I am sorry to say that East Side Baptist Church contacted them over six months ago after a lightning strike, to get an issue fixed with our screens, that they installed a couple years ago. One technician came out to diagnose the problem, did not have the parts, and said he would go back and order. Several months later somebody finally came out and asked what parts we needed. A month or two after that somebody asked for approval on ordering the parts. And a different person came out to look at the problem again. Then someone came to the office while I was gone and said they fixed our HDMI input floor box, which remains broken to this day. Finally a fourth party came out to fix one of the other problems and did actually succeed at this. Today I received a pretty substantial bill, and they still have not fixed everything. We will not use this company again and I would think twice before I go down this road if I was you.

Really fun place to work and learn about the AV industry. I made some excellent friends there when I worked with the company. I was employed in the rental AV department (at the Thomasville location) and enjoyed what I did. If I could go back and do it again, I probably would.
