Came in with a friend,was greeted promptly and after their purchase I was given a free jewelry cleaning! Don’t sound like much to some but customer service seems to be a dying art!

Chris and his team are excellent and truly put the customer first. I know this as I bought from him online and had an issue and he immediately made sure I was taken care of. He made sure i got what i had wanted, not what was good for his business. Chris sent a partial refund on an item that was not in proper working condition, he didnt just shut the door on me and say sorry its sold as it, this goes a very long way and should for every customer, once again, I cannot thank Chris and his team enough for their patience with me in getting this issue fixed.

We bought a wedding ring set. It was expensive. 1 carat of diamonds. I took it to be tested. It was not diamonds. Returned for a refund back to debit card. It will take up to 14 days for us to get our money back.

Best firearm purchase ever. My transaction was actually back in 2017, but because of my experience since, in retrospect, I felt the need to leave an informative review for others.The process was thorough, but fast. Ive spent HOURS in Academy Sports and Gander Outdoors, rolling through unnecessary apps and screens, then having to wait to be escorted out the door.Jason at Thomasville Pawn & Jewelry walked me through the paperwork with ease (at the time it was my first handgun purchase from a retail store). Ive since purchased three other firearms from the aforementioned establishments, and Ive learned my lesson. TPJ is my go to. If they dont have what you want, they can probably order it, so why go anywhere else? Fantastic family owned and operated business. We need more places like TPJ in our community.

Poor human being i showed up at 540,trying to get a Valentines gift,with money in hand an instead of being a great human being to just let me get my gift he turns me away an all he can say was im going home when being told its a Valentines gift an i got money in head ill take less then 5 mins........he turns me away,just didnt care, poor customer service an no heart.......

I live in California and purchased a gun from them online through gunbroker. I talked with Chris and he was very helpful. They had the gun for auction, it was a gun i was looking for, for a while and asked them if they would end the auction to sell it to me. Chris agreed. Then called them and got everything worked out very easy.After giving all my info, my fiancé kind of gave me a scare suggesting i could be getting scammed. With that in mind i kind of started to stress and freak out a little bit. I then began to ask multiple questions (due to my paranoia) and Chris handled all my questions very professionally. Picked up the gun a couple days ago and it looks even better than in the pictures. Gave it a good cleaning and am looking forward to shooting it within the next day or so. Very happy with this company, my purchase, and the gun. I appreciate everyone involved.Definitely recommend.

Took my hp 2000 Windows 8 laptop to them & they only offered me 50 bucks. Went to cash America in high point & they gave me 146 for it. Double the money & then some.! Glad I did not decide to give it to them because I would have lost out on a lot.! Dont get me wrong the ppl who work there are nice & friendly & did say that it was a good laptop but Im just grateful I went to cash America.

This place is NOT CUSTOMER friendly!!!!! I went with one of my friends to pick up a 50 inch TV she pawned. When they brought the TV out it was cover with an inch of dust. My friend ask them to test the TV to make sure it was still working order, because when she dropped it off it was working. They were very smart about it and said she could test it and that they didnt do that. Then she found a big scratch on the screen that was not there when she dropped it She said something about the scratch and they said can you prove that we did it. Then they said to her if you dont like it you do not have to come back! WOW! BEWARE!!!!
