I have never ordered from this company before, my mom had in the past and was pleased. They have nice products but the gentleman we spoke with in customer services was very rude and unprofessional. I am returning my curtains with no desire to use this company again. Plus found better deals elsewhere!!

Excellent customer service. My package did not arrive ( UPS had delivered it to a neighbor by mistake), and I emailed the company that evening. Early the next morning, the company called me and started an investigation. I was so relieved that they called and responded so quickly. I was so worried that not only would I not receive the product, but I may not get a refund or help. I was so glad they called and were working with me to find a solution. I also contacted UPS. We finally found the package.All in all- I would order from this company again. The product was great/ arrived finally in great condition. They were prompt to communicate with me. They also emailed me through out - updating me on the status of the package.Excellent customer service.

Bah Humbug was their attitude! I ordered two bedspreads two weeks before Christmas. Called a week before to ensure they were en route. Was told they had did not have a tracking number and they would get in touch with the manufacturer and call me back. The bedspreads were never shipped and they would not arrive until after Christmas. I cancelled my order ($400+) mainly due to the ladys poor attitude and Scrooge spirit. You can do better elsewhere...we sure did and saved over $150.

The worst on line order experience ever ! It took 3 weeks only to ship the order, and no one even got in touch to explain the delay or God forbid to apologize. They present stone cold 5 star rank on their website as if based on the customers reviews; but guess what - there is no link for adding a new review in the site :-)). Interesting, ha ?

I have ordered a bedspread, pillow cases, shams and bed skirt the 13th of January. I still have not received a confirmation of them shipping. Every time I call, I get a bunch of recordings you are eligible for blah, blah, blah. This place may of been cheaper but definitely not faster and I move in 2 weeks.

They were so helpful. I even had to change my order and add to my order. They managed to waive the shipping costs of my new order and get it added to my previous order. Great service!

Horrible customer service. Very long shipping times then when package arrived it was in terrible condition (inner and outer packaging was shredded). Decided I no longer wanted the soiled pillow I recieved 2 weeks later. When I called to ask for my shipping to be refunded (I do not know why I should have to pay to return an item that arrived to me in unusable condition) the customer service person argued with me for 10 min while suggesting I, simply dust off the dirty $168 pillow. In conclusion, all he kept repeating was that wasnt his policy. As an extremely dissatisfied customer, I feel the least they could have done was refunded my return shipping on the unusable pillow I received.
