This store was awesome and the staff was very helpful and awesome to work with. We got my son a hat and embroidered his name into it. It turned out great and didn’t take long at all. They made some recommendations on the thread and my son chose a white that also glows in the dark it is very cool. Thanks!

I went to exchange a hat and two afro american employees were behind the counter talking about there day just ignoring me until they were done they acknowledge and then they took care of my exchange.but the problem was the one ask the other one if he would take care of the exchange he looked at me and said nahh I got other things to do so if I dont look like I have money 💰 Im not worth taking care of thats to bad this happens at the oaks mall.

I think Ive purchased my last 5 hats from Lids. They have a great selection of sports hats and beanies. They carry fitted and snap back hats
