We came in and there was only one person in line but the person working refused to help us with a service. He just shrugged and told us too bad, we had to wait an hour to be helped. When we asked if there was another location that he would recommend he said “I don’t know”. I get staffing is limited, but don’t treat your customers this way if you want them to use your location. The Blithedale location offered to help us immediately, it’s close by so I’d recommend going there!

They have the best customer service. My printer was broken. They helped me login to Google and help me print the return tags. Everyone it’s always nice. Easy parking. I can go to other locations. But I love going to Tiburon location. 👍👌

I needed to ship a gigantic speaker. The guys down there had no problem packing it up for me on the spot. I realized I forgot the shipping label so I began leaving to go get it when the clerk told me I could just email it to him instead of making a separate trip.Thank you!
