COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED WITH UGD! Theyll accept your money quickly, just dont count getting your money back with any urgency. I pulled MY GOLD out of my IRA for an emergency the first week of September. A lot of good that did me - It is now November 23rd and I have yet to see ANY OF MY MONEY. I was informed that I chose the quickest option for return. Bungle-Excuse-Delay after Bungle-Excuse-Delay, I was made assurances it would just be a few days again and again, but those were not to be true. And because I relied on those assurances, we accrued thousands of dollars in late fees and delayed payments.In all fairness, everyone I dealt with seemed quite pleasant and accommodating, but it was their process that was just archaic - in the digital age, who mails check and waits 14+ days for checks to clear? I made it apparent from the start that this was time sensitive (we have a special-needs child that required some additional resources) and that all transfers were to be digital and immediate, i.e. NO CHECKS!Unfortunately after such a time, I started to feel less confident and started to feel like I have been scammed - or was it just gross incompetence? Or perhaps it is just that they just do not care about their customers- once they have your money, customer service goes out the window. Any way we see it, we are greatly disappointed with the service.Now, we’ve found that they left the office Friday before resolving the issue - and are closed next week for holidays.
