Used L & D for several granite counter top projects. Although the work is acceptable their time tables they give you to do the work is always a problem. They say they are coming one afternoon and if you complain hard enough they will show up sometime the next day. This last experience was the worst. Got new granite counter tops in our double sink vanity in the master bath. The install was going to be Friday pm and ended up being Monday mid day. But the worst of it was the two underneath sinks they but in were two different colors. See pics. One was white and one was bone or off white. When I told the installer that they were different colors, they tried to tell me it was the lighting. I can tell the different in bright white and bone with or without lighting. Turns out the off white looked better but it took at least 6 phone calls and over a week to finally get them to come back out it make it right. Unbelievable. Think I am through doing business with them after this last episode.

L & D exceeded our expectations, which were high! Our countertop was measured on Monday and the granite was installed on Thursday (we had ordered the granite earlier). The veins in the backsplash granite match the veins in the countertop.......a continuously running vein. It takes real craftsmanship to be able to accomplish this. The seam is in the center of the sink and the filler is matched so well, it is not noticeable. The cost was less than the box stores and L&D couldnt have been more accommodating or professional. It is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them.

L&D installed our granite counters quickly. We visited on a Friday. They came on Tuesday to template. The following Monday they were installed. we couldnt be happier. They answered all of our questions and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.

The counter tops were awesome. But there punctuality was not so great. We were put off. Twice. And the men were to be here at 11am. Showed up at 1:30 pm then left the trash and removal on my porch. Not reliable.

Lazaro and his team were amazing. Besides the beautiful granite itself Lazaro was so pleasant, professional, and easy to get it touch with. Not to mention he and his team completed the project within one day! He did an outstanding job and I couldn’t be more pleased with the way it all turned out. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

I used this company several times for counter tops and they did okay, not great, but okay. I had to stay behind them with repeated calls when they needed to do something. The last job they did for me was a counter top in my sons bathroom. It looks terrible. Not centered properly and has a crack at the faucet. I paid them before seeing it, trusting that they would make it right if I was not happy with it. Wrong. Called them repeatedly but they never came back to make it right. They are ALL ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY and do not care if you are happy in the end. I trusted Lazros repeatedly with my business and in the end, it was a mistake.

Quality like their prices - Low...

I have done a complete renovation of my kitchen thanks to my lovely wife, cabinets, floors, and counter tops. I searched for a week or so looking for granite, and one day while visiting the store where I bought my cabinets from, an installer gave me a card for L & D Granite. These people are professional in every way and humble beyond the stars. I would recommend them to anyone. The quality of work is exceptional

I love my new kitchen reno!! Lazaro has been a pleasure to work with. He was very efficient and helpful. The granite top exceeded my expectations!! The last minute added island worked out perfectly thanks to Lazaro. The two guys that came out to install were very careful installing and did an awesome job!! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this company to everyone!! Did I mention I love my new kitchen!!

To start out with very unprofessional! Made promises they couldnt keep, so to me they lied. Told my contractors they would be in here the week after Thanksgiving and they did not come in until mid December knowing my lease was up that week. Very poor work! I would not recommend L and D Tile and Granite to anyone. My contractors said they would never use them again an nor would I!!!! I am going to try an post some pictures just to show the type of work they do.

Very unprofessional. He assured me that he would complete my kitchen remodel before Thanksgiving. He wouldnt answer the phone. I had to call him from multiple numbers. Anytime they called from a different number he would answer. Poor business practices. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

I have had L&D do many jobs for my construction company. Both tile work and granite countertops . I wont use anyone else. They are true craftsman .Great prices, service and quality.

Lazaro and his team are amazing! These are the BEST prices around and he is great to work with. As a professional in the new construction and high end remodel industry I have been thoroughly impressed with his business. You may be thrown off by his slab yard and showroom but DONT judge a book by its cover. He orders from the same wholesalers that larger templaters do and he charges literally half the price.

Nice stone. Nice finish. Nice price. Communication between the Clemmons location and Thomasville, where the stone is actually cut, can be problematic. Someone forgot the install that was scheduled by text message so I lost three hours of work waiting for them to show up. I asked if they might offer some consideration on the charges for their mistake only to be told a different story where I had inconvenienced them!Get a detailed description of the work to be done up front, including price, in writing. Good quality but more of a hassle that it should have been.

Was extremely rude via email correspondence. Lied about business history. If you cant be honest and polite to customers, why be in business? I can provide emails to prove it.
