I called Keith there about 3 mos ago looking for a used DR650 2011 that was the only bike I wanted... Very sorry to say I found one from a individual and purchased it. The bike is nice need work. Keith and Shane took me under their wing and treated me like GOLD!! Their service is beyond 5 stars!!! This is the place to go for service! and when I buy another bike it will be there! They are very customer friendly! and I was treated very fairly!! MIDWAY YAMAHA IS.....AWSOME!!!!

Had my customers bike four years and still not fixed. Hard time getting parts. Paid them 1000$ and nothing done no phone call unless I call them. New or used parts I said was ok . Still nothing. I found parts on line and call them and told them about parts and still nothing . 2-06-18 Please People Just Go Some were else youll have better experience

I needed some wheel weights for my adventure bike. They had the stick on type and sold them to me for a very fair price. The inventory on the showroom floor was pretty full especially for a small town dealership, and the staff was very friendly. I will be checking them out next time I am in the market for a new motorcycle.

I have purchased parts for my ATV at this dealer before. I have been pleased with their service.If you have a need for something fast I would recommend this place for parts.

Stopped by on my way home from vacation to get an oil filter and parking brake latch. Having just purchased my Arctic CatI was unfamiliar with it. Susan was SUPER friendly and helpful. She got the parts I needed and took time to help me get fitted for a helmet. Their mechanic also came up front from the shop and offered some great advice. Great service with particular attention to satisfying their customers. Ill be back for sure if I need anything else for my Arctic Cat

Had a flat atv tire i took to them two weeks ago. Tire was repaired or so i thought. A few days later tire is flat again and i call to find out about a refund they ask to take a look so i go up there and the mechanic looks it back over fills it with air and tells me maybe my rim needs to be cleaned and rushes me off. Well today is the 14 day after the repair and once again its flat. I call and explain loading a vechile 3 times and having to always go up there just for air isnt going to work i just want a refund and they can keep the few dollars a valve cost. I was told they would call back which never happened so i call around a hour left before the store closes and explain the situation. The guy kept saying well we replaced the valve so you arent getting a refund. So now i have to go in tomorrow and give them reasons why a refund must be given. Terrible costumer service and if the tire rim really just needs to be cleaned then thats a issue he should have done that orginally. Sales people know nothing about whats in stock as well

My experience began with Midway Yamaha/Suzuki a few weeks ago. I had called various dealerships in the area looking for a specific Yamaha motorcycle and see what kind of price they were offering. When I called Midway, the individual on the phone said he didnt have a one brand new in stock, BUT he had one that was slightly used. He gave me the specifics of bike such as price, milage, color, etc. He said hes got it if I wanted to come look at it. The specific bike I am looking at isnt as wildly popular as other models, so I knew I had time.Fast forward a week or so, I had the opportunity to stop by the store. I made it to the store about 20-25 before closing time. I didnt want to be that customer that comes in last minute, but I figured with 20 minutes Id be just fine. I walked into the dealership and was surprised to see how dead it was. Only one other customer, while the other representatives were behind the counter on the second level (if youve been in the store, you know that its setup a bit different than other stores). I was never greeted, but made my way to the desk to inquire about the bike.Upon inquiring about the bike I was told was there. The staff member looked very confused and clueless. He wasnt sure of the stock on hand, and didnt seem to be familiar with the bikes. When telling them a representative had told me the bike was in the used section, he said well.. Ive got some new ones right over there. It wasnt even the correct model I was looking for. He kept repeating well, the guy who knows all about the motorcycles isnt here right now. A lady happened to walk by and offer some more assistance. When I explained the same story over again, she told me that I must have mistakenly heard something else, because theyve never had that specific bike on the used lot. After a minute, she said Ohhhhh, I know what you must have been talking about. We had a customer get his bike serviced, and he said that he was thinking about selling the bike, but he wasnt sure. I replied maam, one of the sales staff told me specifically the bike was here at the store, gave milage and price and said come on down to look at it. I am totally find if youve already sold it, I just wanted to come take a look. She again insisted I was mistaken and I was somewhat dismissed when both of the staff said well, sorry about that. Have a nice day.I decided to just browse some of the new bikes for fun. Some bikes had tags on them, while some didnt. With 10 minutes to spare, I asked the same gentleman as before Excuse me, can you tell the price on this Super Tenere?. The guy responds Ummm. I really dont know the bikes that well, but hang on and I can look in the computer. He typed away for a minute before giving me the price of $15,099. When I asked if the Tenere was the ES model, or regular because that seemed a bit high, he said well thats the MSRP, or at least what the computer is telling me. He then started saying ya know, that bike may even be a leftover 2015 or 2016. Again, I really dont know. The guy that knows all the bikes had to go do some stuff, but you can call him tomorrow or come back.With that being said I thanked him and walked out. I figured my experience was worthy of a review. It just didnt seem like they had their ducks in a row. I understand not everyone knows everything about the motorcycle, but you can at least tell me that. It just didnt seem like they wanted to work with interested customers, and I was an inconvenience. I wasnt too impressed.

Not satisfied with the service. I have taken two four wheelers to be worked on here and it took much longer then I was told and cost almost double what was quoted. I also went to look at buying a new Hayabusa there. I stood in the showroom for almost an hour without any help and sent my father back the next day to try and make a deal on the bike. After talking to him the price was over $2,000 more than the other local dealers and it was old inventory from two years ago! The guy there didnt take me serious and didnt act motivated to sell. I will not be taking my business here again.
