Ok screenprint service isnt that great. After placing 2 orders in a week someone offered me a discount and than said it wasnt available. I drive 2 hours to pick my shirts up I have a company 0.25 miles from my house with more options

These guys NAILED any embroidery project. The puff/3D looks great, and they even called with questions to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted. Great customer service. Great work.Based on my experience, I’m hoping to use them for every item of a brand I’m launching later this year. Fingers crossed.

If I could give this review zero stars, I would. Not only was our order 48 hours late, causing a crisis for our event, the Eastwind staff appeared completely disorganized and unable to provide solutions when problems emerged.I paid in full and upfront for an order with Eastwind Screenprint that was to be completed on Wednesday. Two days later, Friday morning, we went to pick up our order at 10am—they didn’t have our order ready. This was a problem because our event was that night. Eastwind assured us that they would remedy the problem and our order would be completed by 4pm that day; we should come by to pick them up at that time.At 3:30pm, we called just to check and were let down for a second time. Eastwind staff told us the order was still not ready, but they would start work immediately.We drove to the business at 4:30pm and spoke with Rick—we were let down for a third time that day. It seemed he had no idea about this order, the fact that it was two days overdue, or that we had attempted two previous pick ups. Rick brought us out to the shop where Edwin seemed to be running operations. They had not begun working on our product like they promised at 3:30pm. I told their staff that I was very disappointed in their inability to complete an order by the deadline. Fellow customer, I suggest you look elsewhere for another supplier who runs a more organized and reliable operation.
Extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order in fall of last year that never arrived. The first time I called to see what happened it turned out they hadnt made the order and offered to have it sent by the end of the week. After two weeks and a second phone call, I learned that they hadnt remade the order anyways. They offered to make it and send it out once more, but Im still waiting on an order that should have arrived last year. The customer service rep was nice, but Im extremely frustrated.
I looked all over the Thousand Oaks area for a good screen printing company and actually found these guys right across the street. They have a friendly and helpful staff and got my quote to me FAST. They also accommodated all my unusual orders and were very reasonably priced. I worked mostly with Chris and he walked me through the whole process with ease. My business and I will definitely be returning!
These guys will do their best to accommodate your needs. Small jobs...big jobs. They do it. Great customer service and over 30 years experience. We do huge business with Eastwind and would recommend them to anyone.

We use this place to print our kids names on their football jerseys. After locating a spelling mistake they fixed it instantly without any damage to the Jersey. This place rocks.
