Lindsay couldnt have been nicer. She quickly found a hat that would fit my big hair. She was knowledgeable and patient. And this store is so adorable. It has everything for the novice and the expert.

While I am not usually in the market for Western wear or cowboy stuff, I happened by the store earlier this year while looking for a belt to go with an antique buckle as a gift for a friend. I was shocked and surprised at the wide selection, and I found exactly what I needed at a fair price. (Note: genuine leather goods are at a premium now, not like the pioneer days.$$$)The lady working the store that day was very sweet, pretty, and extremely helpful, even though I was clearly not their usual clientele. Would definitely be back!

The ladies in the retail clothing side were soo sweet and helpful but I unfortunately cannot say the same about the feed and track side! Every single time I have been in- I’m not even greeted or asked if I need any help! Stock was very low if at all of what I needed. Was very standoffish from the second I entered! They stand and talk to each other and look at you as you interrupted them almost every time! I will continue to drive to silver city or Raleigh! Too bad that customer service will ruin a great place

Wonderful place! Family owned, I could have spent hours here. Great selection of boots (cowboy, riding, barn) and western clothing. New and used tack, a garden center, bagged and bulk feed and so much more. Im not one whose fond of shopping but I could have spent a couple hours more here. Lovely helpful staff and management. Treat yourself and visit!

Knowledgeable staff, everyone was as friendly as could be. Stock is laid out and organized so its easy to look through and find what youre looking for. Its a nice change to go into some place like this after buying shoes at one of the box box stores.

They have the best prices in town for all your lawn and garden. Theyre flowers, seeds, and plants are cheaper than Walmart. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The ladies at Barn Loft were the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable sales staff that I have ever met in a retail store. Ive always loved Barn Loft but now I actually enjoy shopping there.

Great place! My family loved it really cute clothes for women and there prices on the kids boots were great! Friendly staff also.Update on our experience...my childs boots had a manufacturer defect I spoke to Gail and she personally took care of the issue she had me send pictures of the boots and she REALLY went above what she had to do about the problem without any hesitation! She also kept in touch with me until the new boots came and is shipping them to use because we live out of state. We will be returning you dont get customer service like that everywhere it is definitely worth the three hour drive for us! We all need to support local businesses because this is how it should be you DO NOT get that from chain stores! THANK YOU AGAIN GAIL!!

There are two buildings. One is a clothes store, the other is a feed store. I havent been in the clothing part but the feed store has good inventory at fair prices. Nice people.

You really need to stock stay tuff a little better been there twice trying to get the goat tuff and youve been out luckily needed other stuff so wasnt wasted trips

A great country store with anything western and country apparel you could want. Cowboy boots, hats, clothes, accessories, and and adjoining store that carries feed and farm supplies. Wonderful family owned staff, very friendly.
