Don’t order for pickup from southwest unless you want to be harrassed and called a liar when you try to pick your order up. i have actually had very good experiences at this store the many times i have been there but honestly after today’s experience, i will not be shopping with southwest liquor anymore. i had an important surprise party for my friend that i was on my way to, and needed to pick up a bottle of whiskey for mixed drinks prior to arriving for the surprise, so i ordered postmates pickup (not delivery) which i have done in the past here without issue. today when i arrived however, the cashier was extremely rude to me after i showed him my receipt on my phone and my ID to confirm the order. he told me that it was company policy that i would have to pay in store, even though i had already paid on postmates and confirmed the order was listed as completed. he demanded that i either pay for it again or leave without it, and when i challenged that and again showed him proof of the transaction on postmates, he implied i was trying to trick him or that i was going to cancel the order. why sign up for postmates pick up (a service the business has to opt into themselves) if you are going to distrust and harrass people for using it? then he simply began ignoring me and taking other customers in line, and talking about how i was trying to steal, which i was not. i got back in line and waited for other customers to complete their orders before i again showed the guy my order, and explained i was running late, and after several attempts to get him to listen to me, he called his manager and put me on the phone with him. i explained to the manager the situation and the manager immediately corrected the issue and made the guy give me my order. So props to the manager for making it right. However, the employees refusal to cooperate resulted in me being late for the surprise party i was on my way to, which was very frustrating. And due to the way the employee insulted me, called me a liar and a thief, and refused to understand the situation i tried to explain to him, humiliating me in front of customers and saying i was trying to steal in front of them, I can no longer support this store, it is simply not right to treat a customer that way under any circumstance, especially one like me, who tried several times to patiently explain the issue to him and help him understand while i was met with vitriol and rudeness and later, complete disregard. it is a shame that this happened, because i think every other experience at this store has been friendly and positive. this one was not. unfortunately for southwest there are other liquor stores. i will go to one where i will not be treated like a criminal for absolutely no reason, and maybe you should too

Clean, well stocked, good selection, lots of parking. Seems to be somewhat overpriced. There is a nice lotto machine which I usually hit up for fun while waiting for my laundry. I would prefer to go to Trader Joes across the parking lot for any liquor needs, because its cheaper.

Family owned and operated with a very friendly vibe and extremely knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended if you are in the area and a great local business to support. Nice wine and craft beer selection and they always have great firewood too! This family owned business is awesome.

Good selection. Good location for many neighborhoods throughout town. Many parking spots out front make finding parking much easier. Usually not crowded as well.

Always fast and friendly service. Plus a HUGE selection of specialty beer and microbrews. From local breweries and afar. Reasonable prices with discounts and savings on most liquor. Parking is pretty rough in that shopping center, but the 5 minute spaces directly in front of the store are convenient.
