This past Saturday I was traveling with my fiance and our puppy in the car when dusk was approaching and noticed my headlights were out. I came upon this Autozone to see deduce if it may have been a blown fuse or broken headlights. Fermin was extremely helpful going above and beyond to help us under the hood. We were back on the road within the hour and I am truly grateful to have had our car troubles.

They have nice people there. I am a grandmother and just got to a fast food store and someone said I had a flat tire. A young man was in his truck eating and stopped and changed it for me. He had an Autozone shirt and said his name was Alan. I tried to pay him and he refused. AutoZone hires great people.

I bought a car from Johnathan at moon auto sales the day after I brought it home I found out it had a very bad transmission leak there is transmission fluid all over the bottom of the car that wasnt there when I first looked at it I feel like they cleaned it up so nobody would see it . I feel like Johnathan screwed me over so if you I wouldnt buy a car there not from Johnathan anyways

I found what I needed in just a few seconds, but while I was looking around I had 3 different people ask me if I needed help, that means a lot to me, none of the other parts store around do that, and lately Ive been comparing prices and Auto Zone is blowing the other parts stores away.

The service was efficient. I think the employees should look like they have showered and shampooed and wear uniforms and look neat and professional.

Nice selection, good service, tool loan program could be more versatile though. Knowledge of staff is fair. Parking lot needs more lighting for those that need to perform repairs.

Very dissapointed in Thomasville AutoZone! Weve been doing business there for many years never had a problem but in the last year it seems nobody working there knows anything about cars or parts. My husband ordered a master cylinder for my car that was supposed to be in the following morning and here it is 3 days later & guess what still No master cylinder! School started this week & I havent had a car because cant drive with no brakes!

Had the part we needed

I am HIGHLY disappointed with this store. I ordered two side mirrors for my car on Saturday 3/23/19 to be delivered Tuesday 3/26/19. I told them everything that they needed to order this 2013 nissan altima COUPE 2.5S no blinker, no heated just basic. TUESDAY comes and they dont even have 1 of the mirrors and the other is completely WRONG! They said they would fix it and order the RIGHT ones - told the SAME EXACT info and said they would be here Thursday 3/28/19. Thursday comes and only 1 arrived! Now its Friday 3/29/19 and the other one came BUT GUESS WHAT!!! THEY ARE BOTH WRONG! THEY ARE FOR A FOUR DOOR NISSAN! I AM A SINGLE MOM AND I HAVE BEEN OUT OF MY CAR ALL WEEK BECAUSE OF THIS AND HAVING TO SPEND MONEY ON UBER TO TAKE MY KID TO SCHOOL AND GET TO WORK!! I AM NOT SATISFIED AT ALL WITH THIS STORE AND WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! I HAVE CONTACTED CORPORATE AS WELL.
