They cant help you. I made an appointment with Thomasville Toyota to do 3 service recalls that Toyota deems very dangerous. I explained to the service scheduler that the recall notice stated that they would provide a loaner if needed, and since I could only drop my vehicle off after work, and since the work required would take half a day, I WOULD require a loaner. They said no problem. I drive the 40+ miles to Thomas Toyota, and they say they are out of rentals and dont have a car for me, I said I wish they would have mentioned that before I made the 80+ mile round trip for nothing. The service manager went back to check on something and said we are sorry, but we cant help you. They promised they would fix the defective car that I bought NEW from them, they promised me a LOANER, and in the end, they could not help me. Cars literally everywhere, and they couldnt find one for me after they promised there would be one for me. But this whole deal is really my fault. I knew their service department did horrible work based on the one time I took my vehicle there to have the oil and filters replaced and they let me have it back with the glove box and dirty air filter laying on the passenger floorboard. I knew they were sorry but I figured just bringing my car by for these 3 free recall repairs would be different somehow. My free recall service ended up costing me about 2.5 hours in arranging the appointment and driving there and back, about 12 dollars in gas, and now even more time writing this and many other reviews about Thomasville Toyota. And I STILL dont have my vehicle repaired. Thanks Thomasville Toyota! You did get 2 things right today. You ARE SORRY and you CANT help me.

My experience is with Matt Cromer specifically before, during, and after my purchase; as well as our continuing talks for a second purchase.I live in South Carolina and I had to complete my purchase sight unseen. I asked for pictures, and got them right away. I asked for videos and they were sent within hours. He probably would have taken it for a drive if I had asked. I had zero complaints throughout the process. I will say my vehicle was put on a flat bed, driven to me, and I signed paperwork with a very friendly driver.

Try using the same credit card as we used in January of this year many times. We rented a car and we kept doing weekly payments went a few days ago and they wouldnt accept the card didnt even tried it. The lady looked at it and said we dont accept this card. She wouldnt listen to the part where we already used it before so whats different this time never could give me a answer

High pressure, stressful, pushy…my wife and I stopped by to look at a used car, was immediately told we couldn’t buy that, instead the sales person started pushing us toward a brand new Highlander, Kept asking for just a price on the used car, and was told over and over we couldn’t afford it….but a brand new car?? No, walked out, will never go back. Went to a dealership in Tallahassee instead.

Got my car serviced and took a little over a hour. Not to bad!! Got my car right and we back to riding with ease🙌🏽

Hands-down the best service youll get from any dealership, Toyota or otherwise.

Good people. VERY slow doing the most basic stuff. 1hr 45 min for an oil change and tire rotation, new windshield wipers and a cabin filter. The last two took 3O minutes AFTER the oil change and tire rotation was done. Autozone replaces wipers in less than 5 min for free. Ditto a cabin filter. And I arrived 20 ahead of my appointment.

Service needs improvement. Once they sell you a car theyre done with you. They wont call you or give you updates. Just be careful.

I visited Thomasville Toyota today and after being inside for a couple hours, I got back to my car and realized my battery was dead. I walked over to service and asked an advisor if he could help me get my car jumped off and he was clearly busy. Nathaniel Mitchell happened to be standing there and immediately offered to grab a jump box and help me out. Five minutes later I was on the road. Incredibly nice and equally as helpful. So... car dealers, right? NEVER a good experience. This was the exception to the rule. The guys at Thomasville Toyota made our purchase easy. Very fair price on a very fine car. We dealt with Justin and he was very laid back and low-pressure. He didn’t pester me with calls, texts and e-mails like everyone else did. JK, the internet sales manager was great too. John Smith in finance got us in and out. All-in-all an excellent experience. I would buy from this dealership again. Heck, it’s worth the trip just to go look at the vintage restored Land Cruisers they have on display.

New Cars tires dont have a warranty unless you buy a tire warranty. New Cars should have a free tire warranty. Buyers already have to pay thousands. Its a rip-off.

Thomasville Toyota does an outstanding job in all areas. I personally have purchased multiple vehicles with this dealership and will continue to do so. I have always been personally taken care of as they go above and beyond. From my experience to purchasing cars and to servicing them they are first class. Kyle June does an incredible job on the service side and is always willing to work around my schedule as well. For most people going to a dealership is not a great experience however this is not the normal dealership. The leadership team understands all aspects of the business to make your experience great and you want to keep coming back. We live over an hour away and he worked with me over the phone and via email to hammer out 90% of the details remotely. The truck I really wanted was not on the lot but he had it in just a few days. We looked all over to make sure we were getting the best deal and no one was willing to do the deal they made me. Toyota isnt known for huge discounts but i will say theirs was better than anyone else within 100 miles. 3. Thomasville has an exceptional service department they get you in and out hassle free. We actually came shopping here because my in laws started taking their Toyota here, the service center where we live was slow and had poor service. I bought my car new from this dealership and had 100% of the maintenance performed here. After a few months of having everything possible brought to my attention, today they tell me my tires are worn on one side despite an alignment I had done last visit for no reason other than throwing my money away. I am done with this place that has terrible customer service and will lie to your face in an attempt to make a buck. There are too many other options in the area to accept this.

I had a wonderful experience. My salesperson was Shedrick Duncan. I was not pressured. I was not lied to. He did not beat around the bush. He did his best to make sure I was comfortable and happy the entire time. I drive all the way to Thomasville just to get my car serviced because of their service department. My husband does too and he didnt even buy his in Thomasville. Shouldnt list a vehicle online that was not put through service or one that had problems and they knew about it and still listed. My last two vehicles I bought were Toyota trucks. Fantastic dealership. Thomasville toyota not so much. We had cash and was looking for a replacement vehicle that got hit by a drunk driver. So we gathered up funds......Ive never failed to find a car for cash these days but going here was a mistake. Very few toyota dealerships are mistrustful and this one is on the list. Of course you have nothing to worry about if your buying new. No one could mess that up.

Looking around for a specific Tundra and having no luck at all I ran across Thomasville Toyota on the web and decide to give them a call. They had the truck I wanted but being 5 hours away I never really thought we would work it out. I was called by a salesman DJ I think that was probably the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I went with my boyfriend to look at, and purchase,a new 2020 RAV4 TRD off-road. We drove from Valdosta to Thomasville after getting off work because Omar reached out to Mike to see if he could help him find what he was looking for. We knew they had one coming in and they assured us they would call us when it arrived.....a week later and we still haven’t heard from them. I went to Thomasville Toyota Dec.12 and rented a 2020 Corolla. We had trip to Virgina. Was very impressed with car. The dealership was very friendly and very professional. For transparency I was not a believer in foreign made trucks but our son just had to have a Toyota..it hurt, but we do what we can for our children so he got a Tacoma. But it turned out my son would have a terrible wreck, God and the safety features in his truck saved his life!! Rental department is wildly unwilling to provide service or care for their costumers who are driving 30-45 minutes to see them. A simple call doesn’t take much energy. I imagine sells would be similar.
