We really enjoyed our visit. Be warned, they are pretty slow, doing one dish at a time. Its possible they have a way to speed up when they are expecting a rush. The workers were nice enough, though not very engaged or enthusiastic when I was there. Really enjoyed the time ice cream. I thought they would mix my blueberries into the cream, so I was surprised when they were a literal topping. If you havent experienced rolled Ive cream or been to Kreamkles, you should definitely check it out.
This is a great local business! I love their icecream and the employees have always been friendly and respectful. I highly recommend Kreamkles to any friend/family whos in town. Keep up the good work and I hope the business stays open for a long time to come!
I hope that on busy times they have more people working. Thanks very good, but both times Ive been there several flavors that are listed on chalk board werent available. Also, it takes a long time to make each order.
It was hard to tell if it was open because its so dark inside. Noone really welcomed us. They were out of half the menu items. Neither employee seemed like they wanted to work there. One of them didnt know how to roll the ice cream properly. The feel of the place is like they just opened or they are about to go out of business. It took 15 minutes for them to fill our order of two. There was only one person in front of us. The ice cream tasted fine. If you want to shop local and you just want ice cream, go here. If you want an experience, dont go here.
This is a VERY beautiful, quaint, and historically perfect ice cream shop. Also the ice cream is soooo good. Its definitely worth price. Also the staff are extremely nice. We had our family of 5 plus 3 little girls under the age of 6. Of course there was a mess after we finished. We went to clean up our mess and they said leave it. They would clean it up. Great place for any night of the week!!
Absolutely amazing, The staff was very quick and professional and I really enjoyed the ice cream.
Always a very Pleasant experience! There was only one person working and I had more than 1 order so it took a little longer. However, she was great!
We are from Alabama, in town for my husbands job. Decided to try this ice cream shop. Very good, the ice cream leaves a bit of a wax feeling on top of your mouth and they could use more staff. Only one lady working and she seemed overwhelmed but still very nice and apologetic. Overall good experience. A peach shake with condensed milk is the bomb!😋
Very interesting way of making ice cream. Was a little expensive, but good. I had their key lime flavor and hubby had chocolate. They used chocolate syrup that you use to make chocolate milk.
A little pricey at $5.99 for a small and no kid-size cups, but overall good experience. They do need a sign that says “order here first” as people were getting confused (it’s not like a yogurt shop even though it looks like it - you pay first then they roll your ice cream down the line). Also, why spend the time hand-rolling ice cream if you’re only going to use McCormick’s cheapo imitation vanilla?
While in town visiting my mother, she brings me to the cutest little rolled ice cream shop. I’m blown away. Great presentation, locally sourced organic ingredients, and a fantastic ambiance. VALDOSTA TAKE NOTES !!!!!!!!!
Nice and friendly staff. Great rolled ice cream!! Kids love it
Ordering was the easy part. Waiting 44 minutes after ordering was ridiculous. If I hadn’t already paid $15 for two ice creams I would have walked out. No one ever apologized. The finished product was slopped together and looked gross. Definitely a disappointment!!!!!
Wanted to try this place for awhile. Wish I hadnt of. Nobody acknowledged me at all. My shake was flavorless, it tasted a little waxy. More like fake icecream. Staff didnt look like they wanted to work. Definitely wont be returning.
It was ok they charge to much though I would pay that but there had to be better stuff
The owners were nice all the way through and were hard workers in making the ice cream rolls. Definitely have to come back.
Was not what I expected. We got the apple pie and it left me feeling like I ate a bowl of wax. We left and had to buy a drink to wash the flavor out. Will not go back.
The smores were very delicious. Also pretty cool to see being made.
Love the ice cream, smooth, creamy and delicious. Little pricey but worth the money
The ice here is extraordinary. I definitely recommend it for anyone who hasn’t tried it. Best ice cream place in thomasville.
Definitely a MUST if you are in the area!!! So friendly and the s’mores flavor was delicious!! you will definitely see me there again!!
It was good at first but it gets worse every time I go there. Now there is white stuff in the ice cream that is gummy and sticks to the roof of your mouth and it gave me a headache.
Rolled ice cream hand mad on frozen griddle real fruit and other yummy toppings... Smashed chopped blended and rolled in front if u!!!
It was all around great the kids loved it and the staff really friendly definitely recommend giving to this place a chance
Unique ice cream experience, you can watch them put it together. Its pricey, but this is not your typical ice cream place.
Great place to get ice cream! Hand rolled and unlimited toppings!
Really good treat for anyday
The rolled ice cream is delicious! But even with unlimited toppings, $14 for two cups is just too much.
The business is no longer open.
Great ice cream with great employees
Perfect place for a treat with my daughter after and exhausting and emotional day.
I love the old fashion vibe
