So disappointed in this advanced auto parts store! My vehicle was making a noise so I went in and asked for help. He said due to COVID 19 he couldnt help me. Then, after I walked out food they had ordered showed up with a delivery driver and same guy walks out to help her. I said are you serious and pulled out my phone to take a picture. He said what you want my corporate number be sure and tell them my name is Brian. I have never had someone refuse to help me then be so rude and coxky about it. I will not give advanced auto parts my business again!

Ryan is almost the only one who is friendly enough to seem like they care about your current vehicle project/dilemma. There is a shorter lady with brown curly hair that is good as well, very nice and personable. There 2 other ladies, one has blue hair, and a larger lady as well ---always give me the wrong parts even though they show me the right ones on the screen somehow I get home with parts for different model. And then its right back to making the nearly 30 mile drive to get the right parts.

The people there were very helpful and did everything they could to help us. Awesome staff!!
