From start (check-in) to finish (checkout) I was there a little over one hour which included a sound booth hearing test. They were straightforward in what insurance covered and what it did not, as well as their pricing strategies, so there were no surprises. They were helpful in assisting with the best products for the lifestyle I needed. And let me know about hearing aid compatibility with the technology available. All in all, very nice!
