In and out in under an hour, salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly, with no pressure. We walked in the store wanting the best mattress they had and I think we got it. Delivery was setup within a week, very grateful.

We went in not knowing what to expect and not even planning to purchase two mattresses, however once we got there we fell in love with the comfort of them and got us and our youngest son one. Jermaine is a straight up guy, very nice very knowledgeable, and got me a great deal....perfect customer service in store; not very pleased with the return policy however and how much you have to pay just to return the mattress if you make the wrong selection. Fair to say Im complaining about a company policy rather than the Thomasville store itself.

Great experience! Ask for Aaron. He his very professional and very knowledgeable. He will not push you for a sale. He listened to everything I told him about how I sleep and feel on a mattress. Using his vast knowledge of his products he put me in a mattress that was half the cost of what I was looking at but perfect for my needs and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. What a pleasant experience! Jason paid very close attention to what I was looking for in a zero gravity frame and a medium firm mattress. He explained how the frames work and then had me try 5 or 6 different mattresses. Every one in the store today were super professional and very knowledgeable. We purchased a Nolah and Tuft & Needle Mint Bed-in-a-box mattress on-line and neither of those mattresses worked for my wife and I. She has hip problems and I have neck and shoulder problems; Ive had neck surgery 12 years ago.So I decided the next mattress we purchased would be one we actually went and tried out! Our old mattress was a Jamison solid core latex mattress which was 18 years old. We loved that mattress but over time it started to hold heat.Alle is who helped us while in the store and she did a great job! She allowed us to take out time and was very knowledgeable about each mattress and pillow we tried out. We had just left another showroom and has out mind set on another solid latex mattress, but changed our mind after trying out the Beauty Rest Pressure Smart mattress. Lori looked the Beauty Rest Black Ice pillow and I chose the Purple original pillow. Because of the sale taking place we ended up getting an adjustable base for the mattress for free!We walked in on Saturday afternoon and was sleeping on our new bed Monday night. We chose to gave Mattress Firm deliver our new bedding and the deliver team was awesome!I cant say enough about the job Alle did and our overall experience with Mattress Firm. I would highlyr them!PS. They also offered 24 months with 0% interest on our purchase!!
