icon, and it refused to open it! After 20 minutes at least, still refusing, I decided to force turning the computer off! I waited for 15 minutes and turned it on again! Since this time, no more problems! I have known NitroPDF for 10 years at least, and I should say that your solution gives me the same satisfaction as with the Nitro company, except for this little problem Ive just mentioned before! I dont know why It happened!
