We were looking for crystal decanter but it was out of stock, cashier helped to lookup stock at other nearby and expedited our order, thank you!
Unbelievable customer service! I am not quick to make- up my mind and the young woman who helped me(I believe she was the store manager.), was patient and showed me items that I asked for and did not push more expensive merchandise. I will continue to go to this Williams Sonoma for my kitchen/ cooking needs.
Always find everything we need to cook
I ordered Williams Sonoma Hand Soap and Dish Soap, Lavender Cedarwood caddy gift set on sale for $23.96 recently for curbside pickup. After opening the bag a few days later I realized I had the wrong item instead of the hand soap I had hand lotion. When I called the store the sales rep said that what I had picked up was correct but she would do a curbside refund since I did not want to go into the store and I could order the correct gift set online and pick up curbside later. Once online the set I wanted was no longer on sale and was now $29.95. I called back and I was told there was nothing that could be done, but I still could return the original set. I finally decided I would keep the set and just order the hand soap for $12.95 online for curbside pickup and asked another clerk if I could at least get 10% off but was told she couldn’t do that. Meanwhile I realized that the pump for the hand lotion was broke so I called the store again and was told I could get another one when I picked up the new order of hand soap.I picked up my new order and my replacement pump was not in the bag and when I called it seemed like such a huge deal that I called W-S online and talked to Hope an amazing Customer Service Rep. She said I had ordered the correct original item but the picture was incorrect (See Attachment), and offered to send me a free hand soap replacement but since I has already picked one up she is sending another one to me and is having me send back the lotion and the broken pump, free shipping.I know we are in a terrible pandemic right and we all should be extra kind and greatly appreciate our overworked, at risk front line sales clerks and reps! My problem today is such a small problem compared with everything going on right now .Of course I hoped the store would have offered me some type of discount but they felt I had ordered incorrectly. I wrote this review to let others know about being careful ordering online. Also the Williams and Sonoma Online Customer Service reps are there for when the local store cant really help! Sonoma is very nice place to visit weather at the time of the year is normal I would definitely recommend for pit for the veldt visit
The customer service is abhorrent. I purchased a sale item which they failed to tell me was actually a final sale item. There are no signs in the stores indicating final sale items cannot be returned. Nevertheless, they took my money, didnt tell me I could not return the item and then refused to take it back when I tried to return the item the next day. This was not a perishable food item, and I never would have purchased it if I had known I could not return it! Do not waste your time and money with this company.
Friendly and helpful. It was quite busy (for a pandemic shopping trip), but everyone stayed distanced and the trip was uneventful.
Price are marked wrong and people working in the store could be trained to be more professional

Bad customer service
This is the best store ever. Williams-Sonoma, Safeway has better promotions on some things, but their prices on most standard things are the same. Also, I dont have to wait in line forever, they call me by name, and they gave my dog handfuls of treats before she died.

Wonderful gadgets and pots and pans for my kitchen. Its Pumpkin time...lots to see, and pretty plates. Christmas dishes are in, the store was packed with shoppers. Beautiful red glasses to compliment the beautiful table settings.

Terrible online experience. Go to a store! I ordered several items and they came two weeks late and I am still short one item and nobody will return call or email. Williams-Sonoma is a great company but it needs to figure out its online shopping experience or it will be left in the past. Very disappointed.

Yesterday we visited the Thousand Oaks location to exhange a wedding gift. When we were approached by the store manager (Emily) we explained our situation that it was a gift and that we would happy to make and exchange for something we could better use. She was very short and came off rude to us. After confirming that we could make an exchange we were helped by serveral of the other employees who were all very helpful and kind. (They all get 5 stars) When returning the register to make the exchange, the employee ringing us up was having a difficult time. She had to page the manager (who was two feet away) a few times. Instead of coming over to help her, she would yell over very demeaning comments to the sales employee. This made us very uncomfortable. She was also very rude to a few of the other employees when I finally had to tell her “come on just be nice”. I have never witnessed a manager be so rude and unsupportive. It would be very hard for us to want to come back to that store if she is working.
They dont stand behind what they sell. Was gifted two items from Florida and they would only let me return on for credit even though it had not been taken out of the box.
Very nice and extremely helpful staff when asking questions and seeking advice. The store has a great selection and is very organized.
Waited 30 minutes along with 10 other customers. Totally understaffed they said someone failed to show up but excuses are excuses. Horrible customer service.

Rude customer service. I waited for over 15 minutes to get waited on then the clerk starting talking to another customer who had just walked in and totally ignored me. Left all my purchases on the counter and walked out. The cleark name is Jeane.
