1. Service was planned to fix the Oil leakage, just postponed the leakage fix. However Oil replacement was done before fixing the leakage issues. This incurred additional cost. The Oil replacement should have been done while fixing the Oil leakage. This could have been the ideal planning.2. Poor car washing/cleaning was done after servicing my car. Doors and backside floor mats are not cleaned properly. The doors could have been lubricated to avoid the open/close sound. Overall not happy :(

I bought a Audi Q3 from Shane at this dealership. From the time I got in contact with Shane, he was in constant communication with me, sent me video of the vehicle and pictures. Arriving at the dealership Shane immediately took care of me, let me do a test drive and showed me the features of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable. Rusnak Audi is one of the most professional and organized dealerships I’ve ever utilized. When you arrive they are expecting you. You’re met with a friendly greeting, your paperwork is ready to review and they get you on your way within minutes. They contact you as soon as the vehicle is ready and provide you with a comprehensive summary of what was done. The same friendly professional service is experienced when you pick up your car as well. There are other Audi dealerships closer to my home that I could take my car, but I prefer to drive to Westlake because it is such a pleasant and easy experience. I highly recommend them.

I had my q5 serviced here since we moved In the area, staff at the service center are professional and courteous, we are very pleasedRecently, We decided to traded in our q5 and get a bigger suv. During our shopping and buying process, we had three encounters with Fay, I have to say being a woman sales person. She was not afraid to show her Impatience with me for not ready to sign however I was able to get a competitive quote from her and she did get the floor mats I wanted which was a super plus that did make me very happy signing for the car at last

I gave the dealership one star, solely based on my experience with the loaner department. Reed Galloway in service is an amazing advisor and if you do have to get your car serviced, I’d recommend going to him. That being said, I will not be returning to this dealership for servicing or purchasing due to my terrible experience with the loaner department. When I dropped my Audi e-tron off at the dealership, I was given a loaner with 7/8 fuel in it. Upon returning the car, I stopped at a gas station less than a mile away and put $40 in the car. This brought the gauge up to exactly 7/8. When I dropped off the car, the attendant who looked it over never mentioned anything about the gas tank being incorrectly filled. Fast forward to an hour later, I was standing in line at target when I received a call from the dealership. The man on the other end, Omrik, proceeded to inform me that I received the car with a tank that was 7/8 full, yet I returned it with 6/8 full. Now, if I had returned the car with an empty or half full tank, I would understand being called up, but when I returned the car, it was at 7/8, and once I left, I was told I didn’t return it with the same amount of gas as when I was given it. I told Omrik that I would drive all the way back to Audi to fill it up if it was truly a big deal, yet he informed me it was too late to do so and said he needed a credit card to charge $30 to fill up the car to 7/8. First off, I truly don’t know how it costs $30 to bring the car from 6/8 to 7/8, secondly, I find it extremely tacky to try and charge me for something so minor. I’ve never had this happen when renting a car or having a loaner from a different dealership. What happened next however, was so out of line, I will never be returning to the dealership. I told Omrik I would not be paying $30 to fill the car 1/8 and hung up. Omrik proceeded to call me 10 times back-to-back and wouldn’t stop until I blocked the number. Then, he decided that he’d start texting me asking me to pay the $30. It was so aggressive and petty, that I never want to go back to this dealership again. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. He blew up my phone because the car was at 6/8 and not 7/8.

I got my car passed down from my dad. When I went there the first time with it to reregister it in my name they treated me like royalty and have ever since. I brought my car in for service this morning at 755 and was checked out, leaving in a loaner car at 808. Incredible customer service by all in the service department. Kudos to you all.
I am a first time owner I have an Audi. I called for a service appointment to change my oil. I bought my Audi A4 turbo used... it was a lease turn in. When I went in to get it oil change I was quickly told that it would behoove me to purchase the service package. It definitely saves you money!Super happy with the service and the supporting position to save me money. I also took a peek at something for my backseat because I often have pets and I was told that the price. I couldn’t afford it and One of the service providers said look online for a different model to see if that might save you money and meet your needs. It was nice to see that they understand different circumstances. I just may have to save up! 💕Having a warranty is nice! Saved $1500 on a water pump leak! No out of pocket. Great service!

Went here hoping to buy an A3. The first man to help us was very kind and told us it would be a little while until we could test drive because they were finishing up a meeting. Twenty minutes later they finished and a very rude woman went up to us and informed us we could not test drive but to call them later to schedule something. She treated us like absolute garbage. Fortunately the Calabasas Audi offers more selection and better customer service.

Wanted to take a test drive but were told we had to schedule an appointment even though the place was empty. Did that yesterday and were told when we showed up that the test drive was limited to 10 minutes. Additionally, woman helping us seemed annoyed by questions. Luckily, there are other dealers nearby to buy from. Will never go back there.
Although we had to drive an hour to get there, our sales agent Fay made it worth it! She was extremely professional and welcoming, and got us everything we wanted and how we wanted it. I recommend Fay to everyone because of her extreme kindness and how fast she got us in our car and out the door! This truly was a 5/5 star experience all thanks to Fay.

Rusnak never disappoints. Staff courteous and responsive, my loaner ready for the day, text messages and phone calls with updates, and in my case a recent online authorization system with pictures and description regarding the repairs. Really a flawless and convenient experience.

Extremely rude staff who arent knowledgeable about their own products.Barely anyone there could keep their mask on for more than 10 seconds and they wanted to ride in the car with us without a mask. Horrible experience. I strongly recommend calabasas audi as we had a much more pleasant experience there, and they were actually following covid protocols.

I was there to drive an A5 and was told by Fay, the rudest sales person ever that we had to come back the next day so I left only to call and ask by phone and was told to come back and that it was no problem by Jon. I was greeted by a snide Fay who rudely gave me a thumbs up when I asked why she wouldnt let me, she laughed and said to Karen, the receptionsit because I wasnt going to buy anyways...behind my nack in front of customers so emediately asked who her boss was, she said Randy and that she didnt care cause she sells so many cars. Randy said it was unexceptable and took my number after I asked who his boss and the owner was and was given their cards. I still havent heard from anyone and will make sure ever website knows this horribly acceptable treatment if your making money and that no one buys a car from them...ever!

Spent the weekend looking at Audi cars at Westlake Audi, working with Shane. Overall a great experience, Shane was very knowledgeable about the company and the SUV. Shane was able to describe the features of the SUV and gave a look at the different models. The overall process was great and good financing through Audi. Saw the car I wanted on their website and as they say the rest was history. I contacted one of the sales persons (Sascha Kiesbuey) who invited me down for a no commitment test drive. The car was in perfect shape as it was a 2013 and in the CPO program. The car exceeded my expectations and I was in love. I left the dealership to go test drive other cars for a fair comparison, not once did they make me feel pressured to buy. I returned the next day to drive one more time and I made the deal. Very fair on pricing and once again made me feel as part of the family. Once again I am a Porsche owner and will be for life. (First one was in 06, had that for 6 years)
I had one of my best experiences in buying a new car from Rusnak Westlake Audi. While most of my experiences buying new cars were OK (so far I had bought/leased around 10 cars), they made it exceptional. Kareem, the Sales Manager, was quite professional, accommodating and made sure Im informed about the process while my car was getting ready (I ordered my car). Surprisingly, I also had an exceptional experience with the finance manager Nick. He was on point and while he was doing his job, I never felt he is being pushy to oversell their services or charge me for unknown costs (which you usually have to deal with at last min when you are ready to sign). Keep up the good work.

Walked onto the lot and after about 15 minutes I was finally greeted by a man in a suit who open the door for me and said hi... that was literally it... hi. No one offered to help me!! I finally asked a young Spanish man a few questions and left. I almost don’t won’t to buy an Audi anymore after this experience. Maybe I looked to poor in a t-shirt, linen pants and sandals. There were 2 other individuals in there and plenty of people to greet me. I simply wanted to test drive. This left me with a bad feeling so I decided I will look elsewhere to purchase my vehicle.
This dealership has consistently delivered an outstanding customer service. They operate efficiently, employees have always been friendly and welcoming. I rest assured that my car is well cared for. I feel so lucky to have these guys in my corner and in my neighborhood.

My experience started off great with this dealer. They provided me all the info I asked for and I did not haggle on the price. After working with Alfredo for a week we agreed on a specific day and time to meet, and I took a half day off work. As I am about to drive 2 hours to purchase the car his manager, Kareem, called to say they had sold the car offered an apology and hopes that I find the right car for me. This is after I offered to come in days earlier as well... I would not trust this dealer again.

I love taking my Audi Convertible for oil changes etc. to the Rusnak Westlake Dealership. Jesse, in the service department, is amazing. When he tells me my car will be ready at a certain time, it always is. Although he might make suggestions, he never-ever tries to upsell or pressure me into something I don’t need. I have owned many cars from other dealerships in the past and believe the service provided by Jesse surpasses them all!!!!
