Got some good parts for my new Chevy truck.

We ordered a rack for our truck. Upon installation, we found out that the rack did not include the second cross bar it usually included when we purchased our previous rack. After we ordered the extra cross bar, we had to call back several times to follow up. They are not able to locate transaction based on customer name and phone number. We have to either provide invoice number or provide them the time and amount of the transaction so they can look it up. We also got hang up a couple of times when we called. It has been a frustrating experience.
