I took my soft love seat cushions which lacked support to be replaced by a denser and firmer foam material. It was early December and it took longer than I expected and the replacement foam was as soft as the one replaced. Needless to say, we feel disappointed and dissatisfied.*** Shortly after posting this review, the owner responded that they wanted an opportunityto change the foam to a firmer one. Today I took my cushions back and Ms. Regina showed me a firmer cushions and asked me if it would work to my satisfaction and that they would replace. It is a rare and wonderful experience to see a business stand proudly behind their craftsmanship and provide excellent customer service.

They work very hard here to help you find the fabric you are hoping for in your price range. We had two sofas reupholstered and they turned out lovely! They were very high quality sofas but being a large family had taken a toll on the fabric over the years. We also wanted to change our look and it was wonderful to find a pretreated fabric for a reasonable price! We reupholstered both sofas for less than the cost of buying one new mid quality sofa. We are so glad we used Woodlands upholstery!

My chairs turned out beautifully! Alyssa at the front desk is very friendly (as are all of the others in the studio). She took the time to explain the process and how the material would be used. I have been very pleased with Woodlands Upholstery. They have an amazing selection of fabrics! It was a little overwhelming at first, but once I explained what I was looking for, they quickly found multiple fabrics that I liked. They let me take several books home, so I could see the fabrics in our own environment, and that was very helpful in making our selection!

We were very pleased with the service when we brought our couch cushions in to be restuffed. They were very friendly and helpful and knew just what to do to solve the problem. We got everything back in a timely manner, too.

First off, I am deployed in Iraq and made all the arrangements for my couch over the phone. They are wonderful to deal with. Came in on Saturday, met my movers and everything. Thus far, beyond professional and wonderful to work with. Will provide an update once the couch is complete.

Excellent customer service. Very pricey seeing I provided materials and detached cushions from the chairs myself. However, she was nice and I’m in the business of customer service and she was very kind to me and my mother and that meant more to us than money.

I have had Cushions made in the past and am now having pillows made from nice cow hides. I can not wait to see them. They are always knowledgeable and very helpful. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Not impressed!!!! Had to call 3 times and send 2 emails over a 3 week span to get an over priced quote. Way different experience from first time I went... Was very disappointed.

Have had work done there 3 times and have always been satisfied. They make every effort to please and are willing to give suggestions.

These ladies do beautiful work. For us, it took a few months too long and ended up being a lot more expensive than first quoted. They were unable to make structural changes to the furniture, but the actual upholstery was done to perfection. I would just say dont give them anything on a time constraint and keep following up with them.

After having a chair reupholstered at this place, I wrote to Colleen to ask for help as it had started to rip, just a few weeks later. Dear Colleen. Sending you a picture of my chair that you just reupholstered for me on May 8th.!!! (today is June 4th). As you can see from the picture, it is already starting to tear on the arm, showing a staple and stuffing coming out! We rarely sit in this chair, so I am VERY upset to have paid that much money ($498.71) and the chair already starting to rip. This shows very bad workmanship! Please tell me soonest how you want to handle! this. I sent this message twice, but never heard anything from The Woodlands Upholstery or from Colleen. Will never use this shop again!!

Ordered cushions. Paid the deposit. I stated these were our only couches and I was told they would work with us to get it done in a couple of days. After giving the deposit, I am now told that i would have to drop off the cushions and it could take a week or more to get them back because they work on other things. I stated that if they called I would bring them up there on the day they were ready to work on them so that i wasnt without anywhere to sit for a week or more. I was told, that is not our policy. Completely unflexible in working this out to even 2-3 day window, for work of exchaning cushions which probably takes an hour or less. The unwillingness to work with a customer for a reasonable solution is disappointing in todays business world. They did give me my deposit back, but it was a complete waste of 3 weeks waiting to get this done.
