We bought a very old home built in the 50’s. We decided to replace the ventilation system because the old was nasty. We got three estimates and never heard back from them or they would not return our calls. My husband called O&H and had an immediate response. They come out. Looked it over. Gave an estimate. We called to schedule and they started 3 weeks later. I was honestly blown away by the professionalism AND they way the guys respected each other. It seems like Chris would be a really great person to work with in spite of the fact that it was hot and dirty. I definitely will call them again for any of my heating and cooling needs. By the way, the estimate was spot on. Thank you so much for being a great company!

Ive been using O & H for about two years for repairs and maintenance on my very old HVAC unit. Theyve also done regular maintenance on a newer mini-split unit that serves my guest house. O & H has always been incredibly punctual and professional when they came to do repairs and maintenance.When I decided that it was time to replace my 25-year-old HVAC unit, O & H took the time to meet with me, go over all the options, consider what type and size of system would best meet my needs. Chris explained the pros and cons of various systems. I feel like O & H took the time to help me make an informed choice.On the day of installation, a whole team showed up! They were quick, courteous, very efficient, and left the worksite spotless. [They even took great care to make sure that my hydrangeas and camellias werent hurt during the installation! :) ]Chris took the time to explain all the features of the new system and even helped me to program the new thermostat. When I had a small issue about something later that same day, two of the team made a quick return house call and helped me fix the issue, and they had the most helpful and pleasant demeanor, even though it was the end of the day.I really appreciate the time that all the folks at O & H took to answer my questions & help me make my decision; the professional care & service that they provided during every step of the process was exemplary. I can highly recommend them.

I’ve used this company twice and both times they showed up the day I called, on time, were very professional, fixed my HVAC problems, and the prices were very fair for the work done. I’ll definitely use them again. Paul and TJ were the latest crew to come out and they were awesome.

Marcos, Paul, Cassie and every employee(missed the names of a few) did an outstanding job from beginning to end. We are very pleased. I called the company they sent technician, he said it will cost $600 to fix it. but i ended up paying $931. but AC just run for 3 days, and when i called the company they said AC is too old which, they should have told us in first place before even working on the unit. next time better to be HONEST with your customers.

We needed some repair work on thermostat. I called them and set up appt. The technician, Paul arrived. Paul was responsive to our needs and professional in his demeanor and work technique. He explained and described what needed to be done as well as installing new thermostat. Highly recommend this company.

O & H has a good crew, Paul and Ashley came to the house for a service call on my A/C unit not cooling. They were very nice and professional. Turned out to be a bad thermostat wire. Had us back up and going in about 45 mins. Give the crew at O & H a try, they do good work.

Two man crew changed out old venting under house and installed new. Worked all day, were professional, polite and cleaned up job site after completion. Very pleased.

Great service—and it was even same day service! Very friendly, and Chris went above and beyond to fix the actual problem and in addition, fixed anything that may become a future problem (fixed the wires outside that someone hit with a weed eater). Very courteous and hard working team. I will always call them for any future needs and highly recommend to anyone in the nearby area. Hands down the best around!
