I AM VERY GRATEFUL THAT I FOUND MHB, BUT SPECIALLY THAT I HAD ROCHELLE CHAVEZ, AS MY AGENT SHE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, EVEN SHE HAD AN ACCIDENT BUT SHE NEVER STOP WORKING TO SELL MY MOBILE HOME! THAT MEANS A LOT TO ME!! THATS WAY I GIVE 5 STARS TO MHB!!

Communication is non-existent I had to text email and call several times to get any answers about anything. They charge way too much to sell your home they lie and ignore your attempted communications. They claim to have sold and closed on our home a week ago with 21st mortgage company and supposedly sent the check but my mortgage company has not received it yet and Im getting charged $20 a day for every day that it does not arrive. No follow through, completely disorganized, and ridiculous. Do not use Mobile Home Buyers you are better off selling it yourself they are a Mickey mouse ridiculous company.

Bad customer service. Have been trying to contact them and they never respond.
