Can only leave a remark if you leave a star. I wouldnt give them any stars! Rip off scam! Needed power steering fixed oil change and inspection. 1,776.22 are you kidding me! I just wanted it done! (Ill never go back there again! )but tried to tell me later its over 1,900 I said no way I recorded our conversation! So they dropped the price. But wait a minute now I have a shock problem so I called and asked about why my car lifts over small bumps they said the mechanic said he noticed it to in a test drive. I said it didnt do that before I took it to you! She said are you sure? Bring it in we will give you an estimate. I said if I needed a new gas cap Id use duct tape before I go back to you again!!! Rip off!

30 MINUTES FOR AND INSPECTION AND YOU THINK THATS QUICK, the lady or man at the counter was so rude for no reason and owners are filthy and should not be trusted, someone tell that lady to wash her dog too. It’s smell horrible in there.

Kevin is a very experienced and knowledgeable certified technician. He was able to get the work done to my truck within a good amount of time. His wages are fair and he explained what the issues were in detail! As, mostly, a DIYer, I appreciated being treated as a person of knowledge and treated with respect. 10 out of 10 in my book in customer service and work well done!

My family and I have been using this repair shop for about 3 years and have never had a problem. Kevin and his team are very professional, prices are very reasonable and above all Kevin is very honest....a quality you dont see too often in a mechanic. I pulled into their shop 30 minutes before closing. The rear differential on my car had fractured while driving down I-85. The husband and wife shop of technician and administrative assistant were displayed technical competence in assessing the damage, as well as compassion for my situation. I had been driving from PA to GA, so I was stranded in the middle. Kevin, the technician, informed me that we had to wait until the next morning to call for a replacement part. I had to be in GA as soon as possible, so Kevin drove me to the airport, 30 minutes away, so I could rent a car. I discovered that I did not qualify to rent a car. I called Kevin. He and his wife drove back to the airport, picked me up, and we went out to dinner. They then informed me I would be staying at their home until the morning. They sheltered me, fed me, and worked diligently to get me on the road. We were able to get a replacement part, and I was headed to GA in less than 24hrs of arriving. If you want expert service, a kind atmosphere, and a clean facility, then come here. Thank you again.

1st Choice Automotive is a first rate business nestled in Thomasville. Above average service from a seasoned Top Shelf mechanic (Kevin Scullion), who actually listens to You and communicates the nuances of your vehicle, and in turn follows through. He has resolved several issues with my Toyota that multiple mechanics before seemingly couldnt pin point. His rates are quite reasonable and his professional skill set is such that I gladly drive from SE Greensboro down I-85 to have my car serviced.

If you need a good mechanic that knows his stuff then this is the only place to go.

I stopped by to get my truck fixed. They gave me a time to bring it in later in the week. I was not there very long and they didnt charge me anything. I only needed a washer and a nut put on. I tried to pay them something for their time, but they said no charge. They were very nice and friendly. I would recommend them and will be taking my cars there from now on! Owner took the time out to talk to us about our vehicle. Very honest, reasonable prices. Wasnt pushy and didnt feel like he was making suggestions that were unnecessary. Office Administrator, Jessica, was very friendly as well. Learned that he will do a pre-inspection on a vehicle you are looking to purchase from an individual & cost is only 1/2 hour labor charge. I will definitely keep that in mind for the future.

This was the closest shop when my work van started acting up driving down I85. They did great work! Kevin is very detailed in what he does and what needs to be done to your vehicle. They had me back on the road ASAP! Wish they were closer to me so they could work on all my vehicles!

Kevin is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable auto mechanics Ive ever dealt with. Its so nice to talk to someone about your car who knows what theyre doing and really cares about doing the job right!Ive been taking my cars, my parents, and kids cars to him for the last couple of years and Im always amazed and pleased because hes able to accurately diagnose problems that others have trouble with. My parents Lexus had been too the dealership 4 times for the same problem and Kevin found the problem in minutes! It turned out to be something simple (those of you who have ever troubleshot things know it often is)... but what I like is that he always looks for the simplest (and least expensive) fix first...I really appreciate is that hes always looking for the most economical fix... on my daughters car, he sourced a used part and saved me lots of money.I live in Greensboro send its worth the drive to get such knowledgeable & honest service.

I trusted him with my Acura NSX (which has only been worked on by an Acura certified NSX technician) and his knowledge and technical proficiency was excellent!!
