Newer a dull party. Now Amber wasnt my first pick but hey if you see colors you will never grow. Publix is always a place of great to shop. It hits my pocket but the customer service is what I enjoy paying for the most. 5/5 great customer service skills

First I love publix for the quality of product that they have. I can always shop the international isles and feel like Im back overseas when Im able to find the same products that used to purchase there. Specifically their employees are the best! Jamey had no hesitations when I asked her to help me load 3 24pks of water because Ive had spine surgery. She was so friendly and also offered to help with anything else I may have needed her to lift. Once I checked out she even loaded my car! Employees like her is what keeps me coming back. Thank you Jamey, keep up the good work!

Cake was delicious.Store is clean and organized.Employees are friendly and respectful.When Employees are coming to/from work they are also greeting customers in the parking lot. That makes it even more special.

Publix is a place where you will always find the best of everything. Fresh fruit, vegetables and meats. The place is always cleaned and put together.

Unlike Walmart you get great customer service .

I love the Publix subs and the banana pudding but I was disappointed slightly with the sub this time but the banana pudding was awesome. The fruit cups are top notch.

Once carried sugar free pies, now you cant find one, no matter how often you ask for them.

Publix in Thomasville GA, a great place to shop. We always buy a raspberry pastry and are sorry to see the last of it eaten. Bought a bag of cherries, Im always glad to see them back in stores. Google says the season starts in April and ends in July to August so I guess they will soon be history. We looked at golden delicious apples but didnt buy any. Apples didnt look so golden, guess I was worried about the delicious part. We bought some other staples along with frozen food. All in all, a good shopping trip. I always wish there was a Publix closer to us like in Bainbridge GA.

This store really needs to get a better phone system. Its horrible how much there is a busy signal when I try to call to find our if my childs medicine is ready because they are horrible at letting someone know its ready!! Very disappointing, not everyone has gas to constantly go up there!!

On a whim I purchased a couple of boxes of Jamaican and Hawaiian coffee for about $7 each for the Keurig. GREAT coffee! Looked up the same stuff on Amazon where it was $29 a box! Needless to say, when I ran out, back to Publix for the same low price.

A great place to shop. The shopping carts are cleaned with disinfectants after every use, the staff are knowledgeable, go out of their way to assist you and always have a smile on their face. The prices are right in line with other grocery stores. I definitely recommend shopping at Publix!

Small Town quaint and the same thing as Bradfordvilles Publix, they got their boots on the ground, laces tied and their smiles fresh and friendly...not fake...EVER!

One of the best markets there is. Customer service from all employees is required. Quality and cleanliness front and center.If you have a problem there is a manager available to make an intelligent decision.

My experience with Publix this trip was super disappointing. I have used the online ordering service numerous times with no problems. This time I placed my order at 7:30ish in the AM. For pick up at 12:15 PM. When we got there my order was no where to be seen. After inquiring we were told they were starting it now. I ordered $50 worth of cold cuts and subs I wanted to pick up on my lunch break, so I didnt have time to wait. That is not even what really bothered me, the comments were. Sorry Im not going to repeat because I feel sorry for people who think that way. It will be while before I go back, if I even do.

Best Publix ! Deli is awesome. They are usually pretty fast but when they have their sales, especially on Subs you just might encounter a crowd because their subs are SO good, but absolutely worth the wait . Actually not longer than ANY high quality sub shop during rush hours.

8:00 pm couldnt get a hoguie just because the lady at the deli say she was out bread and didnt even try to do anything

The wonderful bag boy was very helpful getting our groceries in our van. He had a very friendly attitude.

I went to pick medications using the drive through and had to wait more than half an hour on this weather 😩 😫 I finally couldnt take it anymore and left. It was around 1:30 pm and wondered why it took too long. Lunch time maybe? Its unfortunate because sometimes you are in a hurry, have other appointments, still running errands, and couldnt pick up my meds.

We had a problem with a Western Union transfer and Nicia at the customer service desk was awesome. She had to call Western Union 5 times and get our problem straightened out. She also was checking out customers and answering the other Phone lines while helping us out. She spent over an hour helping us. She is the model for customer service.

Called for help with a sushi platter. Dude was rude and I couldnt understand what he was saying. He eventually said You want sushi? Come and get it.Im just trying to get sushi man, no need to be rude.

Yea, subs are good, but the wait for one is RIDICULOUS. Check out lines almost equal those at Walmart. Their ability to keep items in stock - even before COVID - was aggravating - promises but little to no proof. Sometimes bigger is not always better - particularly if there are not enough employees available to fulfill all customers needs. Before Publix came to Georgia, I used to drive to Tallahassee to ship at Publix, and I loved the old Publix; however, the new one has been disappointing on too many occasions about things with which grocery store should not have such problems. Fingers crossed it get better sooner than later.

Love Publix other than the Fact, that Sale items run out and not restocked. Asked an associate in the Produce department, why they kept running out of (Kevita Master Brew Ginger Kombucha), he said, “because it was so popular”. Can you order more, I asked? You can order it by the CASE online, he said.I work in the Wholesale business and when I see empty space, I see lost Profits and a Customer, who go’s elsewhere to get that Product.Overall I really enjoy the Publix shopping experience and will continue to shop there, just not for the items that are consistently out.

Im new to publix. I moved here from an area with no locations, Im used different grocery shopping experience. Publix is by far the best grocery store Ive been in. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I found tremendous variety of fresh foods not available elsewhere that Ive been. I will continue shopping at publix from now on.

I live in a small country town that has no Publix, doctors,clothing stores, etc, etc.I primarily shop at the Publix in Thomasville. The vegetable selection is outstanding, so much so, I have to stop myself from buying more than I can use. Ditto with the seafood & meat depts. The staff are always friendly & helpful. I started shopping at Publix with my mom as a child & havent stopped. Im 67 yrs. young. They have a forever customer with me. If you havent shopped at a Publix truly you are missing out.

Spoke to the manager just had to let him know how good this store is. I live in Florida and choose to come to this store due to the friendly and very helpful the whole staff is.
