Great service, Ryan answered all my (numerous) questions promptly and in detail. The technicians did a great job with my truck, it came out better than I was expecting. Service was quick, professional and everybody I encountered was polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend. A+.

I bought rims from these guys and they didn’t provide me with hub centric rings like they are supposed to. I didn’t realize hub centric rings were a thing until my car starting vibrating and shaking violently after having the rims installed. I’ve now spent 4 months and 1,000 dollars trying to figure out this issue only now realizing that it is a 25 dollar ring that you put between the hub and rim. If 4wheel parts would have just done there job and provided me with the hub centric rings these past 4 months would have been a lot easier and less costly.

These guys are awesome. A shock mount bolt broke in the back of my 4x4 Sprinter van. Any other shop would have dismissed me. These guys, jacked it up, drilled out the old bolt, found a compatible replacement around the shop, and had me back on the road in 10 minutes. Like a Formula 1 pit crew. They didnt have to do it. They didnt even ask anything for it. I will buy everything I can from them in the future. Nice work guys.... Ill be back for tires and other goodies soon.

Harder to get a hold of anyone than the DMV at the Thousand Oaks store . Calling them is a no go. Pick up your phones and at least lie to your customers dont leave them ringing. Step your game up guys.

The staff and installers at Four Wheel Parts are very knowledgeable and capable. Nothing goes out the door without quality checks and a test drive.

4WP provided parts and labor on a new 2WD automatic Jeep Wrangler prior to initial sale for Kirby Jeep. The work performed by 4WP malfunctioned and failed in less then 180 days after purchase. I took the Wrangler into 4WP to have the problems rectified. Because 4WP installed aftermarket parts and the work was not factory authorized the manufacturer, the warranty did not cover the work even though it was purchased as new from the Chrysler Jeep dealer. 4WP claimed that while the malfunction did originate in the parts they installed, they were unable to determine the exact cause of the failure. Because of 4WPs familiarity with the vehicle and a lack of alternative repair options, I had 4WP replace and repair the faulty equipment which included; the steering column, suspension components, shocks and portions of the lift hardware. Aside from the breathtaking final amount due I was required to inccur an additional out of pocket expense for a rental car because this work took almost four weeks to complete.In less than 180 days the vehicle suffered the exact same malfunctions. I again took the Wrangler to 4WP to have the problems addressed and rectified. Management at 4WP refused to offer me the slightest accommodation. They flatly refused to discount either costs of the replacement parts or the labor costs.Ultimately I took the Jeep to a different 4x4 auto mechanic. Funny thing happened on the inspection of the Wrangler. Turns out 4WP failed to account for, adjust or modify the steering and other suspension components that were factory installed by Jeep prior to 4WP installing new aftermarket parts. The parts and installation performed by 4WP did not take into account the affects their 3lift and oversized tires would have on the Wrangler factory installed components.As a customer, I expect for a business that I use to at a minimum listen to the problem Im trying to find a solution for. Furthermore, I hope that if and when there is a mistake made by a business that they will work with me to find an equitable solution.I would rather profit $1.00 less on a single transaction so that I would be in the long-term position of converting that potential onetime shopper into a long-term customer and loyal business partner.The business in this review not only managed to make me feel as though the problem wasnt worth their time, they made me walk away feeling knowing that they lost me forever because they wouldnt meet me even part of the way towards a solution. They were breathtakingly inept.
