I ordered from this company approximately a week ago. Having suffered and being hospitalized for COVID-19 I am extra cautious now and try to sanitize everything. I have been searching for months for Lysol and to my surprise it was in stock and could be delivered to me within a couple of days. I placed my order and received an email confirmation that my order was in the way. On the date of delivery I was contacted by UPS that my package had been lost ( in my opinion stolen) and I would have to contact the shipper to have the issue resolved.I called fully expecting to be further aggravated because UPS was not a great help whatsoever. The phone was answered by Blaine and I explained to him what happened and he immediately went into action. He made phone calls to their UPS representative to see if they could resolve the issue. He made sure that I knew what was happening every step of the way. The next day I was called by Michelle to inform me that they were very sorry that I had experienced this issue and they would be shipping my item to me overnight express at no extra cost simply because I mattered as a customer. This level of customer service is few and far between. Both Blaine and Michelle have made me a lifelong customer and I will certainly recommend this company to anyone who asks. I have already shared the website on my social media and with friends.This company and those two amazing employees exemplify what it means to be profession, courteous and efficient.Thank you all for an amazing experience that could’ve left me feeling mad, but you guys reversed that and I truly am appreciative.

Excellent products and customer service. When I had questions, someone did answer the phone and I was transferred directly to someone in shipping who helped me with my order during the process. This is the type of service your rarely receive with todays buying experience and it is very much appreciated. I have called several times with questions regarding orders, and product availability, and the experience has been consistently pleasant. I have placed 3 orders and I am about to place my 4th. I decided to call the number, I got an answer, from a live, genuine, kind, thoughtful, honest, and sincere human being. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. The items I was ISO was unavailable, but this young lady took the time to give me the inventory of what was in stock, compatibility, and guaranteed a product that I would be happy with. The product I purchased is in high demand I was HAPPY to listen, learn, and follow her lead, although my initial search was for a brand, a name, a label, but she gave me comfort and that was all I really needed. If only us, as Americans could get that from any organizations we choose to patronize, it could be better. Its not just America thats great, its the people, honesty, integrity, and genuine concern and care for a passion of serving. Some of these companies have gotten away from that, but thats what makes CLEAN STAR JANITORIAL & SUPPLY, THE BRIGHTEST STAR IVE SEEN DURING THIS PANDEMIC. If I placed an order with this company, for some reason it was delayed, back ordered, or a plain mishap, THEY WOULD still be my go to place. There was no scam, no false hope, they shoot it straight. Id rather have that, than to have a company mislead and NEVER produce a product. Sorry to post such a lengthy review, I just think everyone should know about CLEAN STAR!
