Hibbett Sports in Thomaston, GA. is a joke. They dont have much sports equipment at all, mostly children gloves. The worst part is, they have 20 different LA and Pittsburgh hats, countless jerseys/shirts of non GA. teams. Only 4 Atlanta Braves hats, no falcons hats, no jerseys or shirts of either team. They were fully stocked with merchandise, not just out of stock.

I wasnt very impressed with the young ladys attitude when I just went in there, she was standing behind the register on her phone, my grand daughter went and politely said excuse me maam do these shoes come in womens or men sizes, she snipped back at her they come in womens sizes. We wanted to know so we knew what size to ask for, this three inch false eyelash wearing heffa got mad because her co-worker asked her to go pull the shoes because he was waiting on a couple other customers. We stood there for like 10 minutes waiting on the shoes we asked for and I see her back there helping someone else so I meander back there and she rudely says do you need help with something, I said yes maam were waiting on the white size ten Nike, she snaps day up front, all you hat ta do was ax fo dem, then we walk up to the desk and she comes up there and slaps the shoes on the counter & walks away... rudest person Ive dealt with in a while. I mean Im in this store spending my hard earned money on their high dollar shoes, I expect to be treated with respect.J/S

Quality of customer service varies. They are good about marking down shoes to great prices!

This has happened a couple of times o so i am writing a review since it dont involve just one size one time. I have taken the kids to store and they find something they like. Willing to pay the high charge for a tennis shoe but guess what no size in what they ever find they want . This has veen yoing on since theywworn a youth size six to adult size now 11 very very disappointed.
