Beware of the drive thru.Once you’re in line and there’s no way out. The first car spend 20 full minutes. The next was quick, but then I continued to be stuck in line behind other slow customers. I had a meeting and started to feel panicked. It took me nearly 40 minutes with only 4 customers ahead of me.

Oh my God! When got my covid vaccine at another pharmacy, I put down my name, waited a few minutes, got the shot, and I was done. When my son got his vaccine here though, we have to anser a dozen questions, wait for their guy to hit his mouse a few thousand times, filled paper forms, stood in the line to turn in the form, and then wait..... All in all, that one shot took a solid 30 minutes. I truly dont understand why things have to be so complicated here.

Do NOT come here for COVID testing. Made an appointment for 12:45 and I have four cars sitting in front of me at 1:30I don’t understand how making an appointment went slower than when there were tests for the public by drive thru

If your prescriptions are important, don’t go here as you won’t actually get them. Everytime I go to pick up a prescription they say I never ordered it even though I got confirmation from them it was ready. Then they say they don’t have it. Real fun experience when you need your prescription to stay alive.

My mother went to get her COVID test here for her trip back home to Hawaii. We scheduled the COVID test 2 days before her flight out. The test goes off without a hitch and we were told that she would receive an email within the next day with her results. It has now been two days and she got on the plane with no email in sight. She many now have to quarantine for 10 days because she doesnt have any results. I recommend you NEVER get your COVID tests here unless you want to waste your money.EDIT: We had the right email on record because we received a confirmation and a reminder for her testing the day before via email.

I would recommend management looking at the work environment and culture for the pharmacy workers at this location. (I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years, so I understand how tough it can be). ESP in the drive through- they seem miserable. I made the switch to CVS as it was a bummer dealing with tellers at Walgreens.

I am speechless by the customer service that was here at this Walgreens.I am elderly, so when i arrive to convenient stores, i get a bit lost and need help locating certain items.I arrived here and initially i try to do it on my own but after 20 minutes of searching i tried to locate an employee for help. After looking around for a while with no staff in sight, i see 3 employees chit chatting i got frustrated and left.I expect more from the staff here, as an elderly women who needs assistance, when there is no one to help you, it is very disappointing.I do not recommend this location, the staff is rude and unprofessional.

Rude employee named Rudy. Very defensive after being called out on not doing his job correctly. He realized he was in the wrong and became silent. Why do people have to be like that.

This is the third time I have picked up a prescription from this pharmacy where I got home and realized they gave me the wrong medication or completely left out one of our medications or gave me a different dosage than was prescribed by the doctor. (Thank goodness I caught that one even though I didnt have a paper script and the doctor called it in. I just happened to remember what he said in the office) Trying to call in to get it straightened out was a nightmare as well. On hold for 10 minutes and then a person with a strong accent that could barely understand me and kept repeating back numbers and letter to me incorrectly when I tried to give her the name and phone number the RX was under.

Pharmacy staff are overwhelmed with the amount of orders and they can’t stay on top of it. I have had multiple poor experiences with this pharmacy and observed how staff are running around trying to stay afloat. It is not fair to staff and certainly not safe for the patients. If you live in this area, you may want to try another location.

Pharmacy long waits for my inability to stand too long with pain. Not enough techs to handle paperwork for volume of people. Unorganized service for shingles vaccinations. They expect people to call in every day and inquire. Ridiculous and hard for seniors. They disregard practical suggestions. The rest is ok. Store staff very nice and helpful.

This is by far the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The line to drop off and pick up your medication far exceeds an hour. The “drive through” line is also ridiculous. And talking to these people on the phone requires hours of time because they either hang up on you or leave you hanging with no explanation. I don’t understand how they’re still in business. It’s embarrassing and shameful. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Always long line at pharmacy....super long hold times when you call to talk to pharmacist. Prescription gets delayed due to need for refill and they make no effort to reach out to doctor to resolve....several days after delay im without life saving blood pressure meds and have to call the doctor myself because theyre lazy and incompetent. Moving all my scripts to CVS.

Be aware that if you go to pick a prescription up at this pharmacy that they close for lunch so there employees can take a 30 minute lunch break. They do not tell you this however, so if you go to pick up your prescription during the employees lunch break you will find the pharmacy closed and be out of luck. This is the craziest thing I have ever found at a pharmacy anywhere in the United States. I will never use this pharmacy again.

This pharmacy is an absolute nightmare! I called before to make sure that they have my medication ready and they told me they do. I get there and they hand me a different medication telling me its another generic brand. Oook?! Soooo than why didnt they say something over the phone? I get over that fact and I go with the flow. Next thing I know they tell me the medication is $60. Wait what?! This medication is supposed to be free because its covered under my insurance! Oh yeah, we forgot to tell you Miss, we dont work with your insurance says the pharmacist. I drove here for nothing.... I wish someone told me something so I dont waste my time!

Pay no attention to the people complaining; clearly, they have nothing better to do. This is the best pharmacy Ive ever been to, and Ive lived all over the world and in many U.S. cities. In fact, I live 20 minutes (freeway driving) from this Wallgreens but drive all the way there just because its THAT GREAT! There is rarely a line and you never have to wait more than ten minutes to have a prescription filled. If you call ahead, it will be waiting for you. I cannot comment on the allegation that some of the pharmacy staff made a mistake, but mistakes DO happen, although its never happened to me or my any of my other family members at Wallgreens. Fortunately, errors do not occur at this pharmacy as frequently as places like CVS, where they NEVER get anything right! Please note that the person who was complaining was whining about the fact that someone accidentally entered the wrong name. If thats the worst offense then they need to find better things to do with their precious time. The staff are all incredibly friendly and you never have to look for a staff member for assistance as they are always present and delighted to assist. The pharmacist(s) are very kind, helpful and always make sure that you are familiar with the medications you have been prescribed. I cannot comment on the mess that was observed during back to school, but I would expect some disarray after a hoard of school children have rummaged through the school supplies. I have been using this pharmacy (monthly, or more) for five years now and I can attest that is has always been clean, tidy and professionally managed. In fact, the staff and manager truly go out of their way to take care of their customers.Lastly, to the person who complained about them closing for lunch, get your facts straight before posting nasty comments online: The pharmacy does NOT close at all while the store is open. It is true that the pharmacist on duty leaves to take a lunch break, and therefore there is no pharmacist on duty during that time, but that ONLY occurs on Saturday and Sunday. This is not he case during the week. I mean, come on, if you show up without calling the prescription in ahead of time, then you should expect to wait 30 minutes to have it filled whether you are at Wallgreens or CVS, regardless of whether the pharmacist is there or not! If you called in your prescription to CVS the day before, it still wouldnt be ready the next day and youd be waiting in line for 30 minutes regardless. Some people are just never satisfied.

Pathetic pharmacy. The pharmacist will enter doctor name instead of patient name for whom the rx is meant. And then you keep calling/. Go to pharmacy to get prescription they will not find it. Manager is equally pathetic who doesnt take responsibility. Stay away.
