I waited a few months to post my review so I could use my new rowing machine for a while before giving an official review. Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping me with the rowing machine. He helped me select the best machine for my needs and my budget. He had the rowing machine delivered to my house within 72 hours of purchase. Not only was the delivery on time but the delivery guys called and asked if it was okay if they came early with the delivery. They were very professional and they set the machine up in my garage exactly where I wanted it. They even took the time to show my wife how to use it. If I ever have a need for more fitness equipment I know exactly where Im going, thank you so much Tim!

I went to a few home exercise equipment stores, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Tim makes it personal! He owns the store (and has had it on the boulevard for 30+ years) and really cares about meeting your goals and needs. I got everything I wanted for a really really good price! I would highly recommend this store to anyone & everyone looking to upgrade their home gym space. I love supporting a locally-owned business. All the other stores I went to felt very corporate and the sales people there looked like they wanted to make a buck off of you rather than actually build a relationship and help you find what you need for a good deal. After researching treadmills online and reading all the horror stories of folk who purchased them online ( and suffered from bad service as soon as something went wrong), I decided to find an physical retailer who offered service and had great reviews. Rx Fitness fitted the bill perfectly with extensive 5 star reviews on Google and Yelp. In person, they lived up to all the praise. I ended up buying a Spirt xt485 from Joey. They installed it and after a short amount of use I realized that the treadmill belt was not tracking properly and the base was slightly unstable. So I called Joey and without hesitation, he sent around a tech to check it out. It wasnt improved, but we thought a treadmill mat would help. After purchasing the treadmill matte, the treadmill still was tracking badly and wobbling. So Joey sent around their best guy - who agreed and thought something may be warped. With that news Joey called and said that I should come down and check a new treadmill out... which I did. Rx is fantastic. Their customer base is professional gyms and medical gyms. They are knowledgable, reliable and professional. Their customer and repair service is 5 star. As other happy customers have said... the go above and beyond. Thank you Rx Fitness.

This was the best experience Ive ever had with a fitness equipment company. Id had an issue with a third party they used to subcontract out repair work, and when I let the management know about it, they took care of the issue immediately. They are the absolute best!

Not only did I find him extremely knowledgeable, he did not try to sell me an expense treadmill, but one that met my needs. I had an excellent experience with them. I basically purchased the equipment right over the phone, and when delivered it was exactly as presented. The equipment is great, the set up guy was good and explained to me how to use it. We bought a stationary bike and treadmill and my wife and I have been using it every day. I would trust them to buy over the phone without even having to look at the equipment again. Great if you have limited time like I do.

We were thrilled to purchase a bike from RX. Originally went in to try out a treadmill and after we mentioned the my husband has an artificial disc in his back they told us to give the treadmill a test drive. Although we loved the treadmill we decided that the bike would be less inpact on his back. They even took a trade in and donated it to a good cause! Tim first managed a store in 92 that sold fitness equipment. I was the 25th trainer to walk into that store. After years of many trainers begging Tim to open his own store so that he can do it the RIGHT way, he took that leap of faith. He opened his own store in Thousand Oaks right on the Blvd. and it is perfect! I purchase all of my fitness accessories from him. His prices and customer service cant be beat, even on line.
