The Oaks, a beautiful mall surrounded with greenery and scenic two level open air and enclosed shopping center. Having many sofa and sitting arrangement in mall. Nice place to shop, roam snd relax with outlets like Apple, Dick’s sporting goods, urban outfitters, Sephora, Guess, Victoria Secrets, Macy’s, JcPenny, Nordstrom, AMC etc. And many restaurants to enjoy delicious food like Lazy Dog. Huge parking area around the mall and mall is near to 101 freeway.
Came up from San Diego to take care of some Spectrum business for a relative. Didnt have the opportunity to investigate the rest of this beautiful place this time but will make time on next trip. Im sure the locals figured this out long ago, but if you check movie schedules you can take advantage of the parking turnover at the South (theater) end as shows let out. Happened upon this occurrence by accident on our second visit.
Went to movies here. A very good experience. Would definitely go here again!
This mall is a fantastic indoor/outdoor hybrid. It is beautiful and very well kept. They are also following very strict COVID-19 protocols. Stores and the mall itself are well marked with arrows and social distancing signage. They have removed benches which is unfortunate for a dad shopping with his wife and daughters.
The mall is ugh, the stores are nice and the food court is pretty impressed. Will visit again!
Went Fast Fix. Needed new leather watch band and several batteries for several different size watch 8 to be exact. They are always clean fast and polite. I even had an expensive band adjusted and Im never disappointed. I love this place!! Customer service does still exist you just have to find the right places....
Very nice I like I like going there people are nice restaurants are good very pleasant
Nice clean mall. Good variety of stores and food.
Great for leisurely weekday dinner. Not too crowded.
The Oaks Mall has outdoor dining! Theyve enlarged the outdoor dining profile onto the area by the fountain, so you can enjoy a meal under one of their umbrellas. Plenty of space between tables and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. This is one of my favorite local malls and I cant wait until they completely reopen. Dining outside is a great start!
Pretty neat mall, lots of art about the place. Several top notch stores: clothing, jewelry, toys, etc. Lots if food places. 😋
Kat! Thank you so much you were incredibly amazing with great customer services as able to get my ears pierced didn’t even feel it at all and with a lovely attitude that makes you want to come back again!
The oaks mall it is a very nice mall located off of the 101 freeway. The mall has many department stores like Macy’s Nordstrom as well as many other boutiques and restaurants. It is very nice to bring the family for an outing or to come shopping there’s a lot of restaurants at desert places playground for kids and many other activities that every person in the family could enjoy
Don’t follow upstairs signs to bathrooms, they’ll lead you in a circle. They’re down stairs in the food court by kay jewelers. That or use the one at cheesecake factory. This place sucks
Beautiful mall lots of good stores to shop at
Terrible options for shopping. too crowded. the parking is inconvenient. the second floor is like a ghost town with the exception of the apple store which always has lines and is packed wall to wall which is ironic because that entire upper floor has very little going on
The oaks Mall is gorgeous and has such an amazing selection of stores. Its always clean and beautiful. They have family restrooms which is a huge plus. An outdoor fireplace a movie theater etc. I feel that this is an upscale mall and I really enjoy going here whenever I need some things I cant get in Simi.
Pleasant well maintained shopping center. With so many retailers hit hard by economic conditions it can be depressing to shop when places are less vibrant. Thats not the case here. The center has both indoor and outdoor shopping sections so park according if walking far is an issue. There are several anchor stores, Macys, Nordstrom and Pennys, a movie theater and casual restaurants. Located close to the 101 freeway is also a plus for just passing through visitors.
Nice mall with most stores open and few vacancies. Not empty like many malls.Clean, well maintained, parking usually eat to find.
Amazing indoor/outdoor mall here. They have some great shops. I love that you can turn your receipts in so the local schools can earn points/funding.
The Oaks is ok, it can really use some Unique stores different something to keep the people wanting to go back interesting fun
Nice mall. Not too crowded. Very clean. Lots of open stores.
Always 5 stars. Great place to hang out and eat food!
I go there a lot Im kind of an old Mall rat 😆 I love the Mongolian barbecue!! It is my all-time favorite culinary establishment! Plus there are a lot of hot chicks walking around haha!!! I like to go to Smarter Image and check out all the interesting things they have there!
Very good place to hang out with friends, misses the days when there is no pandemic this is our favorite place!
I love shopping at Nordstrom and it has direct access from the parking lot to the store. We missed our Nordstrom in Santa Barbara, so we drive to The Oaks occasionally and it is worth it. The oaks is one of the few indoors malls that has almost everything from restaurants to movie theaters.
Good serviceBut they didn’t remind me my test need to be fasting so I have to come back again for my other test
Went to Pedals and Pints and had a great time! Good beer, wings, and their Caesar is our favorite in town.
After working the church thing, a g/f wanted to go shopping and get a few outfits. I havent been here in ages, since covid. Sad that lots of stores are closed, but still a good selection of places. Macys, Penneys, tons of others. spent the day, hung out, stayed out of the heat, made a few friends.
A very good and large place with plenty of space to make shopping . The place is very large and you can find everything you want. Here you can find many different shops and companies and famous names in the world of the market. Here you can find things with prices from different, from the cheapest to the most expensive. There are also full products at reasonable prices for all categories. Here you can find every new item that comes out of the market.
Very nice mall my son father passed away and just visiting it gave nice memories as it was one of his favorite places to go 💔🙏
Nice place to lose calories and shop too lol. Expensive for me to be honest but if youre rich i doubt it. Good place to find for anything you need I guess and its not as crowded as I thought.
This place is amazing! Such great food options and your surrounded with stores upon stores(Check photos for examples). I came here for a quick birthday gift and ended up spending 3 hours of me walking around taking photos to share the world. I 100%recommend this mall to you for anything! They have everything you need from birthday gifts(which i came for but wasted more time looking around),Christmas gifts(their already dropping discounts on toys),Candy if your craving for it,and simply walking around.
The best Zara I ever Vbeen. Now one of my favorite place to shop now. Beautiful big mall.
Was excellent its a very nice mall, has everything I was looking for.
You fGotta check out The Oaks!!! Great shopping experience minutes away from LA!!!
PURE MASSAGE ! honestly will make your everything melt away, theyre the most welcoming in the Oaks ♡
I returned done items that were shipped to me. The working staff were very efficient and pleasant
Great place to shop and to hangout with fam or friends. Glad to see some businesses are still open but sadly some closed down unfortunately
Great mall, except every other store was closed.
Havent been here in YEARS but what do you do during a pandemic? Write reviews for places that you havent been to in YEARS, thats what. The Oaks is amazing and has a great setup. I love the mix of styles of architecture? if you could call it that - its just facades but its fun. Lots of fun backdrops for a mini instashoot.
Clean Community, Safe and filled with politeness.
We loooove The Oaks, always clean, nice plethora of business, good food and nice sales associates at all business
Its a great mall, I didnt get to see much of it other than the Nordstrom where I buy my Arcona products.
We always find what we need.
I hate the mall!!! I come here for the occasional Pretzel, hot dog on a stick fries or a tea.
Spotlessly clean, multiple convenient resting spots, excellent selection of stores and shops.
Its nice very big and spacious.
Such a beautiful place yo go shopping, great stores, Restaurants atmosphere..and a movie theater! Great place to entertain the whole family
A lot of stores and the mall and has a really nice Japanese store in there as well
Fun variety of items and a friendly staff!
Nice mall. Some good places for lunch.
Good food and drinks and good people
The Oaks is always well-maintained and they have a good selection of stores plus a recurring farmers market in the parking lot.
Eh. Kinda boring. Needs better stores and a lot more excitement.
We painted the artwork on the ceiling a few years back, triadgraphics.coNice area
Local large epic mall & shopping center in Thousands Oaks with tons of parking and lush scenery. The AMC is one of the best in Southern California. They have tons of places to eat and stores to explore including major department stores like Macys and JcPenney as well as mall must such as Claires, Hot Topic, Pac Sunand more.Wet your whistle at Red Robin, Lazy Dog, Olive Garden or even the AMC MacGuffins Bar. Grab a bite food court style via Wetzels, Hot Dog on a Stick, Chipotle, Panda Express and the rest. Plenty to explore and enjoy.
4 stars because of the parking. Now that business is going on again, somewhat, the parking is again harder to find but, still not as bad as pre covid times and this is at lunch time on a Tuesday. But then again its nice to be back with businesses ramping up. Still not as crowded so the experience was really nice.
The OAKS‼️ One of a kind Mall. MAGNIFICENT‼️ You need to go and check them out. Its right off the 101 Ventura FWY. You get off at LYNN ROAD. Its a pleasure to shop there. They adhere to CDC GUIDELINES. Wear your mask.
Plenty of great places to shop, and has something for everyone.
Very busy, lots of restaurant options. Lively vibe.
I was able to get in and out of there in a short amount of time. My only issue is that I shouldnt have to go looking for a sales person in a store. On my most recent visit I was extremely pressed for time and I wanted to pick up a new pair of dress shoes. I already knew what I wanted to buy so I figured I could get in and out of Macys in 10 minutes or less. Wrong! It would have been much faster if I would have gone in their stock room and helped myself. The problem with major retailers like this is, the upper management thinks by cutting labor hours they can save a ton of money but they dont think about those customers that will not wait for someone to help them and also the customers that will take advantage of the opportunity to just steal. This is one of the main reasons why foot traffic keeps decreasing in retail stores. Why should I have to spend time looking for a clerk to sell me a product? The day I was there I couldnt find a sales person anywhere on the second floor if Macys. And I spent a good 15 minutes looking. Great business plan lets save money on staffing by not having anyone to sell our products. That will definitely put you on the fast track to closing down for good
So many good shops there and thats not overly crowded.
Probably one of the best malls in the Conejo Valley. I remember before they built the outside section of the mall. It only got better after that. Some of the best food courts, and the architecture is very Mediterranean. Given how similar our weather is to places like Italy and Greece, it’s very fitting. The only problem I have with this mall is how fast stores open and close here. I cannot imagine how expensive it is to have a store here. However, there are many stores that have been here for the duration of the malls existence, such as Macy’s and JCPenny (would not recommend either of those). I’m just glad COVID didn’t put the whole place under like it did for many other stores.
Variety of food places restaurants movie theater stores and department stores. Also I forget on what day have a farmers market in the parking lot. The place is huge have to be at least five or eight city blocks and you could find anything you want there Im sure. Is clean and part of it is inside and part of it is outside.
Great Apple store. Needed an iPhone.
Excellent, template of an affluent city mall. Impressively run & a good place to hang out. Leaving Covid19 aside for a moment, this one has a good food court & childrens play area too!
Jcpenney had a great sale on gold toe socks.
Great mall, I love how you get both inside and outdoor shopping 🛍️
This is one of the cleanest malls. I go to lots of malls but this one usually is not crowded and always clean.
Beat the heat in a nice n cool shopping environment
Didnt go inside but what I saw everyone was wearing a mask and being safe so dont know how to rate it so make ur own decisions
Was alright i guess. Stuff i needed, i bought, was happy with purchases. B+
Wow I live right by it and go there all the time I love it.
Hands down my favorite mall. Going to miss coffee bean though...
Best time was 10am cause the mall was dead haha
Good mall, there was no GameStop sadly.
Very nice mall with great variety of stores.
Beautiful indoor/outdoor mall with many restaurants and a Movie theater.
My home town...go too. Mall
The Italian restaurant here is phenomenal. If you like bruschetta this is the place. A mountain of of delicious red diced seasoned tomatoes on top of some yummy bread and cheese.
Great place... always so clean and safe...
