Very helpful establishment. Great people, very very busy but will at least try to help you. Locally owned which is what I prefer to support. Very well stocked considering all what’s going on after Hurricane Ida. Will definitely be doing more and more business there in the future. Keep up the good work!!

Dont bother going, they are too busy to do anything.Went looking for vinyl siding and after a 10 minute wait to get someone free I get pointed to the contractor desk.First words from him dont have it. Once I said I just need close to what I have in my hand, he matched the color. I asked what now, we sale it to you. I pointed back to the front of the store.Get back to the front and get pointed to the back again.I know Im not the only one that needs things, but I dont work in your store, so why should I know where anything is?You dont know if this was a $1 or $10,000 order, but after waking the store multiple times is obvious it doesnt matter. You are busy enough nothing matters.The Hurricane rush will end, but people remember this stuff.I know no one at Dufrenes will care, but I was trying to avoid Lowes, but even with all of Lowes issues I can find their products in the store.

Staff was attentive, helpful and polite.Large selection of materials with reasonable pricing.

A little pricey on lumber, but they do have a wide selection of cuts to choose from. They dont notify you about their no-returns policy up front, but at least they made it right with me when I raised hell about it. I wont go back mostly for that reason, otherwise its a good place to go.
