Love the store had fun in the store.

Sad to see they decided to switch management. Anthony was a great store manager and I will follow him to the Outlet mall. Store is always messy now and embroidery time is always outrageous. Sad to see the old staff is no longer here anymore.

Called to ask simple question. Was very short and rude. Then hung up on me.

Always love going into lids. The customer service Anthony always provides is top notch. This is coming from someone who did guest services at Disney. He always always been a pro at all my embroideries. Thanks for truly caring about your customers!

Had exactly what I was looking for. Hat was a little pricey, but the store attendant was absolutely awesome !

This particular Lids store is my favorite. I always shop here for my sports crazed husband. I like it because it’s always very clean and organized. The employees always make me feel welcome upon entering the store. Also, Anthony is a pro with the embroidery machine.

Came in a couple days ago to get some hats. Buff Hispanic guy was really nice and helpful. Recommend talking to him rather than the other guy that seems to have trouble understanding English.

The store always seems to be closed for some reason. I arrived and the iron fence was down and when I asked if they were open the guy said yes it was, it was apparent they were not open if the fence is down. I was picking up up an order and the girl just handed my caps and didn’t say anything. Then I asked to get my caps monogrammed and the guy said it would take a day, yet they were in the store not doing anything. They need to remove all associates in this store and replace them with folks that care about customer service and want to make money. I buy caps every other week and spend a tremendous amount of money and get no customer service. I will not continue to drop my hard earned money in this location. They have lost a great customer as of today. 🖕🏽

Rude.Rude.RUDE. The guy that put the names on the hat assistant manager Andrew, was the only one worth a job in there. The rest of them were lazy and rude. Yeah, 4 people on the clock and one working. Jasmine I believe her name was.... told anyone that asked for anything that they didnt have time. They had time to stand and make fun of customers though. I guess at this place that is all they have time for. We waited for almost 2 hours after being told it would take a half hour to an hour to get it done. This place has gone down hill in the past year. I hope they look into changing their employees out. That is the only way we would go back! Id rather drive my daughter to Humble to get things done than to ever deal with that again.
