This place has to be one of the most interesting places Ive been into. Ive been into a lot of antique stores in my time. The amount of clutter in this area made me feel like I was walking into an episode of hoarders. I would not recommend going in here if you are on the bigger side. Thats not a big issue though, because the stuff inside was interesting. Until I started to look at the prices. There was nothing of interest that was below $40. Most things were priced up into the $140 and $200 range. I am an avid laborI am an avid lathe user and he had a dollhouse furniture lathe in the back. I started to look at it turning some of the belts, seeing if the motor would still turn. The owner of the store immediately confronted me telling me not to touch it. I dont know if he knew exactly what I was doing or what he was looking at but clearly everything in the stores very valuable to him. I have never been confronted like that in a personal antique store before. Most of the time when Im interested in something somebody is trying to sell me the item, or discuss the history behind it. Im guessing he assumed because my age that I would not be interested in actually buying the item. Honestly all that did was put a final nail in the coffin of my opinion of his antique store. Not only was this beautiful lathe surrounded by jewelry making stuff, and miscellaneous small tools that seem like they had no purpose being around it, the owner of the store seemed absolutely clueless about what he was hording. I would absolutely not recommend that you ever go to the store.
This place was full of over priced junk. A simple wonden duck cost nearly $50. The owner was also very over bearing, and rude. Definitely not going again.
I found far more interesting items in this small shop than in the much larger antique mall next door. Owner worked with me on pricing. Things are expensive but this is the real stuff, not cheap junk.
Best true Antique Shop around! Everything is old and awesome! Definitely check it out!
This place is not huge but it is packed with tons of unique, cool, vintage items. The owner Danny is always helpful and always asks about my mom. Alot of these stores seem to be the same place with the same old stuff. Not here. The products seem to be handpicked not just there to fill the space. This store is like a walk back in time. Support local businesses and stop in.
Not worth the time, the owner is rude, and everything is over priced and cluttered.
Really good stuff here!
Nice little place if you looking for old General Store tools and items.
Hey Folks, I love visiting old antique shops like this one. The quality of selection is vast and I am cheap so I do my research and his prices were spot on fair / accurate. Bought a great 1910 wall mount hand crack telephone. Show piece in my new loft.
Ive been in several times, and have always had a great experience purchasing items. The owner is very knowledgeable and keeps hard to find items regularly. A definite asset to our community.
Wonderful antiques with even better customer service! Stop by and check it out, you won’t regret it.
This is the place to find those unique items. Everything is grouped and displayed so well.
I was looking at the pipe selection, that was overpriced to begin with, and the owner starts yelling to stop touching the pipes if we werent intending on buying one. Im a fairly avid pipe smoker so I was intending on purchasing one but the second I heard his attitude I turned around and left the store.
Recently visited, although quite small there are very interesting, well kept items.
Store owner was extremely rude. Very overpriced and unsanitary, store environment was not safe in the slightest. Was not handicap accessible either.
